I die cut the stars from silver glitter paper and added some white dots around each star. To finish i added a stamped sentiment.

Bear on A Bike

Hi everyone. Let me start off by saying that I am sorry for the lack of blog posts over the past few weeks. I haven't been very well so I haven't even been able to create like I normally would. I have a huge pile of new stuff to use so I will try and get back on track now I am starting to feel a bit better. Due to all this I had forgotten to post my DT card for Waffle Flower so here it is...

For this card I used Waffle Flower Happy Day Stamp Set that you can find on their website here. I love this set so it was great to use it again. I coloured my images with Copics and cut it out. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I used my Mermaid Lagoon, Twisted Citron & Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide to create the backgrounds. I decided to use the Sky Scene Stencil to create some hedges rather than using grass. I also used the clouds from the Grass Scene Stencil to create a couple in the sky. I added some small crystals to finish.

Supplies;
Waffle Flower Stamps - Happy Day
Waffle Flower Stencils - Sky Scene, Grass Scene
Distress Oxide Inks - Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron, Mermaid Lagoon

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing a cute card that I made some time ago for Let's Make Cards Magazine. Sometimes I don't get around to sharing all my creations then I find them and think oohh I must blog this! This was part of my aperture project...

For this card I used Sugar Pea Designs Hey Honey Stamps and Die Set. I decided rather than stamp and colour the bear image, I would stamp onto kraft card. The bees are from the same stamp set and inked in yellow and black. The papers are a digi download from Pink Petticoat. I have had these honeycomb papers for years and I still often use them now - perfect for bee cards! I created the window using some Tonic Plain Circle Dies. The letters to spell bee day are Lawn Fawn Oliver's Stitched ABC's Dies and I printed out the happy sentiment.

Pick of The Patch

Hello! Today I am sharing another Autumn themed cute card. I wasn't sure if I was going to share this one as I'm not 100% happy with it, not sure why but I'm not. I guess it's good to share it anyway as we all have different tastes and styles and some might like it...
For this card I used the newly released Reverse Confetti Pick Of The Patch Stamp Set. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. I created the blended background using Distress Oxides in Dried Marigold & Antique Linen. I die cut some hills using my Mama Elephant Slim Basics Die Set. I blended a little Shabby Shutters and Twisted Citron Distress Ink onto them. The trees are from Mama Elephant Let It Snow Stamp Set. The sentiment is die cut using Simon Says Stamp Thankful 1 Die. I added a little for you stamped sentiment which is from my new SugarPea Hey Fall Stamp Set.

Supplies;
Reverse Confetti Stamps - Pick Of The Patch
Mama Elephant Stamps - Let It Snow
Mama Elephant Dies - Slim Card Basics
Sugar Pea Designs Stamps - Hey Fall
Simon Says Stamp Dies - Thankful 1
Distress Oxide Inks - Twisted Citron, Shabby Shutters, Dried Marigold, Antique Linen

I will be back very soon with another creation.

When It Rains...

Hi everyone! It's a horrible wet weather day here today so I thought I would post this very apt card for today! I love rainbows...
For this card I used some of the great new products from Taylored Expressions. I used the Over The Rainbow Die complete with the Rainbow Cloud Duo Dies. I used the Over The Rainbow Sentiments to create the stamped sentiment. I also used the Over The Rainbow Stamps to create the patterned pieces inbetween the rainbow arches. I created the blended background using a little Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink and my MFT Scatterned Raindrops Stencil to add a little detail.  I finished by adding some sequins.

Supplies;
Taylored Expressions Stamps - Over The Rainbow, Over The Rainbow Sentiments
Taylored Expressions Dies - Over The Rainbow, Rainbow Cloud Duo
MFT Stencils - Staggered Raindrops

Hello crafty friends! I have been busy creating in my happy place - my craft room. Today I am sharing a autumn/fall themed card, I just love creating Autumn cards as it is my favourite time of year so expect to see many more from me. There are so many amazing new stamps out, I couldn't wait to use these ones...
For this card I used the new SugarPea Designs Hey Fall Stamp Set, I coloured the images with Copics and cut them out. I used another SugarPea Stamp Set called Autumn Background which I stamped and clear embossed onto kraft card for the background. I used MFT Stitched Dome Die-namics Dies to create the dome shape. I blended some Wild Honey & Spiced Marmalade Distress Inks onto it. I also used Crushed Olive to create the grass panel and cut with a MFT Grassy Edge Die-namics Die. I added strip of mounted washi tape behind the panel. The sentiment is from the same stamp set and I added some raindrops to finish.

Bestie Birthday

Hello crafty friends! My youngest daughter asked me to create a birthday card for her best friends birthday. She said it had to say bestie and also have pandas. I searched my craft room high and low for some panda stamps but thankfully right at the end I found some super cute ones so here is what I came up with...

For this card I used Clearly Besotted Cheering For You Stamps. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. The background was created using Mama Elephant Circular Grid Cover Die. I blended 12 different coloured squares using Distress Oxide Inks and placed each one behind the circles. I couldn't find the right sentiments that would fit so I just printed some out and trimmed them down. I mounted the panel onto stripes paper, black card and silver glitter card. I added some shimmer to the stars using a Wink of Stella Pen and also some Clear Gelly Roll Glaze over the top. To finish I added some Clear Raindrops randomly onto the card.

Supplies;
Clearly Besotted Stamps - Cheering For You
Mama Elephant Dies - Circular Grid
Distress Oxide Inks
Wink of Stella Pen
Gelly Roll Clear Glaze Pen
Clear Raindrops
Striped Paper
Glitter Card

Thank you ever so much for popping by and I will be back soon. Have a great weekend.

 Hello all! Sorry for the late post today it's been a busy day with appointments. Today's card is bright simple card with lots of die cutting...

Firstly I created the background using Mama Elephant Quick Stripes Dies. I coloured each of the larger strips using Distress Inks then put a smaller white strip in between each one. I used The Stamp Market Spring Tulip Die which I cut from black card and white card and layered them together. I also used The Stamp Market Greenery Dies to create the leaves on each side. For the sentiment I used Honey Bee Stamps Birthday Die and layered them today. Finally I added a stamped sentiment and some clear raindrops.

Mama Elephant Dies - Quick Stripes
The Stamp Market Dies - Spring Tulip, Greenery
Honey Bee Stamps Dies - Birthday
Distress Inks - Barn Door, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers & Wilted Violet
