Christmas Wishes

Hi all :)
I am back today to share with you my first card from my latest project in Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine using Dreamerland Crafts Stamps (so cute!)...

For this card I used the super cute Dreamerland Crafts Stamp - Let's Decorate. I coloured the stamp using Copic Markers and added a hand drawn border. All the papers are called Winter Trees available as a digi download on Etsy, all are mounted onto kraft card. I also added some ribbon, a die cut sentiment and gems to finish.

Celebrate

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing one of my latest Sketch Challenge cards that was made for Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine. This was a great design challenge to work with and ideal for using up your paper scraps...

For this card I used some Craftwork Cards Shabby Chic Papers. I cut them into fishtail shapes and mounted them onto white card. The celebrate word is a Die-namics Die. I also added some pearls to finish.

Season's Greetings

Hi all :)

I am back today to share with you a cute festive bear card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. Gotta love these cuties...

For this card I used the Christmas Kanbears by Kanban for the decoupage matching papers. I cut out some of the flowers from the papers to use as embellishments. I also added a die cut banner by Joanna Sheen, gems and doily.

Merry Christmas

Hello :)

Today I am sharing another of my latest cards to be featured in Making Cards Magazine. This is the final one from my Santa & Friends project...

For the card I used a load of MFT products. I used the Wonky Rectangles Stax & Stitched Snow Drifts. I also used the Merry Everything Stamps with the coordinating dies. I coloured them up with my copic pens and added some white highlights with a pen. I created the background with distress inks and stamped the snowy background and embossed with white embossing powder.

Winter Woodland

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing one my cards that was featured in last months Making Cards Magazine. I loved using these cute animal images!

I coloured all the toppers using copic pens and fussy cut them all out. I used a Dienamics Die for the half circle which i coloured with distress inks. I added some ribbon, flowers and pearls to finish.

Autumn Stag

I'm back to share with you another project that was recently in Quick Cards Magazine...

I made this card using a Woodland Stag stamp and stencil it by ClarityStamp. I created the background with some distress inks and added lots of inky splodges.

Just popped on to share another of my makes from last months Making Cards Magazine....

For this project I created some simple cards using the sentiment stamps that came with the magazine. I teamed them up with some Altenew Stamps - Bamboo Rose which were coloured with Copics. I also added a subtle harlequin background with some inks.

Baby's First Christmas

Hi all :) 

Just a quick post from me today as it's Jasmine's 8th birthday today and also I am a bit under the weather. This card was made for PaperCrafter Maagazine...

I was asked to create a simple baby Christmas card so I thought this washing line would be perfect! The washing line is a die from Ebay and I paper pierced all the clothes. The snowflakes and hearts are stamps by Dreamees. I added some gems and rhinestone hearts to finish.

Winter Owl

Just popped by to share another make from last months Making Cards Magazine. I made this one using the last set of freebie winter papers/toppers...they are so cute!

I coloured this cute owl with my Copic markers and mounted all the papers onto kraft card. The circle is MFT Die-namics Stitched Scallop Circles and I added some pale blue ink to the centre. I also added some flowers and pearls.

For this card I used the fabulous collection kit called Enchanted Christmas by Paper Boutique. I mounted all the papers onto white card. I added a die cut banner (by Joanna Sheen Dies), added a doily, sentiment and some gems.

Special Day

Hi all :)

Hope you are all having a lovely Monday! I have a rare day off so I am trying to catch up with things! I thoght I would share with you another of my most recent makes using the fabulous Foxy & Friends Kit from Hunkydory Crafts...

For this kit I used the main Foxy & Friends Collection Kit. I mounted everything onto gold mirri card, added a coordinating sentiment along with some gold pearls to finish.

I figured if I scheduled some posts maybe that way I would actually be able to keep my blog updated for you all so here goes! This card was made for last months Making Cards Magazine...

I was asked to make some quick makes using the fabulous free sentiment stamps that came with the magazine last month. I also used some lovely Altenew Stamps called Painted Flowers. I mounted the background onto coordinating coloured card and added the sentiments with foam pads.

Altered Paintbrush

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't been around so much. I have been working flat out so barely had time to myself. I am hoping now I have new routine settled that I will be able to update my blog a little more often. Anyway I thought I would share something a little different that was made for Craft Stamper Magazine...an altered paint brush!

I was given a plain wooden paint brush to work with - you can get these pretty cheap in pound shops and diy places. I painted the whole thing including some bristles using a peachy coloured paint. I then stamped and embossed the writing onto the brush. I added some of pretty lace and ribbons to create a shabby chic look. I created the flower using some Florartistry Dies. I stamped the art word and added it onto the card with some pearls to finish.
