Brithday Bird

Hi all :)

It's a dark wet day here today (where did spring go?) so perfect crafting weather! Here is a card that I made recently using some super cute bird stamps...

For this card I used some kraft card as a background. I die cut a tag shape and added some ink through a stencil. I die cut some stars from coordinating coloured card. The bird stamps are by Dina Wakley and I coloured them with Kuretake Clean Color Pens. I added some striped papers, ribbon, pearls and a stamped sentiment to finish.

Ballerina Dream

Hi all,

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. It's a lovely spring day out there so will make this post quick. Today I am sharing one of my latest cards made for Making Cards Magazine, this one uses the fabulous free bonus downloads from last month...

Both the topper and the papers are from the free download. I die cut the topper using a stitched square die. I mounted the papers and topper onto peach and kraft card. I added a sentiment, ribbon, lace and some coordinating flowers to finish.

Hello :)

Today I am sharing one of my latest cards made for Making Cards Magazine....

For this card I used the fantastic free stamp set that comes with this months issue - if you are quick you may be able to still get a copy if you haven't already! I coloured the image using my Copic Markers and used the free papers for the backgrounds. I added a stamped sentiment and some flowers to finish. I think the black really helps the pink stand out.

Fairy Happy Birthday

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing my latest DT card for Lili Of The Valley using one of the brand new Simply Prints...

For this card I used the cute Fairies In The Woods and die cut it with a stitched rectangle die. The papers are some digi ones I downloaded a while back (sorry I can't remember where from but probably Etsy!) and i mounted them all onto white card. I added some ribbon, flowers and pearls. The sentiment is from the MFT Fairy Stamp Set.

Ready to Fla-mingle

Hello!

Today I am sharing a quick colourful card that was made for a Valentines feature in Making Cards Magazine. I was asked to create three cards with different sentiments for valentines day, here is card one...

For this card I embossed some hot pink card using a tiny hearts embossing folder, i think this one was by XCut. I used quite a few Die-namics Dies on this card, they are Grassy Edges, Flamingo's and Double Stitched Circles. I added a printed sentiment and gems to finish.

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing one of my cards that I made for Simply Sweet Stamps. I just love these cute little kitties. I kept the design simple to show off the image...

I created the background using some distress inks, I think it was Spun Sugar. The stamps are called Fluffy Hugs and are available as a rubber stamp set or as digi stamps. They are available exclusively from Lili Of The Valley. I used a Die-namics Die for the frame and also the hugs word. I added some stamped paw prints to finish.

Space Dude

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing a card I made for Make Cards Today Magazine. I was asked to create two shaker cards using the cute freebie toppers and papers. Here is card number one...

How cute are these little space ships and astronauts? I mounted all the papers onto kraft card. The circle is a pierced circle frame from Die-namics Dies. I added a window using acetate and filled it sequins. I added all the elements using foam pads to make it 3d.

Today I am back to share a card that I made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. I got to play with these super cute Koala Bears...

For this card I used the Koalaty Time Stamps by Simon Says Stamp. I coloured them with my Copic Pens. I used the Scallop Stitched Circles & Double Stitched Circle Die-namics Dies. I also added some gems to finish.

Today I am sharing a quick card that was made for last months issue of Making Cards Magazine using the fabulous free paper pad...

I have got to say I am really loving this colour combo and the funky patterns. All the papers are from the freebie paper pad that came with the magazine. I mounted them all onto purple card. I also added a stamped sentiment to finish.

Freckles

Hello :)

Sorry I haven't shared any cards for a few days, we have had a hectic weekend away in London. We had a lovely time but oh my god am i tired now! I totally forgot to schedule this post so here it is today instead. I made this clean and simple card for the brand new releases at Lili Of The Valley...

This is one of the new girls called Freckles. She is available as a digi stamp here. I coloured her with my copic pens and decided to keep the design simple. The stitched rectangles, hello and scallop edges are all Die-namics Dies. I added some floral paper, ribbon and pearls to finish.

Unicorn

Hi all :) 

Today I am back to share this card that was made for Paper Crafter Magazine. I was asked to create a clean and simple style card using the new on trend unicorn with lashes imagery...

This card is really easy to make. I used a circle die to create the eye shapes and added some flicks with  fine liner pen to create the lashes. I die cut various flowers from coloured card to create the flowers. I added gem to each of them. I created the ears from card and added a horn made from glitter. I added some sequins and ribbon to finish.

Hello Friend

Hiya!

Today I am sharing a cute card I made for Making Cards Magazine using the super cute Jessica Toppers....

I just love these toppers, they are ideal for any age really but perfect for young girls and teens I think! My daughter thinks this image looks like me as I have clothes similar, the same hair and a black cat that I often hug! The words are a Die-namics Die and I added some sequins to the background to keep the design simple.

Bitty Bears

Hi all :) 

Today I am back to share a card that was made for last months issue of Crafts Beautiful Magazine....

I kept the design nice and simple but colourful. I used the super cute Bitty Bears from MFT Stamps and coloured them up with my Copics. I also used some Blueprints for the scallop edge and frame. I die cut the frame twice, cut it in half and joined them together to make six cubes. Each of the background cubes was coloured with distress inks. I stamped and embossed the sentiment.

Cute Fairy

Hi all :) 

Today I am back with another Lili Of The Valley card. This one features one of the fabulous new fairy images which will be released at midday today - so not long to go!

I used my Copic Pens to colour the Butterfly Fairy Digi Stamp. The papers are from an old paper pad that Lili Of The Valley used to do. You can print a digital version of these from Nitwit Collections. I added a square doily, ribbon, butterflies, gems and sentiment to finish.

I hope you enjoy the fantastic new images from Lili Of The Valley.

Mermazing

Hi all :) 

I hope you are all keeping warm whilst storm Ema hits us all with snow. We hardly ever get snow in the South so we are very excited to have two snow days off work/school! Today I am sharing a card that was made for Crafts Beautiful...

For this card I used lots of MFT products. I used the Birdie Brown Mermazing Stamps and coloured them all with Copics. I created the background with a Sun Ray Stencil and distress inks. I used the MFT Waves Die-namics to create the sea and added some distress ink to the waves. I added some enamel dots to finish.
