Simple Hello

Hello all :) 

Today I am back to share an extra simple project I made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine showing some Tattered Lace Dies....

For this card I used some papers from my stash (I will hunt out the name shortly!). The hello is a word die by Die-namics called Thanks & Hello. I love the slightly script font on this one. The flowers are Mini Delicate Blossoms by Tattered Lace which also come with the lovely leaves too. I added some liquid pearls to the centre of the flowers.

Hey Buddy

Hi all :) 

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and the sun is shinning where you are - it is here! Today I am sharing a boy card (I rarely make these!) that was recently in Crafts Beautiful Magazine...

For the main image of my card I used The Hobby House Toppers - Polly's Pals. I love these toppers they are perfect for cards an they are already coloured! I draw a border around the topper with a black pen to give it a frame. The papers are Crate Paper Cool Boy and I also added the Hey Buddy Sticker & My Boy embellishment from the same range. I threaded some twine though some buttons and glued them in place to finish.

An Apple A Day

Hi crafty friends :) 

Today I am sharing a card that was in Crafts Beautiful Magazine. I absolutely love Kori Kumi from Santoro so when they released crafty products from this range I was over the moon. I can't wait to get hold of the new range, although this one is from the last collection...

For this card I used the Decoupage Pack & the Paper Pack. I mounted all the papers and topper onto white card. The flowers and leaves are the Kori Kumi Die Set - they create such stunning flowers. I added some Nuvo Dots to the middle of the flowers. I also added some ribbon, lace, doily and a sentiment to finish.

Woodland Deer

Hello :) 

Have you seen the news from Making Cards Magazine? They are now releasing extra toppers and papers every months for you to download - free!! This month the theme is Woodland Animals and they are just the cutest!! I couldn't wait to create something so here is my first quick card...

For this card I the the Deer Topper which i die cut with a stitched square die (from The Works, bargain set!). I also used a die cut frame behind the deer, i'm not sure which die  it is as I already had it pre cut but I think it's a Joy Crafts one. The green and blue papers are also included in the free download and I mounted them onto kraft card. I added some flowers, a sentiment, pearls along with a ribbon bow and button to finish.

Fairy Wings

Hello :) 

Today I have a little sneak peek for you! The lovely ladies at Lili Of The Valley are releasing some awesome new images. These featuring a new character which I absolutely LOVE!!! I got to play with one of the new images which is called Fairy Wings, I went with a shabby chic style...

So for this card I used the Fairy Wings image which was coloured with Copic Pens. The papers are by Anna Marie Designs and the oval is an old spellbinders die. The sentiment is also by LOTV which you can find here. I also added flowers, lace, ribbon, pearls, pins and leaves to decorate.

So when are the new images out? They will be released on Lili Of The Valley on 10th May so don't forget - they are so many stunning new designs.

Good Luck

Hi all :) 

So today we are back to normal, work and school routines but at least it's a shorter week! Today I am sharing my second card from last months Making Cards Magazine using my favourite...Cactus!!

For this card I used the free toppers and papers that came with the magazine. I fussy cut out all the cactus designs and popped them onto 3d foam pads. I mounted them onto coloured card and added a hand drawn border. To finish I added a die cut sentiment from my stash. Easy peasy!

Happy Anniversary

Hi all :) 

I hope you have enjoyed the extra long bank holiday weekend so far. I was ill last week so I have been having a much needed rest! So today I am sharing one of my cards from last months Crafts Beautiful Magazine using the fabulous Doodlebug Collections...

For this card I have used the Doodlebug Cream & Sugar Paper Pad and also the Die Cuts too. The die cuts is packed with amazing embellishments. The coffees, sentiment, border and bunting is all from this pack. I only added some pearl hearts, a doily and some twine.
