Blooming Lovely

Hello :)

Today I am back with my third and final card from my pretty floral project as featured in last months Making Cards Magazine. I did enjoy creating these cards...

All three were very simple cards to show off the pretty floral designs. I used the papers, sentiments, card candi and toppers from the Heritage Rose Collection by Craftwork Cards. Got to be one of my all time favourite crafting collections ever! All I added to this was some black card - simples!

Fluffy Hugs

Hi all :) 

Sorry I have been missing in action for a bit it's been a mad couple of weeks. I've been poorly quite a bit of it, then been on a course and had half term too. Today I am back to share another card that was made for the brand new company Simply Sweet Stamps...

Obviously being a 'Kitty' I adore cats!! These designs are just the cutest and I love them! This set is called Fluffy Hugs and is available in Digi & also Rubber Stamp Set. They are available now exclusively at Lili Of The Valley. I created the background with my Distress Inks and added some sequins. I die cut the panel with my Die-namics Dies and added some sequins. I coloured the cat using some Copic Pens and added some striped paper. The sentiment is also from this set too.

Simply Sweet Stamps

Hello all :) 

Today I have some rather exciting news! There is a fabulous new stamping brand launching called Simply Sweet Stamps. They are based in the UK and are available as rubber stamps and digi's stamps. They are going to be available exclusively through Lili Of The Valley. The first digi launch is going to be released on 23rd February and pre orders will be available for the rubber sets too. Here is a sneak peek of the first batch of new sets....

I have luckily been asked to be on the Design Team so here is my first creation....

I used the Elephants Set to create this card. I coloured him with my copics and added some glitter to the balloon. The sentiment are also from this set. I used various dies to create this card including some Die-namics and Stitched Circles Dies (think they are from The Works).

Hi all :)

Today I am back to share my second card from last months issue of Making Cards Magazine...

This one was made using the fabulous free downloads called Jessica. I really loved playing with these cute images. I mounted all the papers and topper onto red card. I added a hand drawn border around the topper. I stamped a sentiment onto red card, added some ribbon, a button and pearls to finish.

Wonderful Day

Today I am sharing my second card from my pretty floral project is last months Making Cards Magazine...

For this card I used the Heritage Rose Collection Kit from Craftwork Cards. This is probably my most favourite kit from Craftwork Cards - i just love the colour combo. I mounted the papers onto black card to make it pop. I created the rolled flowers using the die cut flowers and added matching card candi to finish.

Celebrate

Today I am sharing a card that was made for Crafts Beautiful using some super cute MFT Stamps...how cute are these birthday hippos!!!

I had so much fun creating this card! I created the background by blending some distress inks together, I added some water splats too! I mounted it onto a scallop rectangle which I think was from the WPlus9 Sunshine Layers Die Set. I stamped and coloured the Hippo's with my Copics and fussy cut them out. They are from the Happy Hippos Stamp Set by MFT Stamps. I added a die cut Celebrate also by MFT Die-namics and finished with some sequins.

Jessica Birthday Wishes

I have had a super busy week this week! I have been creating lots of cards for upcoming magazines so watch this space, I will be able to share soon! Today I am sharing a card from last months Making Cards Magazine. I made this using the cute new free toppers called Jessica...

I LOVE these designs! They are so cute and ideal for any age really but perfect for teens and young girls i think. I used the papers and toppers to create this card and mounted them all onto kraft card. I added some ribbons, lace, a die cut sentiment and some enamel dots to finish.
