Peace on Earth

Good morning to you all, another new start to the week. Today I am sharing that was in Making Cards Magazine that was made using some beautiful Die-namic Dies from My Favorite Things...

For this card I used MFT Little Town of Bethlehem Dies which I die cut from light Kraft Card. I lightly added some Tea Die Distress Ink around the tops of the buildings and layered them together. I created the background using my MFT Brush Splatter Stamp that I heat embossed using Brutus Monroe Alablaster White Embossing Powder. I then blended Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks over the top. I stamped the MFT Peace on Earth Stamp then added Brutus Monroe Rainbow Sparkle over the top. I then cut out the sentiment and added it onto the card. I used my Lawn Fawn Simple Wavy Borders with the Lawn Fawn Winter Wavy Sentiment Stamp Set. I added a couple of pearls around the sentiment to finish.

Supplies;
MFT Die-namics Dies - Little Town of Bethlehem
MFT Stamps - Brush Splatter, Peace on Earth
Lawn Fawn Stamps - Winter Wavy Sentiments

Bear on A Bike

Hi everyone. Let me start off by saying that I am sorry for the lack of blog posts over the past few weeks. I haven't been very well so I haven't even been able to create like I normally would. I have a huge pile of new stuff to use so I will try and get back on track now I am starting to feel a bit better. Due to all this I had forgotten to post my DT card for Waffle Flower so here it is...

For this card I used Waffle Flower Happy Day Stamp Set that you can find on their website here. I love this set so it was great to use it again. I coloured my images with Copics and cut it out. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I used my Mermaid Lagoon, Twisted Citron & Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide to create the backgrounds. I decided to use the Sky Scene Stencil to create some hedges rather than using grass. I also used the clouds from the Grass Scene Stencil to create a couple in the sky. I added some small crystals to finish.

Supplies;
Waffle Flower Stamps - Happy Day
Waffle Flower Stencils - Sky Scene, Grass Scene
Distress Oxide Inks - Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron, Mermaid Lagoon
Copic Marker
Lucy's Little Things - Crystals

I hope to be back sharing more creations with you all soon. I would also like to thank Waffle Flower for letting me join in with the latest release and letting me join for the month.

Hi crafty friends! I hope you are all keeping safe and well during the pandemic. I have blinding sun coming in my craft room but I can't complain - I love it! So today I am sharing a cute shaker card made using Mama Elephant Stamps...
Apologies for the rubbish colouring on this one - my pens decided to run out half way through! For this card I used Mama Elephant Zodiac Rooster Stamps and coloured them with Copics. I created the background by blending Spun Sugar & a touch of Picked Rapsberry Distress Oixde Inks. I used my Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Frame to create the shaker frame and added some sequin mix from Lucy's Little Things. The grass panel was made with My Favorite Things Grassy Edges and coloured with Shabby Shutters Distress Oxide Ink. I die cut a layered sentiment using Birch Press Designs Sugar Script Hello Die. I added a stamped sentiment from the same stamp set to finish.

Happy Bee Day

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing a cute card that I made some time ago for Let's Make Cards Magazine. Sometimes I don't get around to sharing all my creations then I find them and think oohh I must blog this! This was part of my aperture project...

For this card I used Sugar Pea Designs Hey Honey Stamps and Die Set. I decided rather than stamp and colour the bear image, I would stamp onto kraft card. The bees are from the same stamp set and inked in yellow and black. The papers are a digi download from Pink Petticoat. I have had these honeycomb papers for years and I still often use them now - perfect for bee cards! I created the window using some Tonic Plain Circle Dies. The letters to spell bee day are Lawn Fawn Oliver's Stitched ABC's Dies and I printed out the happy sentiment.

Supplies;
Sugar Pea Stamps - Hey Honey
Sugar Pea Dies - Hey Honey
Lawn Fawn Dies - Oliver's Stitched ABC's
Tonic Dies - Plain Circles
Pink Petticoat Papers - Honeycomb

Thank you ever so much for stopping by and I will be back with more creations very soon.
