Hi all :)
I hope you all have been staying nice and warm in the winter snow weather. Today I am sharing a card that I made using some new products from Polkadoodles. I often get asked for Wedding cards so I thought maybe i should make a few while I can...
For this card I used the new Work & Play 9 Love & Kisses Digital Collection. All the papers, image and embelllishments are from this collection. I mounted them all onto Kraft card to give it a rustic feel. I added some lace, a doily, pearl hearts, hessian butterfly and a ribbon bow to finish.

Octavia Merry Christmas

Hello, I am back as promised with my second card from my Octavia Frosted Winter project that was made for Making Cards Magazine...

Everything is pretty much from the Polkadoodles Frosted Winter Octavia CD Rom the sentiment, embellishments, image and papers that is. I mounted everything onto black card and distressed all the edges. There is loads of glitter on this too but it doesn't show up too well in pictures. I also added some gems to the Christmas tree along with some ribbon and a resin flower to finish.

Hope you have enjoyed my project and I will be back soon.

Over the weekend i had a sort out of my craft stash, binned loads of odds & ends (shock horror), got some bist to sell and found some stuff i forgot about!! It was rather productive just seemed to take agessss. I thought well i need a new sign for my craft area, technically i don't have a craft room more half the lounge just craft area didn't sound very good so i still put craft room in hope one day i'll have one ;)
All the elements are from the gorgeous Studio 12 Picknix Vol 1 CD available from Polka Doodles. They are from the All Sewn Up & Welcome Home Collections. Everything was arranged in Craft Artist - i just LOVE this chalkboard it's rather ace! You could of course 3d many of the elements too.

Babsie Fairy

It's Friday and time for a new challenge over at Polka Doodles.
This week we have a lovely theme of Fairy/Fantasy which is great as soo many Polka Doodles CD's and stamps are of fairies or fantasy scenes. I decided to use Babsie Stamp...
I deeply apologize for the piccy quality, i will try and retake it in the sunshine later. I stamped and coloured Babsie using copics and all the papers are from the Cherry Blossom Lane CD.I simply added a few embellishments - a resin flower, pearls and ribbon. I also dusted a bit of pan pastel around the image too.

Pop on over the Polka Doodles Blog to check out all the ideas from the DT :)
