Simple Birthday Blooms

Today I am sharing a clean & simple card that I made for my friend Hannah's birthday last week. I was really short of time so I had to make it rather simple and here is what I came up with...
For this card I used my new Altenew Painted Flowers from My Mums Craft Shop. These create such gorgeous detail as you have to build up each layer. I must invest in some more different tones of ink that go together properly though! The sentiment is Altenew Label Love - full of fab sentiments! I simply hand drew a border around it to frame it and mounted onto black card.

I will be back with another creation soon :)

Simply The Best

Hello peeps, hope you are having a lovely weekend so far! Today I am sharing a sneak peek of the new and upcoming release from Docrafts. I was very lucky and got to play with the new Mr Mister range which is just perfect for Father's Day which isn't too far away now....
For this card I used the A4 Decoupage Pack & 6x6 Paper Pack both from the Mr Mister collection which will be available in stores/online from 1st May. I distressed the edges of the card using a bit of grey ink to give it a more dirty grunge look - we all know men's work is always dirty & messy after all!!

I will be back soon with more sneak peeks :)

Hoppy Easter Two

So naughty me, I forgot to post my other Easter Bunny card - ooops! I think all the chocolate has gone to my head. I have almost eaten it all though, so normal service & diet will resume soon! So onto my late card from my latest project in Making Cards Magazine here is bunny two..
I created this second card using pretty much the same products. The stamps are Mama Elephant Honey Bunny Stamps. I coloured my bunnies with my Copics and popped them both onto 3d foam pads. The main panel is die cut using the Die-namics Stitched Rounded Edge Rectangles. The fence is by CC Designs and the grass is my old faithful Martha Stewart Punch. The sentiment is stamped onto vellum. I also added some twine and a pearls to finish.
