Happy Valentine's Day

Hello crafty friends. It's Thursday and that means my usual weekly DT post for Time For Tea Designs. I am loving the pink and green combo at the moment it just makes things pop! The combo is perfect for Valentine's Day which is not long away now...

I started out by creating the background. I blended Spun Sugar & Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Inks. I then used the Scene It Stencil to create the clouds, using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink. I blended some Twisted Citron with a little Mowed Lawn Ink and added some ink splatters. I die cut it using the grass die from the Slimline Hillside Scene Dies. I then mounted the panel onto white card then onto paper. I used the Time For Tea Smitten Kitten Stamps, the flower from the You've Got Mail Set and the butterflies from the Up Up & Away Set. I coloured each of them with Copics and cut them out. I added some highlights with a white pen. I stamped the sentiments onto white card. I attached each of the images and sentiments onto the card with foam pads - you know I love a bit of dimension!

You Are Loved

Hello crafty friends. I finally had a few spare minutes to create a fun card and use some of my new products! I rarely get the time at the moment but hopefully that will change soon and I'll be able to create more as I love it. With valentines around the corner I thought I would use that for inspiration...

For this card I used the new Lawn Fawn Scent with Love Stamp Set. I coloured all the images with Copics and cut them out. I created the background with some Picked Raspberry & Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. I used my Tumbling Hearts stencil from Simon Says Stamp and gently blended the same inks over the top. I added some Twisted Citron Distress Ink onto some white card and die cut with my MFT Grassy Hills Dies. The large sentiment I created by using my Mama Elephant You Are Love Die. I added a strip of spotty paper to the side and I added some shimmer to each of the hearts.

Simon Says Stamps - Tumbling Hearts
My Favorite Things Dies - Grassy Hills

Oh So Merry!

Good morning fello crafters! I'm currently in self isolation as both myself and my daughter have covid. I haven't felt up to creating any cards sadly but I had this one I hadn't blogged yet so I thought I would share it with you guys...

Just a simple Christmas one! This one features Reverse Confetti Polar Party Stamps. I coloured each of them with Copics and cut them out. I created a splash effect background using some Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink with some water on watercolour card. I added some splats with glimmer mist for added sparkle. I added some glitter and gloss to parts of the coloured images too. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant Everything Nice Stamp Set. I cut them out with the coordinating dies. To finish I added some clear gems.

Supplies;
Reverse Confetti Stamps - Polar Party
Mama Elephant Stamps & Dies - Everything Nice
Distress Oxide Inks - Mermaid Lagoon
Copic Pens
Clear Gems

I really hope you all have a fabulous Christmas. Stay safe and well and I will be back soon as I can with more creations.
