MMCS Themed Weeks - Sweet Treats

It's Tuesday as usual my card i have made for My Mum's Craft Shop.

It's themed week time once again and this week the theme is Sweet Treats. So you can incorporate this however you like - creating a treat bag.box, using images with sweets or treats on, loads of scope on this one eh girlies! I decided to create a choccy card using one of my fav charactors by MFT - A La Modes!

This is Dip Me In Chocolate (oo er!) and i coloured her with copics. She looks more tanned than in actual life but these dark winter days mean photographing is a bit harder. She's just been given the Towie look that's all :) The papers i used are Echo Park For The Record 2 Documented. I created the bow using my lush new Dienamics Beautiful Bows Die (more on the way soon) and i also used my Fishtail STAX. Obviously a bit of Kraft was in order to be used and some pearly whirlies of course!

Another Percy

Brrr it's chilly out there perfect for staying inside all nice and warm and a hot cuppa!

Yes i know what your thinking another penguin card lol but i LOVE them, if i could have a pet penguin i would, mad i know :)

As you already know this is Percy from Digi Stamp Boutique. The papers are A Very Merry Christmas by Echo Park - lovely traditional colours in simple patterns, lovely!

The swirl dies are both Memory Box Dies and of course i nipped in a gem :)

I actually decoupaged percy just to make it a bit more 3D. I also used lots of glitter!

Autumn Challenge at Visible Image

Hello and welcome to my usual weekly posting for Visible Image!

Today i thought i would show you what i have finally made for the latest Challenge which has the theme on Autumn. This can be anything to do with autumn i have gone for autumn colours. 

 You still have loads of time to enter the challenge as it runs until Sunday 4th November.

For this mens card i used the Grunge Flourish & Time After Time Set.

I created the background with some Inkylicious Sprays and used distress inks & various other ink pads to build up the background. I mounted it onto Kraft card.

Now incase you didn't know....Visible Image have a fabulous new release which is going to be launched on Saturday st November 3rd you don't have long to wait! Here is a little teaser of one of my creations using the new stamps that you will get to see in full very very soon ;)

Reindeer Tags

A while back i treated myself to some lovely Sizzix & Die Sets so i thought i had better show what i have been creating with them. I wanted to create some fairly simple gift tags that i could make quite quickly for the craft fairs i have coming up and here they are.. i just love these cute reindeers...

I used my Dienamics Rounded Banner STAX to create the tag bases. The papers i think are Echo Park from a Dots & Stripes Pad i think. I stamped & coloured the reindeers with my Copics and added loads of glitter, cute eh?

Clover Butterfly Wishes

It's new release time over at Little Miss Muffet today infact it's time for a new 

rubber stamp release, woohoo! There are many designs to choose from so make sure

you hop on over to check them all out in the store, here!

Here is my card for today please forgive the awful photo, it's awfully dark here and i cannot

for the life of me get a decent picture! I used the gorgeous Clover Butterfly Wishes.

I wasn't quick enough off the mark to order the rubber so i used the digi version i already had,

it's just such a cute image i couldn't not use it really! I teamed this up with some lovely My Minds Eye Papers called Gnome Sweet Gnome. I also added a little flower, pearls, ribbon & a die cut message to finish.

He Really Does Exist!

Hello peeps i am back with my usual post for MMCS, altho slightly late (oopsy) but better late then never as they say! Guess what i have to show you... another Cat's Pajama creation, lol. Well he is super super cute and we do all love him :) :) This creation is currently featured in this months Making Cards Magazine.

I made this card using the Define Good Stamp Set. I coloured him with Copics and mounted him onto my beloved Circle & Scallop Nestabilities Dies. The papers are my fav pad this season - My Minds Eye - Winter Wonderland. I also used my Dienamics Monarch Border for the border.

Pppp..Percy Penguin!!!

Meet Percy.. ins't he the cutest penguin.. i really can't get enough of these cutie penguins!! He is of course from one of my fav ever digi companies.. Digi Stamp Boutique of course but you knew that right?

 The best bit is he comes in a set of 3.. so watch out for the other cards i have made with him!

The papers are the new Carta Bella Merry & Bright.. i love that they have lime green and pink.. unusual for Christmas but lovely and girly plus my fav colours, yay! The trees i made by hand and covered them in jewels to make it sparkly. The snowflakes are a punch i have had for yonks and i added lots of pearls, glitter and bling to finish :)

Christmas Ducks

Brrr it's quite chilly out there today, so i don't feel too bad for showing this card today.

It features one of my fav things... Christmas Geese!!! 

I love them, not quite as much as my penguins tho! I just there there cute little scarfs.

This is a nice and simple card that i made as i have a ton to make for some craft fairs i am doing.

The cute geese are from this stamp set by Little Claire.

The papers are from one of this years pads by Dovecraft. The sentiment was stamped and cut using a Dienamics Sentiment Strip and of course i added a ton of pearls & glitter!

3D Ornament

 This week i fancied doing something a bit different so i have made a 3D Snowflake Ornament.

The pictures really don't do it justice as it's far prettier in real life and quite big too!

I thought this would show you how simple using just a sentiment crafting can be!

The sentiment is of course the Winters Butterfly Stamp by Visible Image, but you probably already knew that from the amount i have used it lately!! I also used my Stampin Up Ornament Framlit Dies to create the actual snowflake and boy did i have to cut a load of those out to make this lol!! 

The white snowflakes are a memory box die and i simply added some gems to finish.

Autumn Thanks

It's Friday once again and it's time for a new challenge over at Polkadoodles.

This week we have a very fitting theme...

Autumn

So we want to see lots of lovely reds, browns, yellow, leaves and anything that makes you think autumn. Now this is always a theme which i struggle with but with the Sundae Of Seasons CD it makes it a whole lot easier! There are papers, images etc all that coordinate...

The papers and the image were from the Sundae Of Seasons CD in the Autumn section.

I simply added some ribbon, lace, card candi and a mini message to finish.

Lil Spook Set

It's Thursday and time for a new challenge at Little Miss Muffet.

This week we have a fabulous challenge...

Halloween Colours

You don't have to use a halloween image as long as you use halloween colours like orange, purple, black etc. I had so much fun crafting up this card & treat box set....

I used one of the cute new releases at LMM called Lil' Spook.

I teamed this up with some lovely Doodlebug Halloween Papers & stickers.
The sentiments were made with Dienamics Spider Web & Stamp Set and 

Dienamics Lollipop Treat & Die Set. I also found a bit of pumpkin ribbon in my stash which was perfect! The triangle box was made with a Sizzix XL Die.

Halloween Creations

Well would you believe i have two creations to show you today!

Both for halloween of course, because..well do i need a reason other than i love it!

First up is my Halloween Sweetie Jar that i have made for Lissys Party. I would like to say that it's still full of halloween sweeties, but..er... a few have vanished..oops!

The rosette i actually made myself as i temporarily lost my Tim Holtz Die but after a weeks of searching i have finally found it again - yay! I used some lovely Doodlebug Papers & Stickers - even the top of the lid is decoorated too.

Christmas Deer

 I had rather a lazy sunday yesterday, watching films with the family etc but i did manage a spot of crafting of course! I was looking through the latest edition of Cardmaking & Papercraft and was totally in awe of the fabulous IndigoBlu cards featured in there. So here i have made my own version with a slightly more traditional colour theme....

These were very simple and easy to make which is great as i seem to have mojo at the moment!

The card & tag both feature the Merry Christmas Deer Stamp which was just simply stamped with black Versafine ink onto white cardstock. The papers are Teresa Collins Christmas Cottage. These papers are perfect if you want some traditional red and green style cards - i love them!

I teamed the papers up with some beloved Kraft Card, Pearls and some Ribbon.

Christmas Quick Makes

Here are some quick makes that i whipped up one night this week.

As soon as i saw these images from Digi Stamp Boutique i knew they would be 

perfect for making ickle Christmas Cards that were oh so simple...

The the images are from the Simply For Christmas Collection. I simply printed them out and trimed them to size. I then mounted them onto some card and put them on 3d foam onto my background card. The papers are by Dovecraft, they have some simply designs in this pack which was perfect!

Tool Time

It's Saturday again would you believe!? God at this rate Christmas will be just around the corner!

Of course that mean it's time for my usual Saturday post for Visible Image.

This time i have chosen to go for a Mens Theme, as we know what a pain they can be, but not anymore with these gorgeous stamps!

I am so loving black, white and kraft as you have probably noticed by now.

I used the Heavy Metal Stamp Set and also the Handy Hints Stamp Set for all the sentiments.

I cut round each of the tools and put them onto 3d foam to add some extra dimension.

Visible Image do some fabulous mens stamps and you can get 3 different coordinating sets for the price of two at the moment, see here for more info.

Little Miss Muffet - New Halloween Releases

Are you ready for another Little Miss Muffet Release? Are you, are you??? Well then you will LOVE this release..yes we have gone all halloween YAY!!! It's my second favourite holiday after Christmas obviously, but i am so loving Halloween at the moment! We have 6 new Digi Stamps available all here. I decided to pick Agent Cupcake At Halloween, was a hard choice as i love them ALL!!

So i started by printing out the lovely Agent Cupcake At Halloween and coloured her with Copics.

The papers are Carta Bella All Hallows Eve, such lovely colours for autumn and halloween.

I used my Dienamics Sentiment Strips and stamped Happy Halloween from the Spider Web & Stamp Set. I also used the spider from this set and added some goooogly eyes. To finish i added a bit of Bakers Twine and some Black Gems.

Winter Penguins

 For today's card i finally used one of my LOTV Mini Masterpieces. 

I bought a whole ton of these so i had them when i needed to create a quick card and

i finally gave in to use my penguin ones - i just LOVE penguins!

I am quite pleased how this turned out really :)

I got my inpiration from the latest Papercraft Essentials Mag, it had the cutest cards in using Lili of the valley images and it just made me want to get out my toppers :)

The papers are Nitwits and the sentiment tags are by Lotv. The snowflake die is by Memory Box and the swirl is by Magnolia. I also added some lace, ribbon, flowers, pearls and loads and loads of glitter.

Well you have gotta have a bit of extra sparkle at Christmas!

Butterfly Notelets

Hello, guess what i have two posts today, yes two!!!

Up first is my post for Vilda Stamps
Today i have a very simple yet pretty notelet card set that i created and a lovely matching holder for them too. I used the Pointed Butterflies Stamp and also a gorgeous sentiment, Tomorrow Has Gone...
Here is the front cover

Now here we have the inside & all 3 notelets, hopefully you can also see the lil pocket i did to put them into.

All i added was a bit of ribbon, some cardstock and used copics to colour the butterflies.
This is such a cute and simple way of creating a lovely gift for someone.
Sometimes it's nice to do clean and simple creations, i hope you have enjoyed my latest creation.

Cute Halloween Box

It's Tuesday so time for my usual weekly creation for MMCS.

I just love the latest CC Designs Halloween Stamps, they are suuuuuper cute and 

perfect for creating cute little gifts and treats bags like this one...

I used a Sizzix Bigz XL die that i have had for ages to create the actual box.

The papers are Bazzill Basics All Hallows Eve and the image is from CC Designs Meoples Witches & Goblins Stamp Set, if you haven't got this set get it now it's fabby!!

I also used a Dienamics Sentiment Strip and i used a stamp from the Spider Web Die & Stamp Set.

The spider is also from this set and i added some funky googly eyes.

Happy Halloween!

Sorry i haven't posted until now, i thought i had scheduled it but i was wrong i hadn't even written it, oopsey!! I've had a nice relaxing day off and even got some crafting done too, yay!!

Gingerbread Box

 Morning everyone, hope you are all having a nice lazy sunday :) 

Today i have a box creation to show you that i made for Studio 12,
infact it's the best sort... a treat box!

 

Everything i used on here is all from the Gingerbread Twist CD.

I absolutely love making these treat boxes, they are very simple too.

I will be posting a tutorial for these very soon - they are basically similar to pizza boxes but i designed the size so you can turn them into christmas selection boxes. You know those ones you get in the 99p shop for kids, you can fit them all this box and they look sooo much nicer!

You Light My Life

Woohoo it's the weekend and time for my usual Saturday post for Visible Image.

I have yet again used the ever so vertsatile Chandelier Set this time in monochrome...

I think it looks very stylish in cream & white..just that bit softer than harsh white, make it look a tad more elegant - or at least it does in real life anyway! The papers are from the same DCWV stack i used the other day - there is tons in there i'll be using it for years to come i reckon lol. The flourishes are an old Marianne Die and i made the flowers using a Stampin Up Punch and added some jewels to the centres and in the corners of the card.

Polkadoodles - Things With Wings

Is it me or do the weeks fly by at the moment?! It's is friday of course and that means time for a new challenge over at Polkadoodles!! This week our theme is 'Things With Wings' so girlies get creating as you have lots of scope on this one!! 

As i am hooked on Christmas i decided go with an angel :) 

All the elements on this card are from Gingerbread Twist CD - which i LOVE , it's fantastic!

I printed out all the elements then decoupaged the angel to make her a bit more 3D.  I cut out tons of snowflakes using the Cheery Lynn Snowflakes Die and added dots of Glamour Dust to the centres. To finish i added some lovely pearls to the corners.

Little Miss Muffet - Simplicity

It's challenge time over at Little Miss Muffet this week.

This week's theme is 'Simplicity' with ideally one layer..silly me being the numpty that i am didn't see the one layer bit, but i did create a simple card, so halfway there...oopsey!

So for my card i used the gorgeous Swings N Slides Lil Kitty image - just love her, super cute!

I coloured her with my Copics then used some fab Echo Park Paper - Everyday Eclectic.

The flourish is Dienamics Fancy Flourish and the sentiment is by CC Designs.

Chandelier Love

I received a brand new stamp set from Visible Image yesterday and i couldn't wait to get using it, infact i instantly made 3 cards with it last night - altho you can't see the rest until Saturday!

But here is the first one so far...

This stamp set is called Chandelier Set, but you probably could have guessed that!

It's has the most gorgeous stamp and a load of equally lovely sentiments to match - a deffo must have! As soon as i saw it i thought i could create something simple yet stylish!

I teamed up the stamp set with some papers by DCWV which i have had for a while. The brocade paper is actually from Echo Park Chillingsworth Manor, it was just lying on desk and it went perfectly - i so love it when that happens! I also used my Floral Ovals Nesties, some pearls & ribbon.

Dylusions Tag

I decided to get my inks out and get a bit messy and my god that was an understatement!

Whilst creating this tag i had to clean out the nozzle of one of my dylusions and i squirted it all over my top..luckily good old vanish was there to assist and it came out in the wash, phew!!

So here is the my tag i eventually created after the drama lol...

Obviously i used my Dylusions Ink Sprays to create the background. All the stamps on this tag are also by Dylusions - i love love love Dyan's stuff it's the best!! I simply added some white & blacks pearl to finish and ta-da, a quick & simple tag :)

Right i have gotta run now, as i have tons of DT work to catch up on!

Christmas Teddies

Hello everyone i am back today with my latest creation for MMCS.

This week i have a card to show you using one of the new Wild Rose Studio Stamps

For this card i used the new Christmas Teddies Stamp - aren't they just the cutest teddies ever!

I coloured them with my Copics and added lots of lovely Glamour Dust to there hat, love my christmas sparkliness :) 

The papers are by Dovecraft, we do have them in store but naughty me hasn't add them yet! I actually made a bit of a boob, the paper is actually upsidedown oops but i only realised this near the end, but oh wwell you can't see that much of it anyway - that's my excuse anyway.

I also used a Memory Box Die - we will have another delivery very soon. I added lots of pearls, & ribbons too.
