Magic Unicorns

Hi all :)

There is a brand new release over at Lili Of The Valley. There is brand new Stamps, Papers and Art Sheets. I got to play with some of the new Art Sheets & Papers as part of the DT Duties and here is my first using the super cute unicorns...

For this card I used the Enchanted Unicorns Art Sheet & Watercolour Dots Paper Set. I mounted all the papers onto sparkly and shimmer card. I added a doily, ribbon, pearl swirls and a die cut flower. I also added some digi sentiments to finish.

Merry Gnomes

Hello :) 

So it's back to normal for us now, Jazz is back is back to school today which means I am back in work mode! Today I am sharing a card that is featured in this months Making Cards Magazine...

This months free gift is a fabulous Gnome Stamp Set! I got to create the samples with it and they are so much fun! I stamped the different gnomes randomly all over a piece of stamping card. I coloured them all using my Copic Markers. I added a stamped sentiment and gems to finish.

Hooray It's Your Day

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a fancy card made using some super cute Me To You imagery...

For this card I used a Me To You Decoupage Topper that I put together. I added some gems onto the scallops. The papers are from The Hobby House and the sentiment is by MFT Stamps. I added a ton of paper flowers, lace along with a ribbon bow. I loved creating this one with lots of embellies.

'Tis The Season

Hello again!

I am back with another creation. This time it's a simple winter scene card that was made for PaperCrafter Magazine...

I created the background using some distress inks and water. The stamps were the free large stamp set that came with the magazine. I coloured them with Copics and fussy cut them out. I layered them onto the card with foam pads and added a stamped sentiment. I added some glitter highlights and gems to finish.

Hello Friend

Hello :)

Today I am sharing a floral card that I made recently. I kept the design simple to show off the gorgeous flowers...

For this card I die cut a scallop background and splashed some light pink ink onto it. The flowers are actually a Altenew Washi Tape. I put it onto some white paper, cut it out and popped it onto some foam pads. The hello is a stamped sentiment also by Altenew. I then added the friend die cut word cut out of black and pink card. I added some shimmer to the friend word to make it sparkle. I added some striped paper and liquid enamel dots to finish.

Unicorns & Rainbows

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing my third and final card that was made for my clean and simple Unicorn project in Making Cards Magazine...

For this card I used the Fairytale Unicorns Stamp Set by Clearly Besotted Stamps. I coloured them with Copic Markers and fussy cut each one out. I created the background by blending some distress ink. I die cut three stitched frames from lilac card and added some gems to finish.

Just For You

Hi all :)

I am a bit later with my post than usual today. It's been a busy few days with another busy few days ahead. I hope I can still squeeze in some time to share my creations with you though! Today's card features 101 Dalmatians...

How cute is that dog? This was made using the 101 Dalmatians Collection from Create and Craft. I used a brick wall stencil for the background and brushed some grey ink through it. I created a road from coloured card. The telephone box is a topper from the paper kit along with the background paper. I die cut the dalmatian and decoupaged a second layer to make it more 3d. I finished by adding a sentiment and gems.

Sailing Mice

Hello :)

I have lots more cards to share with you this week. First up is a card that was recently featured in Making Cards Magazine using an image from Lili Of The Valley...

This was made using one of the Simply Print Digi Stamps. Unfortunately they are no longer selling digi stamps but these cuties may be available as Art Sheets soon so watch this space. I love these adorable mice and I am sure there will be more mice designs soon. The papers I used are by Wild Rose Studio and I added lots of flowers, ribbons, wooden flourishes and a doily.

Magical Platypus

Hi all :)

I hope you have all had a great weekend. I have had a chilled day today with a spot of crafting of course! Today I am sharing a card that was recently featured in Crafts Beautiful Magazine...

I love these cute images, they remind me of a Pokemon called Psyduck! They are from Clearly Besotted Stamps and called Platypus At Play. I coloured them with my Copics and fussy cut them out. I kept the rest of the design simple to show off the cute images. I added some paper, enamel dots and a sentiment to finish.

Floral Hello

Hi all :)

I have lots of cards to share with you so some days I will be posting twice a day when I can! I absolutely love all the fabulous new Washi Tape that Altenew have been launching so thought I would make a quick card with it...

I added a sheet of washi tape to the background. I then placed it onto card and cut out the main flower. I popped it onto foam pads and added it onto the flower background to create an extra layer. I used some pink shimmer washi at the top and bottom of the panel. I added a strip of stripe paper and three gems. I also die cut a Hello Die-namics Die from pink and black card and added some shimmer onto it and attached it onto the card with foam pads.

Boo Bear

Hi all :)

Halloween is just around the corner so I thought I would play with some of my new stamps. I created this simple Halloween card using some Waffle Flower Stamps...

For this card I used Waffle Flower Boo Stamp Set. I coloured them up with my Copics and fussy cut them out. I created the background using some blended Distress Inks. I stamped the sentiment randomly onto the card to create a background. I embossed the sentiment in silver and added some nuvo drops to finish.

Merry Trees

Hi all :)

Just popping back to share another quick card that was made for PaperCrafter Magazine using the free Christmas clear stamps...

I decided to use the tree stamp to create a simple background. I used my MISTI tool to help me line up the tree so it was more or less exact. I coloured them using my Copic Pens. I added a stamped sentiment which was included with the magazine. I mounted them onto green card to finish.

Happy Birthday

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing something a bit more colourful. After a few days of wet rain here I think we need something to brighten up our day! This card was made for Crafts Beautiful using some super cute bunnies...

I started out by blending some distress inks onto white card. I then die cut the panel using the Die-namics Happy Birthday Die. The bunnies are by My Favorite Things. I stamped and coloured the bunnies and extra flowers using Copic Pens. I then fussy cut each one out and attached them onto the card. I mounted it onto dark purple card to finish. Quite an easy one really.

Hiya!

Just popping back on to share a quick card that was made for Make It Today. I was asked to create some bright Christmas cards using some Die Cut Snowflakes, here is card one...

For this card I used some papers I had in my stash - I think they were by My Minds Eye. I mounted them onto white card to make the colours pop. The sentiment is a die cut word from Tim Holtz Holiday Words Dies. I created the snowflake using Die-namics Layered Snowflakes. I added some gems and a button to the centre. I added some enamel dots to finish.

Cute Mice

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a card that was made for Making Cards Magazine using a gorgeous image from Lili Of The Valley...

I had a ball creating this card as I do love to pile on embellishments sometimes! So the image is from Lili Of The Valley, it was a Simply Print however I am sure that this image will be available as an Art Sheet soon. The papers are by Wild Rose Studio and were all mounted onto kraft card. The card blank is a shaped one from Hunkydory Crafts. I added some flowers, pearls, doily and a stamped sentiment.

Floral Chalkboard

Hi all :)

Today I am here to share with you another card I've made! It's nice to use some different shape cards every now and again so I did have some fun creating this one...

This was made using the Craftwork Cards Floral Chalkboard Collection. I used the papers to cover the flower card blank and added some faux stitching around the edges. I mounted the topper onto a scallop circle. The flowers and bow were made using the die cuts in the kit. I added some card card to finish. I really love the colour pallet they used in this collection I think it's lovely. If you haven't already heart Craftwork Cards are going to be returning which is fab news!

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, I have been busy behind the scenes working on some exciting new projects! Today I am sharing a card I have made using MFT Stamps, lots of cuteness on this card...

I hardly ever make boy cards so this is a rare for me! I just loved these cute stamps so I couldn't resist them! I have to say I have been loving MFT Stamps more and more over the last few months. I used the Little Buddies Stamp set and coloured them with Copic Pens. I fussy cut them out and popped them onto foam pads. I used some distress inks for the grass and sky along with the MFT Cloud Stencil. I added a Die-namics Fence and cut a window for the card. I added the matching sentiment from the stamp set to finish.

Dalmatian Home Plaque

Hello!

Today I am sharing something different. I actually made this a few weeks ago but I keep forgetting to add it onto my blog. So my lovely partner bought me my first Disney Set from Create & Craft...101 Dalmatians! I wanted to make something a bit different so here is what I came up with...

I got this lovely Home MDF Frame from Ally Pally Craft Show. I wish I had bought more as it was  bargain at only £2.99! I painted the whole thing in white and then painted the home word in white shimmer paint. I created little cards in each of the windows using the papers and cardstock from the collection. I then die cut all the doggies and popped them onto foam pads. I added some gems and a few die cuts to finish.

Autumn Friends

Hi all :)

I have been busy practicing blending backgrounds with my distress inks. As usual I ended up making it into a card using these gorgeous autumnal stamps by Hello Bluebird...

For the background I used Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade & a touch of Barn Door. I stamped the leaves and created the hill using Tea Dye. I stamped and coloured the images using Copic Markers and added some highlights using a white pen. I added a sentiment and mounted onto brown card. I created the card shape using a Tattered Lace Die.

Fairy Tale Unicorns

Today I am sharing my second card from my unicorn stamped project that was made for Making Cards Magazine. I looove unicorns, especially these cute stamps...

For this card I used Clearly Besotted Stamps called Fairy Tale Unicorns. I coloured them with Copics and fussy cut them out. I created the background using some distress inks and added some gems. I used quite a few Die-namics Dies including Stitched Clouds, Stitched Rectangle Frames and Stitched Wonky Edge Rectangles. I also added a stamped sentiment to finish.

Bear & Bunny

I'm back, two cards in one day! I just can't stop creating at the moment which is great. This card was made for Lili Of The Valley as part of my dt duties, using the new Art Sheets & Papers...

How cute is this image? Reminds me of a John Lewis Christmas Advert! I used the lovely Christmas Friends Art Sheet. I also used some beautiful tree papers for the background, they are from the Winter Woods Paper Set. I used the Christmas Sentiment Tag Stamps for the sentiment. I added a die cut holly and leaves. I also added a paper doily. The tree was cut out from one of the papers. I also added some glitter around the topper to make it sparkle.

Santa!

Today I am back to share a bright and colourful card that was made for this months Christmas issue of Crafts Beautiful Magazine. I was delighted that this one was featured on the front page too!

I love creating cards using Doodlebug products, they always make me smile and are fun! The papers and die cuts are by Doodlebug and from last years Christmas range called Here Comes Santa Claus. I mounted the papers onto red card. I added a stitched snow hill and finished by adding some gems. I have been busy playing with the new Christmas collection so look out for those cards soon.

Let It Snow

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a quick card that was made for PaperCrafter Magazine using the freebie stamps from the last issue. These were amazing to work with, so many different stamps to play with!

For this card I decided to create a quick scene. I created the background with some distress ink and added some splashes of water to create a light snow effect. I stamped the Santa directly onto the background. I stamped and coloured the houses to look like gingerbread and popped them onto foam pads. I stamped the sentiment onto the snow hill and added gems to finish.

 Today I am sharing a card that was made for last months issue of Making Cards Magazine. I got to create the samples using the fabby free papers that came with the magazine...

I love these fashion girls, ideal for teens and tweens and well anyone who loves their fashion really. I mounted all the papers onto black card to make the colours pop. I added some ribbon, a pearl heart and sentiment to finish.

Festive Cheer

Sorry I wasn't able to post a card as usual yesterday but I am back today. Today I am sharing another card that I made for Lili Of The Valley as part of my DT duties showing off the brand newly released products...

I really love this adorable image it's sooo cute! I love winter images as they are great for winter birthdays too not just Christmas. This is one of the new Art Sheets called Christmas Mice. The sentiment is from the Christmas Tags Set. I also used some of the new Paper Pads this one is from the the new Winter Pastels. I also added some lace, ribbons, flowers and pearls. Although you can't see it I also added some glitter glue to the snow.

Furry & Bright

Today I am sharing a card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine, this one was in last months issue! I decided to go with a cute animal theme but kept the design simple to show off the cute images...

These stamps are by MFT Stamps and are called Happy Pawlidays. I coloured them with my Copic Pens and die cut them using the coordinating die set. I added some glossy accents to the baubles and lights to make them shine. I added a stamped sentiment and a stitched square panel, simples!

Beach Friends

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing another of my creations using the Beach Life Collection by Trimcraft. I know it's not summer anymore but I am still squeezing a few different seasons here and there with my cards...

For this card I used the Beach Life Decoupage Pad and Paper Pack. I mounted the papers onto white card and added the topper onto a white doily. I cut out the shell and starfish from the paper and added it onto the side of the topper. I added some pink gingham ribbon and added a button to the bow centre. I added a coordinating foil sentiment and finished with some gems.

Xmas Singing

Two posts in one day again, shocking!! I just have so many creations to share with you at the moment! Here is another card that I made for Lili Of The Valley using the fabulous new Art Sheets! Yes they are back in sheet form - 6 images per sheet and they are as fabulous as ever...

How cute is this! This is from the Art Sheet Carol Singing. I used some old LOTV papers that were all mounted onto red card. I added some scrabble pieces to create a sentiment. I also added some ribbon, a bow and gems to finish.

Happy Halloween

Hi all :)

So it seems Autumn has really arrived with chillier mornings and dark evenings that are now upon us! Right round the corner is Halloween, I have always loved Halloween and wish we celebrated it like you guys do in the USA. Today I am sharing a super cute Halloween Card...

 For this card I used some Hello Bluebird Stamps and coloured them up with my Copic Pens. I fussy cut them out and added them onto my card with foam pads. I used a piece of striped paper for the bottom of the card and added some die cut grass. I stamped the sentiment and bat onto a distress ink background then mounted it onto black card.
