Sending Love

Hi all :)
Today I am back with a card I made some time ago! It was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine, I actually made this card in pink previously but here is the mustard version!
This was made using a Craftwork Cards Kit. I am beyond devastated that they are closing, I've always loved Craftwork Cards and loved all their kits. This is one of the Julie Loves Kits so fingers crossed she will find a way to still design cos I love julie! Everything I used was in the kit i just mounted things onto foam pads for added dimension. I also added some pale distress ink onto the frame and ta-da!

I will be back soon, possibly not tomorrow as it's my birthday yay!

Otterly Fantastic

Hello :)
I hope you all had a lovely weekend and are enjoying the bank holiday! I am just glad it is half term and I get to spend some quality time with my Jazzy. We have both been working hard at work and school so we very much deserve this little break! So back to my cards today I am sharing a card from last months Paper Crafter Magazine...
I was asked to create a simple card with these adorable Otters by Avery Elle. How cute are they!? I coloured them up with my copics and fussy cut them out. I created the background by blending some distress inks. I added a stitched frame and wonky stitch rectangles. To finished i added the sentiment from the stamp set, popped it on foam pads and added some pearls.

I will be back soon :)

Squishy Hugs

Hi all :)
I hope you are all well. So today I thought I would share another colourful card, this time it's rather pink! You may recognise this one as it was the main cover card on last months Crafts Beautiful Magazine...
That feeling of excitement of seeing my cards in print is still there too, it never gets old! I am just still grateful to have this opportunity. So i created this card using some simple printed digi papers. The topper is a Wee Friends one by The Hobby House. I also added a die cut banner, ribbon, felt flowers, a sentiment and gems to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Beach Birthday

Hi all :)
Today I am back to share another summer creation! This is my second card I've made using some gorgeous products from Studiolight...
This was a really fun and simple card to create. I added some distress ink around the edges of the background. I also added some frantage to the bottom of the card to make it look like sand. All the images were from the Studiolight A4 Die Cut Pad. I also added some twine and a peg to add more texture and make it look more rustic.

I will be back soon :)

Always Bee Here

Hi all :)
Just popping on to share a card that was recently in Crafts Beautiful Magazine...
How cute are these little bee stamps?! These are MFT Stamps called Meant To Be. I coloured them up with Copic Markers and fussy cut them all out. I die cut a piece of honeycomb paper (pink petticoat i think) using a hexagon die and added the bee hive on foam pads to the middle. I created the background using some distress inks and flicking some ink. I added a stamped sentiment to finish which was included on the stamp set.

I will be back soon :)

Sorry I'm Slow

Hi all,
Today I am back to share one of my latest cards that was made for PaperCrafter Magazine. I got to play with these super cute sloths....
For this card I used the Lawn Fawn Hang In There Stamps & Dies. I stamped the image with memento ink and coloured my image using my copics pens. I used MFT Die-namics Stitched Scallop Circle Dies for the circle mat. I added  splash of colour onto this piece. I added some papers from my stash - although I think they were echo park. I added some sentiments and pearls to finish.

Speak soon,

Oh Yeah!

Hi all :)
I am working late tonight so am hoping to get lots of posts scheduled - so here's hoping this reaches you all! I thought I would share another of my cards made for last months Making Cards Magazine, this was another made using the men's papers...
The topper and the papers both came from last months issue of Making Cards Magazine. I mounted everything onto grey card. I drew a border around the topper with a fine line pen and added some pearls to the corners. I added some hessian, mesh and ribbon. I also added a button with twine and a die cut sentiment to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Summer Beach

Hi all :)
What a lovely summer weekend it has been! I hope  you have all been enjoying the sunshine - very unusual for a bank holiday but I love it! So in keeping with the beach weather I thought I would share a quick card I made...
This card was created using one of the fabulous Studiolight A4 Die Cut Pads. I love these pads as all the elements are die cut and you can simply arrange them in place! I added some rustic twine and some cream mesh to add some texture. I also added some Stampendous Frantage to the corners to add a bit of sandy sparkle!

I will be back tomorrow :)
