Ride With Me

Hi all,
Today I am sharing a fun card featuring a sweet summer scene. I have had these stamps coloured in for a while but as always other things take priority but I am so glad I got around to using them...
For this card I used Neat & Tangled Ride With Me Stamps and Dies. I coloured them with Copics and then die cut each one out. I created the background using a MFT Cloud Edges Stencil and a little ink. I created the road and flower border using Lawn Fawn Dies. I have been after these for ages so I was so happy when I saw they had been restocked. I added a Lawn Fawn Wavy Banner sentiment to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Somebunny Special

Hi all,
It's a lovely sunny spring day here - finally! I thought I would share a pastel spring card to fit in with today. It's a very clean and simple card for me. I am still obsessed with cute bunny stamps as you can see...
For this card I used Hello Bluebird Stamps called Easter Egg Hunt. Although they do have some Easter images in this stamp set there are so others that are great for just general cards. I coloured the stamps with Copics and cut out them. I created the background using my Distress Oxides (Shabby Shutters & Spun Sugar) and a MFT Cloud Edge Stencil. I added a stamped sentiment, a strip of striped paper and some Nuvo Drops.

I will be back soon :)

Special Friend

Hi all,
Today I am sharing a card I made as part of my DT duties at Lili Of The Valley.  Have you seen you can now get the Simply Print Images on their Etsy shop? There are loads more being added to. I went for a Spring/Easter theme...
For this card I used the Simply Print Spring Bunny Chicks. I printed it out twice so I could add a decoupage layer - I do like a bit of dimension! The sentiment is also from Lili Of The Valley called Everyday Greetings. I used a Marianne Design Chicken Wire Die and a M&C (The Works!) Dotted Border Die. The Papers are Nitwits which coordinate perfectly. I added some ribbons, button, flowers and pearls to finish.

I will be back soon.

Birthday Chicks

Hi,
Today I am back with another simple cute card with a blended background. I used a few of my new products I got this week as I couldn't wait to use them!
For this card I used the InkOn3 Chick Stamps. I have loved these for a while and am so happy they are now available in the UK at Dies To Die For. I coloured them with my Copics and cut them out. How cute are these little dressing up bits. Rather than go Easter I figured chicks aren't just Easter right!? I used one of the big new sentiment dies by Mama Elephant, I cut it out several times and glued it together to make it stand out a bit. I created the background with Cracked Pistachio Ink and die cut it with a Stitched Scallop Rectangle Die. To finish I added some Nuvo Drops.

I will be back later tonight with my latest Lili Of The Valley card.

Easter Bunnies

Good morning,
I am really loving my stamping at the moment - can you tell?! Last night I made a ton of blended backgrounds so I can whip up some cards quickly along with my coloured stamped images. Today I am sharing an Easter card made with one of my favourite brands...
For this card I used Hello Bluebird Stamps called Easter Egg Hunt. I coloured them with Copics and die cut each one. I created the blended background using Distress Oxide inks - Shabby Shutters, Spun Sugar & Broken China. I used quite a few MFT Dies - grass, fence and wonky edge rectangle dies. The Easter word is by Heffy Doodle and I cut it several times to make it a bit more raised.

I will be back tomorrow :)

I only had a few of them coloured in on my desk so next time I will use all different images. I used a circle grid die and added a watercoloured blended background behind it. I decided to go with a mum theme as Mother's Day is just around the corner. I used the 8x8 Magical Forest Kit by The Paper Boutique. I added some wooden flourishes, paper flowers, a doily, ribbon and pearls. I found a huge bag of scrabble tiles in The Range so I used those to spell out mum.

The banner sentiment is from the Part Parade Stamp Set. I also used the Photo Stack for the Frames and added some black pen to them. I used the new Hello Friend Die for the words. I added some papers and gems and Nuvo Drops to finish.
