Clearly Besotted February Teasers - Day Four Blooming Wonderful

Hello and welcome to another day of teasers for the Februaary Release at Clearly Besotted. Not long until you can get your hands on the new release - tomorrow!! Here is my card for today...

For this card I used the Clearly Besotted Easter Line Up Stamp Set. I coloured the image with Copics and cut it out. I created a blended background using Mustard Seed and Dried Marigold Oxide Inks. I then used my MFT Radiating Rays Stencil over the top to create the sun rise background. I blended Twisted Citron & Mowed Lawn Oxide Inks onto white card and die cut it using my Lawn Fawn Stitched Simple Hillside Borders Die. I mounted the panel onto card and added everything along with a stamped setimment. To finish I added a few clear gems.

Clearly Besotted February Teasers - Day Three Smiles

Good morning and welcome to Day Three of the February Release teasers at Clearly Besotted. Today I am sharing a super simple card, how cute are those foxes...

This card features just one of the stamps from the Clearly Besotted Rain Down Line Up Stamp Set. It's such a fabulous set it has three of these large images - the foxes, some frogs & rainbows. I coloured the cute foxes with Copics and cut out the stamped image. I created a ombre style background using Kitsch Flamingo Ink alogn with a little Tea Dye underneath. I then used an old MFT Stencil called Raindrops over the top. I added my image along with the sentiment onto the card with foam pads. I then added three gems to finish off the design.

Clearly Besotted February Teasers - Day Two Eggcellent Day

Hello and welcome to Day Two of the teasers for Clearly Besotted's February Releases which will be released on 1st February. For today's card I have a made a cute little scene featuring a few of the new Spring/Easter characters - aren't they just the cutest!?

For this card I used the new Clearly Besotted Chirpy Plushies Stamp Set. I coloured all the imags with Copics and cut them out. I created a simple sky background using Mermaid Lagoon and blended some Lucky Clover & Crushed Olive inks onto my die cut grass panels. I used my Hello Bluebird High Rise Tree Scene Die and coloured it with my inks (Tea Dye & Gathered Twigs). I added some tree tops using my scallop die from the Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics Die Set and coloured with Mowed Lawn & Twisted Citron Inks. I added everything onto the card and added the cuties with foam pads. I added a stamped and mounted sentiment and some pearls to finish.

Clearly Besotted February Teasers - Day One Unfrogettable

Good morning my lovely crafty friends. Today is the start of the new February Release Teasers at Clearly Besotted and I am thrilled to be joining the team once again. I can't wait to share all the projects I have been working on - this is a corker of a release! Here is my first card...

For this card I kept the design simple. I used the new Clearly Besotted Rain Down Corners Stamp Set. I coloured the image with Copics and cut it out. I created a simple blended background using Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink. I added some paint and water splats and allowed it to dry. I stamped the sentiment onto white card and added it along with the image onto the card with foam pads. To finish I added a few gems.

Bunny Kisses

Hello crafty friends. Today I am sharing a fun slimline card that I have made for my hubby for Valentines Day. Seems a while away but it will be here before we know it! I used some of the super cute new bunny stamps from MFT Stamps...

For this card I used MFT Hunny Bunny Stamps. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. I left the hearts blank so I could paper pierce them with some patterned papers. I created a subtle cloud sky background but you can't really see it much in this photo. I used MFT Cloud Stencil & Spun Sugar Oxide Ink. I added a stamped and layered sentiment which is from the same stamp set. To finish i added some pink heart embellishments.

Lovely Day Rainbow

Good morning my crafty friends. Another new week begins - I can't believe January is almost over. I haven't finished off the xmas chocs yet, they seem to be going on forever!! I thought I would start off the new week by sharing a nice bright card, another from my rainbow project...

I created the background by gently adding some Mermaid Lagoon Oxide Ink, I left a little white at the bottom then added some clouds using my MFT Cloud Edges Stencil. I then die cut my rainbows from bright card using my Lawn Fawn Stitched Rainbow Die. I then die cut the clouds and aseembled their faces before adding them to the cloud. I stamped a sentiment from my Reverse Confetti Lovely Day Sentiments Stamp Set. I finished by added a few sequins. This one was also featured in Crafts Beautiful as part of my fun rainbow die project.

Don't Have The Hump

Good morning crafty friends. Sorry I haven't been around as much lately, I have been very busy behind the scenes doing some charity cards so that is taking up most of my time. I thought I would share my final Camel card that featured in PaperCrafter made using those fab camels from Time For Tea...

This card features Time For Tea Happy Hump Day Stamps & Dies. All the images were coloured with Copics and die cut using the coordinating dies. I created some sand dunes using my Time For Tea Slimline Hillside Scene Dies and some Tea Dye Distress Oxide Ink. I created a simple sky background Racked Pistachio & Peacock Feathers Oxide Inks. I die cut a frame using my MFT A2 Rectangle Frame Dies and added everything onto a striped paper covered card blank. I stamped and die cut the sentiments and added everything onto the card with foam pads.

Love You So

Good morning crafty friends. I have been creating some more valentines/love themed cards. I love creating them as it means I can often use my favourite colour combos - I didn't realise how much I actually love pink!!!

For this card I used my Mama Elephant Cub Cuddles Stamp Set. I haven't used this one for a while but I thought the images were so cute! I coloured them with my Copics and cut them out. I created a blended background using Kitsch Flamingo Oxide Ink. I then went over the top with my MFT Cloud Edges Stencil & Picked Raspberry Oxide Ink. I used my new Lawn Fawn Heart Garden Border which was cut from card and coloured with Oxide Inks. I added another panel of grass also blended with Mowed Lawn & Twisted Citron Oxide Inks. I used my Concord & 9th Just Saying Dies to create the large Love You So. I also added a stamped sentiment at the bottom which is from the same stamp set. To finish I added a few gems onto the heart flowers.

Wonderful Rainbow

Good morning. It's a pretty dark and gloomy day here today so I thought I would share another of my rainbow cards to add a little brightness...

I apologise for the rubbish photo it was a very dark day when I made this one before sending it off so it was a little tricky to edit. This card is part of my rainbow card project that featured in Crafts Beautiful. For this card I used my Lawn Faw Stitched Rainbow Dies for both the rainbow and clouds. I used my MFT Cloud Edge Stencil to create the background with a little Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped and embossed the sentiment from my Reverse Confetti Lovely Day Sentiments Stamp Set onto vellum and wrapped it around the background. I then mounted it onto blue card and added some dew drop embellishments to finish.

Happy Hump Day

Good morning. Today I am sharing another one of my cards from my Time For Tea Stamps project with these funny camels...


For this card I used Time For Tea Designs Happy Hump Day Stamps & Dies. I coloured all the images with Copics and die cut them with the coordinating dies. I created a blended background using Mustard Seed and Picked Raspberry Inks. I used my Sun Ray Stencil over the top and blended with the same inks to create the background. I used my Time For Tea Slimline Hillside Scene Dies to create the sand dunes and blended Tea Dye Ink over the top. I added a strip of striped paper at the bottom. I added all the images and sentiment onto the card with foam pads then added some clear bubbles to finish. This one also features in PaperCrafter.

Happy Love Day

Hi fellow crafters! Another horrible wet weather day here which can only mean one thing - perfect for staying indoors and crafting! Today I am sharing a card I made with the latest Lawn Fawn Release as you know Valentines is only round the corner...

For this card I used Lawn Fawn Wood You Be Mine & So Damn Much. I coloured all the pieces with Copics and cut them out. I created a simple blended background using Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink. I created a hedge with a MFT Stitched Cloud Die and grass hill with a MFT Grass Edge Die. I then created a lake shape with my MFT Stitched Snow Drifts Dies. I then blended ink onto all the pieces and layered them together. I die cut a rectangle using my MFT A2 Rectangle Frames Die and placed it over the top. I added the critters and accessories with foam pads. I die cut pink card using my Quilted Background Die from Lil Inker Designs, layered it onto a card base and added the rectangle on top. I created the sentiment using my Lawn Fawn Olivers ABC's Dies and added a stamped sentiment from the same stamp set. To finish I added a few clear heart embellishments.

Mice Day

Good morning my lovely crafty friends. It's back to normal in our household today so lots to get done but I will most likely enjoy the peace!! I thought I would share a fun birthday card featuring one of my all time favourite stamp sets from MFT Stamps...

I do love this stamp set - it's always the one I reach for when I need a birthday card. This one also features in Crafts Beautiful Magazine. For this card I used my MFT Mice Day To Celebrate Stamp Set. I stamped the images then coloured them with Copics and cut them out. I created a simple yellow ink blended background and added some water splats with a paintbrush. I added some striped paper at the bottom of the card. I added a slitter of glitter card across the paper join then added a stamped sentiment. I arranged all the images on the card and fixed them in place with foam pads. I added some white dots to the banner images with my Posca Pen.

Clearly Besotted January Teasers - Day Five

Happy New Year!! I can't believe it is 2023 - where does the time go? I am kicking off the new year with my final card for the Clearly Besotted January Release Teasers. This time I have a clean and simple slimline sky scene...

How cute are these critters with their balloon - Valentines is around the corner and this set is simply perfect for it! For this card I used the new Clearly Besotted Balloon Bunch Love Stamp Set. I coloured the images with Copics and cut them out. I created a subtle blended sky background using Mermaid Lagoon Ink & my MFT Slimline Cloud Stencil. I double mounted the panel onto card then glued it onto a card base. I attached all the images with foam pads and glued on some of the little hearts. I stamped the sentiment, mounted it and fixed it onto the card.
