Fun Bears

Hi all :)

Today I am back with my third and final card I made for Making Cards Magazine using these super cute stamps by Clearly Besotted Stamps...

The stamps are called Playground Pals which were coloured in with copics. I also used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I added in a Die-namics Scallop Rectangles, Fence and Stitched Snow Drifts for the hills. I added a stamped sentiment which was included in the stamp set.

I Love Travel

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a card that was made for last months Making Cards Magazine. This is the first of my three cards made using some of the freebies...

This card was made using the free Travel Facebook Bonus Papers which were available last month. I printed the topper out twice so I could add a 3d layer on top of the topper. I also added a stitched frame with was die cut from pale green paper. All the papers were mounted onto kraft card and I added a ribbon bow along with some pearls and flowers.

You Are Magical

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a card that was made for PaperCrafter Magazine. I was asked to create a step by step technique project using distress ink backgrounds so I decided to use some of my beloved unicorn stamps...

I used lots of MFT products on this card. The stamps and dies are MFT Magical Unicorns which were all coloured with Copic Markers. I also used some Stitched Clouds & Stitched Rectangle Frame Die-namics Dies.

Birthday Owls

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing my second card that was made for Make Cards Today. I completely forgot to share this until now so apologies for that, but here it is...

This was made using the free papers and toppers that came with the magazine. The style of card is called a Bendy Card - so technical eh!? They are actually really easy to make and look lovely in person. All I added to this card was some white card and some enamel dots.

Birthday Florals

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a card that was made for last months Making Cards Magazine using the fabulous floral free papers and toppers...

These papers are so beautiful - I love the watercolour flowers! I mounted the papers onto red card and added some ribbon. I stamped a sentiment onto the frame topper and added gems to finish.

Fairy Friends

Hi all :)

Today I am back to share with you a pretty fairy card. The lighting was not so good on this day I took the photograph so I apologise for the colours being off a bit. This was was made for and featured in  Crafts Beautiful Magazine....

For this card I used the Fairy Happy Stamps by MFT Stamps. I coloured them all with copic markers and fussy cut out all the images. I popped the images onto 3d foam pads on the card and added the friend word die and sentiment. The background panel was created using the Wonky Edge Rectangle Dienamics Dies. I applied distress inks onto the panel (worn lipstick & cracked pistachio) and blended them together.

Sunflower Bear

Hi all.

A quick post from me today as I have soo much to get finished. This is another card that was made for Paper Crafter Magazine...

For this card I used Di's Digi Stamps for the image and coloured it with copics. I added a frame over the top of the images, trimmed off the excess and attached it onto the card. I added a sentiment and card candi to finish.

Embroidery Wishes

 Hi all :)

I am back today with my third and final card from my Embroidery Flowers project. Originally this card had been made for Making Cards Magazine but then unfortunately Craftwork Cards went under so it never made it to the magazine. But... here it is...

For this card I used the Julie Loves Embroidery Collection. I used the papers, toppers, sentiments and also flowers to create this card. I also added a doily, lace and colored card.

Bear & Hedgy

Hi all :)

Sorry I haven't been able to update my blog, I have been snowed under with magazine work and I only seem to get any time to update my blog when I'm on my other job working nights! So here is another card from last months Paper Crafter Magazine....

For this card I  used the super cute Di's Digi Stamps for the image which was coloured with my copic markers. I'm not sure where the patterned paper was from but it was all mounted onto pink card. I also added a die cut sentiment, flowers and pearls to finish.

Playground Friend

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing my second card from my Playground Pals project in last months Making Cards Magazine. I had so much fun with these cuties...

For this card I used the MFT Sun Ray Stencil to create the background and die cut it with a stitched scallop rectangle die. I used the Clearly Besotted Stamps called Playground Pals and matching dies. I coloured them all up with copics and popped them onto 3d foam pads. I also used some stitched circles, scallop circles, friend word, and a fence die

Hi all,

It's me back with another card! Hope you are all enjoying the glorious heatwave sunshine at the moment, I am loving it although not seeing it much at the moment! Today I am sharing a summery card that was featured in last months Paper Crafter Magazine using Di's Digi Downloads...

How cute is this bear? I coloured him up with my copic markers and fussy cut him out. I used some polka dot papers from my stash, added a pearl heart and a stamped sentiment to finish.

I'm back today with a quite simple card featured in this months Making Cards Magazine. This one was made using the gorgeous free papers which come with the magazine...

This months collection is ideal if you like the layered watercolour flower stamp effect but don't like stamping! All I added to this card was some kraft card, ribbon, pearls, stamped sentiment and a resin flower.

Hi all,
Sorry I haven't had a chance to post on my blog. I have had to cover extra shifts at my other job and do extra mag work so I've been flat out! You may recognise this card from last months Making Cards Magazine. This one was featured on the free cat stamps packaging...

I have to say I did love playing with these cute kitties! This card was super quick and easy to make to make too. I simply die cut a white panel then die cut three different size circles from it. I added some different coloured card behind the images, added the sentiments and some enamel dots. Oh and i stamped the cats, coloured them and popped them onto 3d foam pads.
