Hi all,

Today I am back to share another card from my project in last months Making Cards Magazine. I really enjoyed creating these ones, such lovely designs...

For this card I used the free papers that came with this issue and mounted them onto red card. I added some lace and ribbon to the left side along with a bow. I cut out another topper and added it to the top. I finished by adding a glitter chipboard word to finish.

Good Morning!

Oh what a wet rainy day it is today! Perfect for staying in the warm and crafting. Today I am sharing a my second penguin card that was made for Make It Today - Die Cut Christmas Magazine...

I kept the design simple to highlight the super cute Penguins! They are a Crafters Companion Die, I also added some googly eyes to the middle penguin. I used a Die-namics Stitched Border Die for the hill and I added some glitter. The sentiment is my My Favorite Things. I also added some gems and ribbon.

Trimming The Tree

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing my latest card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. This is one of my final Christmas designs for them this year. Can you believe I am already working on Easter!?

For this card I used some super cute critter stamps from Clearly Besotted Stamps. These ones are called Trimming The Tree, they were coloured with Copics and fussy cut out. I created the background using Distress Inks and water. I used a stitched square to die cut it. The papers are by Lili Of The Valley - these ones are beautiful. I added a bow and enamel dot to finish.

Traditional Christmas

Hi all,

Today I am sharing two cards that are featured in the current issue of Making Cards Magazine. These are made using the free papers and toppers that come with the magazine - they are so beautiful...

It's really nice to work with some traditional style Christmas images. I love that the papers feature nature, leaves, wreaths that kind of thing. I mounted the papers and toppers onto red card and added an embossed panel to the robin card. I added red gingham ribbon onto both cards. To finish I added some pearls and a sentiment.

Angel Wings

Hi all,

Today I am sharing a quick simple Christmas card that I have made for my box of cards. I kept the design simple as I still have loads to make...

For this card I used some distress inks to create the background. I die cut it using the Die-namics Snowfall and added some silver glitter card behind it. I used the Die-namics Our Town and added some ink to the roofs. The angel is by Neat & Tangled called Angel Wings it was coloured with copics and fussy cut out. The sentiment is also from this set.

Merry Penguin

Hi all,

I am feeling a bit under the weather today so this will be a short post. Today's card was made for Make It Today Die Cut Christmas Magazine...

I was asked to create a few cards using a penguin die and this is the first card from my project. I used a Penguin Die from Crafters Companion. It's quite a large die which makes it great as a focal point. The sentiment is by My Favorite Things. I think the papers are by Doodlebug. I added a ribbon bow and pearls to finish.

Trio of Christmas Village

 Hi,

Today I am sharing a trio of cards that were made for Make It Today Magazine. I got to play with some gorgeous new products from the latest Trimcraft collection...

All three cards were made using the Helz Cuppleditch Christmas Village Collection which is available now. I used the Paper Pack, Die & Stamp Set, Toppers, Stickers and Pearls. I mounted everything onto kraft card. I added some gems and ribbons too.

Warm & Fuzzy Winter Wishes

Hi all,

Today I am sharing a card I made with the newly launched MFT Stamps...

I created the backgound using my Distress Oxides Inks and die cut it using the Snow Fall Dienamics Dies. I placed some silver glitter paper behind it so add some sparkle. I used Dienamics Dies for the mountains and snow. The stamps are MFT Stamps Warm and Feathered Friends. I coloured them with Copics, fussy cut them out and popped them onto foam pads. I stamped the die sentiment and die cut it using the Dienamics Oval Sentiment Frames.

Merry Christmas For All

Hello,

Today I am sharing my third card from my Kasiercraft project that was featured in PaperCrafter Magazine...

For this card I used the Kaisercraft Pace & Joy Collection. I used the 12x12 papers, sticker sheet, wooden embellishments and pearls. I cut the wreath out from one of the papers along with the bird. I popped them onto foam pads for a bit of dimension.

Frog On Duty

Hello :) 

I hope you have all been enjoying the weekend, it's got very chilly suddenly. So today I have a simple fun card featuring Kermit from The Muppets...

For this card I used the Disney Muppets Collection from Create & Craft. I used the Kermit Die with the matching image from the colourful creations. I also decoupaged this image to make it more 3D. I used the papers, border and sentiment from the matching A4 Paper Pack. I mounted the papers onto kraft card then added some die cut stars, ribbon, lace and pearls.

Cute Penguins

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't been on for a few days I've had a lot going on and haven't had time to update my blog. I am here now though! So today I am sharing a card that I made with some new MFT Stamps...

I had great fun creating this background. I have been practicing with blending my distress inks and was finally happy with how this one turned out. I flicked some white acrylic paint onto it and some water to crate a snowy type effect. I used my Die-namics Stitched Snow Drifts and also a Stitched Frame that i die cut from glitter card. The stamps are the new Penguins from MFT and I coloured them with Copics. Although the sentiment looks wonky it isn't its just the angle I took the picture.

Santa Cards

 Hello Crafters,

Today I have a double whammy, yes two cards to share with you. I have been loving making decoupage up in the evenings curled up in front of the TV. I find it so relaxing so I have two decoupage cards to share...

For both of these cards I used the newly released At Home With Santa Collection by Docrafts. I used the Ultimate Die Cut & Paper Pack, Decoupage Packs, Ribbons and Buttons. I added some lace, paper doily, coloured card and pearls to finish.

Be Merry

Hi all,

I am back to share another Christmas card. I got some brand new stamps the other day by Honey B Stamps - available at Bumbleberry's in the UK. I couldn't wait to stamp these beauties up and make a card.

These stamps are fabulous as you can dress up snowmen and it features 3 different snowmen. It's a huge stamp set full of everything you need. I coloured him with my Copic Pens. I created the background using my Distress Oxide Inks and added a stamped sentiment (by MFT Stamps). I added some faux snow by flicking a brush with white acrylic paint. I added some glitter snow drifts and glitter around the whole card - it's very sparkly in real life.

Today I am sharing another card from my Kaisercraft project that was featured in PaperCrafter Magazine. I really loved the traditional colours and floral look of this collection. Here is card two...

For this card I used the Kaisercraft Peace and Joy Collection. I used the 12x12 Papers, Sticker Sheet, Wooden Embellishments & Self Adhesive Pearls. I mounted the paper onto kraft card. I added a red doily, ribbon and a gems.

Best In The West

Hi all,

I am back to share a quick card that I made using the Create & Craft Disney Toy Story Collection. I love playing with all these fabulous images from Disney. So bright and colourful, ideal for children of all ages.

For this card I used the Toy Story Paper Kit, Dies & Colourful Creations Paper Pad. I used a star embossing folder for behind the image which isn't picked up very well in this photo sadly. I mounted the papers onto white, red and black card. I added some gems to finish.

Christmas Penguins

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, I have been busy getting things ready for my daughters birthday next week. Of course I have also been crafting too and today I have this card to share with you...

For this card I used the super cute Cool Penguins Stamps by Mama Elephant. I coloured them with Copics and fussy cut them out. I created the background using some distress inks and added some snow with a pen. I used the Mama Elephant Birch Tree Dies, MFT Stitched Snow Drifts and a Lawn Fawn Die for the background. I added some ribbon, a gem and sentiment to finish.

Festive Flamingos

Hi all,

What a wet and windy start to the day! Today I am sharing a quick card that I made using some of my favourite products of the moment...

For this card I used the MFT Festive Flamingo Stamps which I coloured using my Copic Markers. I then die cut them with the coordinating dies. I created a gradual background using my Distress Inks then I flicked some white shimmer acrylic paint. I die cut two panels using the Stitched Snowdrift Die-namics Dies. I added some sentiments and pearls to finish.

Balloon Bear

Good Morning,

Today I am sharing a card that was made for Lili Of The Valley using the new Art Sheets & Papers...

For this card I used the Greg The Bear Art Sheet. I added some glitter glue to the large balloon and added enamel dots onto the medium balloon. The papers are Watercolour Dots and are mounted onto kraft card. The sentiment is from the Teenage Girl Sentiment Set. I added some ribbon, flowers and gems.

Gnome Sweet Gnome

I am back to share another card that was made for last months Making Cards Magazine...

For this card I have used the Gnome stamp set & matching papers. I coloured the gnomes with copic markers. I used a Stitched Dome Die by Die-namics to create the topper shape. I added some gems and a sentiment to finish.

Toy Story Aliens

Hi all,

Today I have something a little different. So for a while I have been eyeing up lots of the Disney Sets on Create & Craft. I already have the 101 Dalmatians Kit but I was lucky to get the Toy Story Set in the sale. I love Toy Story and all Disney to be fair so I whipped up a quick card...

For this card I used the Toy Story Alien Dies & Colourful Creations Paper Pad. I used some papers from the Paper Kit for the backgrounds and sentiment topper. I added some silver gems and a fishtail strip to finish.

Winter Homes

Hello crafty friends,

This time I am sharing a card that was featured in PaperCrafter Magazine...

This card was made using the free digi stamps that came with the magazine. I coloured them with Copics and added glitter onto the snow to highlight it. I created a light blue background with distress ink. I added some die cut snowflakes and added gems to finish.

Hello Bear

Today's card was made for Lili Of The Valley using some of the their fabulous new release products. I just love these super cute bears...

For this card I used the new Greg The Bear Art Sheet which has four of these super cute bears on. The papers I used are from the Watercolour Dots Paper Set. I really love these new papers, they are perfect to pair up with the art sheets too. I mounted them all onto craft card and used a stitched square die for the image. I added a sentiment from the Teenage Girl Sentiments Set. I added some flowers, ribbon, lace and gems.

Snow Penguin

Hello again! 

I am back to share another Christmas card. This one was made for Make It Today Die Cut Christmas Magazine. I kept this one simple to show off the super cute penguin...

I used some Doodlebug for the papers. I added a dotty embossed panel and some ribbon. The penguin is a Crafters Companion Die that was cut from card and coordinating paper. I added some pearls to finish. Nice & simple!

Winter Flamingos

Hi all,

It's Monday and another start to a crafty week! We had a great time at the NEC on Saturday, lots of new goodies and bargains. I recently got some new MFT Stamps (my fav brand still!) so I couldn't wait to ink them up and get a card made, here it is...

I created the background using Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink and splattered some water onto it. I used the Stitched Snow Drifts to create the snowy hills and added some light blue ink. The trees is a Die-namics Die that coloured with Copics. I then stamped, coloured and die cut the flamingos out. I added a sentiment and glitter to finish.

Flamingo Fun

I have so many cards to share with you so I will be adding more than one day! This one was made for Making Cards Magazine using one of the free Facebook Craft Papers...

I really loved creating these quick cards using the Flamingo Papers. I kept the design simple to show off the beautiful images and papers. I die cut the topper using a stitched square die. I then added some ribbon, a bow and gems to finish.

Today I am back to share another card that I have made using Me To You Decoupage. I do love a bit of decouapage, like colouring I find it very relaxing. So here is my card...

For this card I used Me To You Decoupage and added pearls around the edge. The papers are by The Hobby House and sentiment is MFT Stamps. I added ribbon, a button and various paper flowers.

Poundland Pooh Bear

Hi again!

So recently I challenge myself to create some budget makes using some bits and pieces that I found in Poundland. I adored Christopher Robin recently at the cinema so when I found a collection of craft bits in Poundland I was delighted. Here is my first card...

For this card I used the Christopher Robin Die Cut Toppers, Papers, Pearls, Letter Tiles and 3D Toppers. All I added was some die cut scallop circles, black card and some ribbon. I will be making some more with this collection very soon, so watch this space!

For this card I used a beautiful collection from Kaisercraft called Peace & Joy. I used the 12x12 & 6x6 Paper Pads. I also used the sticker sheet and enamel dots. All I added was some ribbons and a gem pearl.

Polar Bear Sledging

Today I am sharing a cute Polar Bear Card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine...

For this card I used a pre coloured image from Lili Of The Valley. I also used some purple striped paper from an old Lili Of The Valley Paper Pad. I added a die cut fence and snowflake. I mounted it onto a square paper doily - I do love these! I added a ribbon bow, gems and sentiment to finish.

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a card that I made with Craftwork Cards Floral Chalkboard Collection...

I used a gorgeous shaped card blank, covered it with paper and drew a frame around the edge. I used a topper, card candi, bow and flowers all from the Floral Chalkboard Collection. A super easy creation :)
