Sweet 16

H all :) 

Have you seen the latest releases over at Lili Of The Valley? They have brand new digi stamps and simply prints and they are just amazing!!!! I was lucky to be able to make some samples so here is my first...

The brand new range is called Thoroughly Modern Misses and this one is October which is available as a Simply Print and also Digi Stamp. I printed it out twice to create a 3d layer.  I kept it simple to show off the design and simply added some gems and sentiments.

Wild and Free

Hi all again :)

I am back to share another of my makes for Hunkydory Crafts. I hope you all enjoyed the Foxy & Friends release last weekend, I loved working this awesome kit - possibly my favourite yet!

 You may recognise this one as it was one of them that made it onto tv....eeek! I used the main Foxy & Friends Collection for this card and mounted all the papers onto gold mirri card. I also added a big ribbon bow complete with button and twine. To finish i added some gold pearls.

Barry Book Owl

Hi all :) 

Today I am sharing another of my cards from last months Making Cards Magazine. These were made using the super cute free papers that came with the magazine called Barry The Book Owl...

I mounted all the papers and topper onto kraft card. I drew a border around the topper with a black pen and added some buttons. I added a ribbon bow and a die cut sentiment to finish.

Nuts About You

I thought I would pop back to share with you another of my latest Hunkydory DT creations....

This one was created using the new super cute Foxy & Friends Collection Kit. All the papers were mounted onto gold mirri and I added some pearls to finish. A super easy card to make in minutes.

Joy From Me to You

Hi all :)

Today I am sharing my second card from my Christmas project featured in last months Making Cards Magazine. I just love these cute images....

For this card I used the Merry Everything Stamps by My Favorite Things along with the matching Die-namics Dies. I coloured them using my Copic markers and added some white highlights with a gel pen. I created the background using a stencil with some pale green ink. I then die cut the panel using the Die-namics Wonky Edge Rectangles Dies. I embossed the sentiment onto red card and die cut it with the Oval Sentiment Frame Windows. I added some dew drops and gems to finish.

Hi all :) 

Have you seen the latest collection by Hunkydory Crafts? It's called Foxy and Friends and was launched on Create & Craft yesterday - i LOVE it it's soooo cute! I was lucky and was able to make up some samples for the show. Here is my first one...

This one was made using the main collection kit. I mounted all the papers onto gold mirri and added some ribbon along with some pearls. Really simple :)

Have A Mice Day

Today I am sharing another of my latest creations that was made for Hunkydory's For The Love Of Stamps. This one is from the latest stamp release using the super cute A Mice Day Stamp Set...

The stamps are quite dinky so I was able to create a cute scene with several of them. They were all stamped in memento ink and coloured in with my copic markers. I also added a hand drawn border and mounted it onto beige card. The sentiment is also from the set.

Happy Anniversary

Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, we had a really busy weekend and I was offered a new job! I am still doing my magazine projects so I will still be crafting - it's just a extra sideline. So today I am sharing a card that was made using some fabulous products from Craftwork Cards....

This card is great for using up some paper scraps! I used the Shabby Chic Collection for the papers and the toppers. I used a shaped card blank from my stash and also added a die cut scallop circle along with some ribbon. Really simple but got to love those beautiful florals.

Sparkle & Shine

Today I thought I would share one of my latest creations that was made for and featured in Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine. I made this one as part of my Ask The Experts feature which was to make a shaker card...

I created this using some fantastic products by Hunkydory Crafts. The frame is a die by Hunkydory which was die cut from silver mirri card. The words is a sentiment topper from of of the Little Books. The papers are from the 8x8 paper pads by Hunkydory. I added some acetate to the front to create the shaker and added some pink coordinating sequins.

You're A Gem

Hi all :)

I am back today to share another of my Hunkydory For The Love Of Stamps DT cards. This time I went to a very clean and simple look to show off the fabulous designs....

For this card I used the You're A Gem Stamp Set. I stamped all the gems and sentiment using memento ink the coloured them with my Copics. I added some glitter to the centre of the gems and added a hand drawn frame.

On My Nice List

Today I am sharing the first of three cards I made for last months issue of Making Cards Magazine! Yes Christmas is now in full swing among the magazines - thankfully I can now start sharing them as it was ages ago I actually made these! Here is card number one....

For this card I used the gorgeous MFT Stamps Merry Everything and matching Die-namics Dies. I coloured them up with my Copic Markers and added some white gel pen highlights. I created the background using the MFT Weave Stencil and some green ink. I stamped and embossed the sentiments in white and die cut them using Oval Word Window Frames. I also used the Die-namics Double Stitched Circles, Wonky Stitched Rectangles and Stitched Snow Drifts. I also added some dew drops onto the background.

Go Wild!

I am back again to share my latest Hunkydory Crafts makes with you. This one was made the latest  For The Love Of Stamps collection which was released over the weekend on Create & Craft...

How fun are these silhouette animals? I had so much fun making colourful inky splodges on this card. I used various distress inks and versafine black ink. The stamp set used is called Go Wild! The sentiment is from the stamp set You're A Gem. I also mounted everything onto black card to make it pop then added some gems to finish.

Beautiful Day

I'm not sure where the past week has gone, it's definitely flown by that's for sure! So today I am sharing a floral card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine...

For this card I used the Magical Midnight Collection by Tattered Lace. I printed out the flower several times, die cut it with the matching die and layered it up to create a decoupage flower. The background papers are also from this cd rom. The stitched background is a die by Lil Inker Designs. I also added some gems to finish.

Hello Fairy

Hi all :) 

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, we have been at Butlins having a great family mini break. Today I am sharing a colourful cute fairy card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. I chose to have a bright colourful colour scheme along with this super cute fairy image...

For this card I used the super cute Fairy Happy Stamps by My Favorite Things. I coloured the fairy and flowers using my copic markers. I also used a Die-namics Die for the hello and stitched scallop borders. I also added some gems and created the dots with a white pen.
