Special Little One

It's the weekend woohoo not that it makes too much difference for me other than I don't have to take Jazz to school! She's at her dads this weekend so I will be missing her loads as usual -just not the same without her. So today's card is a baby themed card that I made for Quick Cards Made Easy Q&A, love love love making new baby cards!
For this card I used a downloaded digi paper for the striped backgrounds. The stars are MFT Stars Background Stamp. I also used MFT Die-namics Stitched Rounded Edges STAX, and Beautiful Baby Stamps & Dies. I added som pearls and also a mini peg. Quite pleased how this simple card turned out.

I will be back soon with more creations.

Fab 50's

Hello lovely followers!
A quick post for me today as I am snowed in at work literally - it's all xmas & glittery deliveries today! So I am back with my my final two cards from my Retro Die Cutting project that was featured in Crafts Beautiful Magazine.
For both of these cards I used some lovely Sizzix Dies called Retro TV & Camera. I believe all the retro dies have now been discontinued but you can still purchase them through Sizzix and stockists - so grab them whilst you can! The smile wording was created with Die-namics By The Letters and the Zebra & Diagonal Stripes were made with My Favorite Things Stamps.

Thanks for stopping, I will be back soon :)

Retro 50's

Afternoon People! Well the sun is out and I've finally warmed up at work - hurrah!! It's always way hotter on the way home, best make the most of it as I'm sure it will be terribly wet soon! Today I thought I would share two Retro Cards that I made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine...
Both of these cards were made using Sizzix Dies I used quite a few of them as there are a few different Retro Sets available. The first one features Jutebox & Music and the other is Vintage Car. I used some My Favorite Things Stamps (Diagonal & Zebra) to create the white papers. They are quite easy to do especially once you have assembled the main die cuts - cor they are fiddly!!

I will be back tomorrow with my other cards from this project.

Box Of Wishes

Hello Peeps,
Well I have been so busy behind the scenes creating that I keep forgetting to update my blog - how naughty of me! Today I am sharing a Christmas card that I made as part of my DT duties for Lili Of The Valley.
How sweet is this image? She is one of the new xmas stamps called Box Of Wishes.
The papers are Dovecraft Krafty Christmas. I also added some ribbons and gems. The sentiment is from a lawn fawn stamp set and the stars are Die-namics Stacking Stars.

I will be back soon with more creations.

Thinking Of You

Hello peeps and welcome to September can't believe how fast this year has gone - yet again! I have a busy week ahead so I will make this post quick. This next card I made as part of my dt duties at LOTV. I decided to use one of the gorgeous Art Pad images with some pretty papers...
This gorgeous image is from the James & Jenny Bear Art Pad and papers are from Always & Forever Paper Pad - I really hope they never discontinue this one as it's so pretty, I love it!! I also added a doily, an embossed oval, ribbon, die cut sentiment, pearls and twine.

I will be back soon with more creations :)
