Thank You Very Much

What a lovely day it is today, although a little chilly the sun is shining hurrah! Today is release day over at Lili Of The Valley and boy do they have some new cuties. There are nine trio stamp sets being released today so do pop over to the shop and have a look. Here is my latest card...
For this card I used the Thank You Very Much from the Sentiments Trio. I am really loving the script on these sentiments. The papers were also LOTV Papers but have now been discontinued. You can also these at Nitwits Collections as a digital download. The flourish is the MFT Pierced Flourish Die-namics Die. The butterflies are hand cut from a Kaisercraft Paper Pad - the name escapes me now. I also added some rhinestones to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Paw Print

I was just going through my card photos on my laptop and just realised I have quite a few that haven't made it onto my blog! Earlier last year I did a project for Die Cutting Essentials Magazine so I thought I would share on of the cards I made.
How cute is this little kitten? Just gorgeous right? This kitty is from the I Knead You Stamp Set by My Favorite Things. The sentiment is also from this set. I coloured her up with my Copic Pens. I also used the Paw Print Background Stamp, Stencil and an embossing folder. I added some doodles, twine and pearls to finish.

Cute As A Button

Hello :) Blimey it's chilly out today isn't it? Although think we must be one of the only places in the UK that hasn't had snow over the weekend, so unfair - I want snow!!! It's time for me to share another project with you all. This time it's a New Baby project that was featured in Making Cards Magazine. Here is the first one...
How cute are these diddy owls?! You could use them for any occasion really not just babies, although maybe change the sentiment! For this card I used the lovely Kaisercraft Little One Collection. I used the paper pad for the background papers which I then mounted onto dark grey card. The sentiment, owls and flowers are from the matching little ones collectables die cuts. I added some ribbon, button and gem to finish.

I will be back soon with my other card from this project.

Thinking Of You

Today I am sharing my last card from my latest project that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. I really enjoyed making these pretty cards. It was a few months ago now but I remember it being a refreshing change from Christmas back then!
I used the same products as I did for the last two cards which are; LOTV Art Pad, LOTV Papers, Avery Elle Sentiments, Ribbon, Lace & Buttons.

I will really miss the lotv art pads which are now being discontinued, I really hope they do them again sometime in the future. There needs to be more ready coloured images like these with lovely detail rather than the standard foil toppers you normally get.

Back soon :)

Spring Birds

 Good Morning Crafty Friends!!
The sun is shining here which makes a change! The sun always manages to put me in a good for the day which can only be a good thing. So it's time for me to share another magazine project. Today is the start of me sharing my latest project for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. They have a nice cheerful spring feel to them...
For this card I used an Art Pad pre-coloured topper from Lili Of The Valley. If you are quick you may be able to still get one as unfortunately they are being discontinued. The papers are also from one of the Paper Pads at Lili Of The Valley. They are also available at Nitwits as a download. The sentiment is by Avery Elle. I also added some lace, ribbon and pearls to finish.

I pretty much used the same products as yesterday they are The Hobby House Christmas Magic Toppers, Dovecraft Glad Tidings Paper Pack, Papermania Tiles, Sentiment, Ribbon and Pearls. I distressed all of the paper layers and topper using a Tim Holt edge distress tool but you can also use sandpaper or scissors to get a similar effect.

Noel Christmas Fairy

Hello I am back from the Christmas & New Year break. It's all back to normal routine now but bloody hell it's hard getting up in the morning! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, I have really enjoyed having a few days off and spending some extra time with my family it's been fab! So onto some more cards, I still have a few Christmas ones to share so I will mix it up a bit over the next month. Up first is one of my projects that was in last months Making Cards Magazine...
I am so loving The Hobby House Toppers at the moment and had a ball making this card. For this card I used the Dovecraft Glad Tidings Paper Pad. I distressed the edges of each of the layers and mounted each one onto kraft card. The toppers are called Christmas Magic. The tiles and sentiment are from Papermania and I also added some ribbon and dark red pearls to finish.

I will be back tomorrow with my card from this project.
