Snail Friend

Hello :)
I have had such a busy weekend I have only just managed to get onto my laptop to post this, so sorry for being late to post more cards. I have made cards pretty much all week but I did have a night off last night so we went out for dinner along the harbour which was lovely. As I am still mass making xmas cards behind the scenes at the moment I needed a change so I could actually relax a bit. I decided to play with a hunkydory kit - I really love the cute images in this collection and they are so nice and easy to put together. This one is a nice simple card....
For this card I just used a Hunkydory Kit called Garden Secrets. It's so sweet and full of little cuties, fairies etc. All I added to this kit was a ribbon bow and a few pieces of Card Candi.

I will be back soon :)

Diamonds

Good Afternoon :)
Hope you are all having a lovely day. We have just been into town and treated ourselves to a nice high tea! It was lovely as always. So onto today's card... This is a project I made for Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine. I was asked to create three cards showcasing the Die-namics Diamond Die, so here is the first one I made...
For this card I used the MFT Die-namics Diamond Die which was cut with mirri card. I used the By The Numbers for the 60 and Celebratory Greetings for the celebrate word. I also used a couple of papers from the Smitten Paper Pad. I also used an embossing folder, some ribbon and gems to finish.

I would like to enter the following challenges...

Thanks for popping by, I will be back tomorrow.

Colour My World

Can you believe I am back again....five days in a row?! Must be a new record for me ;) I have been enjoying the evenings this week playing with lots of different crafting goodies. I finally got to ink up my new Clearly Besotted Stamps...love these chameleons!
So for this card I used Clearly Besotted Colour Chameleon Stamps. I coloured him with my Copic Markers and cut around him. The splats on the card are an old MFT Stamp Set, I will find out the name and add it shortly. I added some striped paper, gems and some enamel dots.

Magical Birthday Wishes

Good Morning Crafters :)
I hope it is sunny where you are today - it's a bit dark and cloudy here but that does mean perfect crafting weather ;) Today I thought I would share a card I made using Avery Elle Pixie Dust...
I had so much fun creating this card. I coloured my Pixie and clouds using my Copics and cut them out. I applied ink to the background and die cut with the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Die-namics Dies. I also added some twine, white dots with a sharpie and quite a bit of glitter to the stars - doesn't show up too well in the picture. I also added some grey polka dot paper onto the card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge...
LC Designs - Anything Goes

I will be back soon with more creations :)

Queen of Hearts

Hello Crafty People!
Well Jazz and I have been up early today, we tidied then went to see The BFG which was great! The weather isn't so great today so we are having a crafty afternoon. I was just looking through my card pictures and realised I never blogged this one, so here it is....
I have got to say I have always been a huge fan of Nikky's collections at Polkadoodles! I must have almost all of them now. I love one of the latest ones which is inspired by Alice In Wonderland. I created this card using the Winnie In Wonderland Collection which is full of images, toppers, papers and so much more. I also added a die cut frame, distress inks, die cut flourish, ribbon and enamel dots.

Own Kind of Beautiful

Good Morning!
Another great start to the week, I have finished another magazine project so now I can spend a bit of time with my daughter before I start the next one - lots of fun things planned! So today I am sharing my latest DT card that I made for My Mums Craft Shop...
Originally this one was going in a magazine too but it went AWOL and hasn't been found, such a shame as i spent ages lining up all the flowers on the this card. For this card I used the stunning Altenew Peony Bouquet. I used the Red Cosmos Inks & Green Fields Inks. I also used the Altenew Wood Pallet Background Stamp which was stamped in grey. The sentiment is from the Altenew Painted Inspiration Stamp Set. Some of these products may be out of stock at the moment but we are always getting them back in again so always keep checking.

Be back soon :)

Hot Air Balloon Birthday

Good Morning,
Another lovely day of sunshine ahead :) Just thought I would share a quick make that was made for Making Cards Magazine using the free papers that came with the magazine. I really enjoyed creating these sweet Hot Air Balloons Cards, such lovely colours....
So for this card I used the Editors Choice Papers for the background & topper. I mounted them both onto craft card. I also added some ribbon, lace, flowers, resin flower and a sentiment. I finished the card off with some self adhesive pearls that matched perfectly.

I will be back soon :)

Sunshine & Rainbows Part Two

 Hello again!
I hope you are all enjoying the summer holidays, we are loving it so far - let's hope the lovely weather continues!  Talking of sunny weather I am back to share my second half of my sunny Sunshine & Rainbows project that was recently featured in Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine.

The products for these two cards are pretty much the same as before. The dies are all by Die-namics Dies - which is of course my fav die brand ever!!! I have used Stitched Rainbows, Sunny Skies & Stitched Cloud Edges. I also used a Clouds Embossing Folder and used some Country Fair Plaid Papers. The sentiment stamps are by My Favorite Things called Rainbow of Happiness.

I am off to Crafting Live at Sandown this weekend to stock up on some crafty bits, can't wait!

Catch you all soon :)

For this card I used the Lucky Stars Die-namics, Wonky Rectangles Dies and also Happy Trio Die-namics. I also added a watercolour splash to the background - still loving this style at the moment. I added a strip of black and white card and finished with some enamel dots.

Hope you all enjoy the sunshine, seems to wipe me out for days but I will try and enjoy it as much as possible! Only one day of school left for my girls..can't wait!

Hello

Hello crafty people!
My laptop charger is on it's last legs at the moment so I will make this brief - I may not be online until the new charger arrives next week if it completely dies before then - eeek! So today I am sharing one of my latest cards that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. This one made the main front cover - eeek always so happy when that happens....
Can you believe this card was mostly only made with papers & stickers? I love that there are so many different products on the market that I get to play with. The papers are Doodlebug Spring Garden and the hello & flowers are Spring Garden Stickers. I used a Joanna Sheen Banner Die that was cut and layered using pink card. I also added an embossed background and finished off with some rhinestones.

I will be back soon :)

Special Day

Woah has it already been a week since I posted?! Woops! It's July too...crazy! So today I thought I would share a card I made for Quick Cards Made Easy. It was for the sketch challenge, I love doing those as I often use sketches or create my own when I am planning my makes...
I just adore this image, it was from one of the LOTV Art Pads - such a shame they have now discontinued them as they were awesome. The papers are also from LOTV but you can still get them at Nitwits as digi papers. I also added a doily, rhinestones, sentiments, ribbon and flowers.

Have a lovely evening!

I will be back soon :)
