Foiled Butterflies

Hello my crafty friends. Today I am back to share another card with you. This one was part of a foiling feature that was in Crafts Beautiful. I had so much fun creating this one and it's so shimmery in real life too...

For this card I used Pink Fresh Studio Butterflies Hot Foil Plate & Coordinating Dies. I hot foiled acetate using the Butterflies Plate with Gold Foil to create the top layer wings. I die cut white card using the Butterflies Dies and blended Distress Oxide Inks onto them and assembled them together. I used my Memory Box Slim Pinpoint Heart Die to create the background then blended Distress Oxide Inks on top. I mounted it onto blue card then gold glitter card and onto a card blank. I used my Mama Elephant Enclosed Wishes Stamps & Dies to create the sentiment. I finished by adding a few clear gems.

Birthday Hugs

Good morning. I finally had a little bit of free time to create another fun card with my new Mama Elephant Stamps. I love Cacti & Succulents so of course I needed this stamp set...

For this card I used Mama Elephant Little Succulent Agenda Stamp Set. I also used the shelf from the Mama Elephant It's Okay Stamp Set. I coloured in all of the images with Copic Pens and cut them out. I used my favourite sentiment stamp set - Mama Elephant Enclosed Wishes and die cut it with the coordinating die. I created a subtle blended background using Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink and die cut it using the frame from my Mama Elephant Mod Heart Die Set. I added everything onto the card with foam pads and mounted it onto light kraft card. To finished I added a few sequins.

Birthday Biscuits

Hello crafty friends! I am back! I finally have a few cards to share with you this week. Today I am kicking it off with a fun card that I made using some fab products from Clearly Besotted...

For this card I used Clearly Besotted Sugar Rush Plushies & Sugar Rush Scenes Stamp Sets. I coloured in all the images with Copic Pens and cut them out. I also added some glitter shimmer but you can't really see it in the picture - it's very sparkly! I created the background by blending Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo & Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Inks. I added some splats of water and shimmer to the background. I used my Mama Elephant Wishes Enclosed Stamps & Dies to create the sentiment. I added everything with foam and added some clear gems.

Just For You

Hello crafty friends. Sorry for the lack of posts from me lately I've been super busy and just haven't had chance to update my blog or even make any cards much! I am hoping life slows down a bit so I can get back in my craft room and get back to doing what I love. So here is one of my latest cards that has been in Crafts Beautiful...

This one is from my Interlocking Gatefold Card project. This is card one and I also made another two which I will share soon. I created both the front panels by lightly blending Wilted Violet & Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide Inks. I used Clearly Besotted Balloon Bunch Easter & Easter Plushies Stamp Sets. I stamped, coloured and cut out the flowers then added them onto each panel. I stamped and coloured the critter and die cut it with a square die. I then added a die cut frame to create the interlocking design. I finished by adding a stamped sentiment and some gems.

Clearly Besotted Teasers - Make A Wish

Good morning, I hope you are having a great weekend so far. Today is the day of the new Clearly Besotted May Release. Here is my final card for the teasers featuring some super cute buzzy bees...

This card features the new Clearly Besotted Beewitched By You Stamp Set. I coloured in each of the images with Copics and cut them out. I created a simple blended background using Peacock Feathers & Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks. I added some light water sprays and also some with white ink. I used the little stars which come on the same stamp set and added glitter and white pen to them. I used my Lawn Fawn Henrys ABCs Alphabet Dies to create the sentiment.

Clearly Besotted Teasers - Count On Me

Good morning lovely craft followers. I am back with another Clearly Besotted card celebrating the fabulous new releases coming on 1st May. This time I've created a card using lots of the new stationery themed stamps...

For this card I used the Clearly Besotted Stationery Plushies & School Play Day Stamp Sets. I coloured in all the images with Copic Pens and cut them out. I created a quick blended background by masking off each area first then adding Antique Linen & Tea Dye Distress Ink to the bottom panel. I used my Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink along with my MFT Slimline English Brick Wall Stencil. I fixed everything in place with foam pads along with a stamped sentiment. I finished off the card by added a few clear bubble embellishments.

Clearly Besotted Teasers - Magic In Books

Hello crafty friends. Welcome back to the Clearly Besotted Teasers Day 3. Today I am sharing my card featuring some fun cute spell buddies, just love those book worms...

For this card I used the Clearly Besotted Spell Book Stamp Set. I coloured in each of the images with my Copic Pens and cut them out. I created a quick blended background using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks. I mounted the panel onto black card and added a strip of paper at the bottom. I then added all the images and stamped sentiment with foam pads. I finished by adding a few gems.
