Hoppy Easter

Yeah you guessed it, it's new release time over at Little Miss Muffet today :) 

There are loads of gorgeous new images including lots that are perfect for spring which is right around the corner. I decided to do an Easter card for a change as i love Lil Bunny...

 I wanted to keep the layout simple to show off the super cute image. This is one of the new Swings & Slides called Lil Bunny, i just love her hat!! The papers i used are by First Edition and i also used various dies; Dienamics Lattice Fence, Memory Box Clouds and two punches Grass & Flower Punch. I also added a bit of twine and pearls to finish.

Lighthouse

Just a bit of a quick post today to share one of my cards i have made for Stamposaurus gorgeous soon to be released new stamps....

This is the lovely Lighhouse, perfect for mens cards i reckon. I coloured it with my Copics and the papers i used are Glitz Uncharted Waters. Dienamics Sea Charms are also perfect to go with this stamp i used one of them in the corner from kraft card. I also used a bit of pan pastel around the egdes.

Introducing Blackberry Lane...

Oooo oooo ooo have you seen the new releases from Wild Rose Studio?

If not oh my god, you will LOVE them. We have all the new releases all in stock now but they are selling rather fast... i nabbed some of the new Printed Panels for my card...

Isn't that just the cutest bunny ever? There are 8 new ez mounted stamps and also the printed panels too. The papers i used of course are My Mind's Eye, this one is called Memorable. I also used lots of lovely Kraft card. The dies are Memory Box & Magnolia. Apologies for the dark picture but i am finding it hard to get a decent picture when it's so dark and gloomy! 

Right i best dash as i am up to my eyes in work after half term last week taking over!

First Gelli Plate Page

I have been totally itching to play with my new Gelli Plate but never seem to get any spare time to actually get it out this packet! This week i did, yay... and omg it was soooo much fun! This actual background was really pretty although i know i ended up covering most of it up in the end, oops...

I used various Acrylic Paints along with loads of Dylusions stamps and one of Dyans new stencils! I am so loving the whole silhouette people thing at the moment so look out for more of that from me soon. This page does actually look a whole lot better in real life though :)

My First Prima Tag

Well the start of 2013 seems to be the start of a fabulous year in the craft industry. I am soo excited about all the new releases that are out over the next few coming months. One of the fabby things that caught my eye were all the lush new products from Prima, particulary the new Mixed Media Doll Stamps. I finally got around to playing with mine and here is the result....

The tag is from the Prima Tag Pad, its massive but blooming brilliant the quality is amazing! The doll is the Mixed Media Doll 6 and all the papers i used are Prima Divine & Prima Lifetime. The flowers are laces were all found in my stash but i think i need to go prima flower shopping as there are so many lovely ones out to match these paper ranges and i neeeeed them!

Babsie Fairy

It's Friday and time for a new challenge over at Polka Doodles.

This week we have a lovely theme of Fairy/Fantasy which is great as soo many Polka Doodles CD's and stamps are of fairies or fantasy scenes. I decided to use Babsie Stamp...

I deeply apologize for the piccy quality, i will try and retake it in the sunshine later. I stamped and coloured Babsie using copics and all the papers are from the Cherry Blossom Lane CD.I simply added a few embellishments - a resin flower, pearls and ribbon. I also dusted a bit of pan pastel around the image too.

Ice Cream Bench Buddies

Is it Thursday already?! Gosh these days are flying by at the moment. It does of course mean it's time for a new challenge at Little Miss Muffet, yay :) This week we have a colour theme challenge, we want to see Blue & Yellow on your creations! Here is my creation...

 I decided to use the adorable Swings N Slides Ice Cream Bench image... it's just soooooo cute. I have been wanting to use this image for ages. I coloured the cuties with my Copics and the papers are Echo Park For The Record 2 which is all blue, yellow and tint of green so perfect for this challenge. I also added some buttons, ribbon and a few pearls.

Marvellous Time!

I a running a bit behind this week cos of half term etc so some of my usual posts may be slightly different this week until i catch up again! Today i have a card i made using the new Chronology range from Docrafts and lots of distressing....

The papers are Chronology 6x6 Papers and i also used lots of the Die Cuts from the A4 Toppers range. I simply just added a few buttons and twine. I used Walnut Stain Distress Ink around all the edges of everything and i also scuffed up the edges with a Distress Tool, or you can you scissors.

Umbrella Cards

Well what a super busy time i am having at the moment! Should be back to normal from this week so expect lots of blog posts from now on :) Today i thought i would share some of my latest cards that have been in some magazines lately. Here is a project i made for Making Cards Magazine that was featured in the last issue Feb 2013.

These were of couse made featuring the gorgeous Dienamics Umbrella Die & Stamp Set. It comes with some lovely sentiments that can be used for any occasion really. I also used the Dienamics Framing Flourishes on the second one. All the papers are by First Edition. I kept them simple and clean as i am totally into that look right now and why not ;)

Weekend Off

Sorry i haven't posted for a couple of days :(

Meet Sassafras

Woohooo, yup you guessed, it's time for another new release over at Little Miss Muffet. I just new release time as i always love all the images i get to play with, i am so lucky :)

I coloured her up with my Copics and the papers i used are Carta Bella Devoted. This is still my favourite valentines paper pad ever, i just love it but have almost run out now!

I also added some ribbon, twine & a trusty button!

Landon Valentines Tag

Here is a cute little valentines tag that i have made for By Lori Designs.

I plan to attach this tag to a little bag of valentines treats :)

So for this tag the image i used is one of the cute new Puddle Jumpers Valentine Three (Landon). Isn't he just super cute, i so love all of Lori's images they are just such super fun images to colour. The papers i used are Always & Forever by Shery K Designs. I love the colours in this set but the pic doesn't really do them justice as it's so dark and gloomy here today. The fence is Dienamics Lattice Fence and the sentiments are from MFT Homespun Hearts Stamp Set.

Sweet Friend

I know most the country have been planning Valentines celebrations for this week but for me i am fat more excited about today as it's Pancake Day!! It's my third fav day of the year i think after Xmas and my birthday. I LOVE pancakes although i usually have a few days of them a year ;) 

Anyway back to Valentines, this week that is our themed week at MMCS and here is my card...

This is one of the lovely Doodle Garden Stamps called Sweet Friend. I coloured her with my Copics and i used my fav papers Carta Bella Devoted. The hearts are Dienamics Rustic Hearts and of course i added some rhinestones and a dash of twine.

Birthday Hexagons

 Hello and happy Monday to you all, hope you are having a great start to the week! Today i have a clean and simple card that i have made for Dreamees. Unfortunately it is very 

dark and gloomy here today so i apologize for the pictures, i will try and retake them.

Hexagons seem to be very in vogue in fashion and in the crafting world and i love them too!

Dreamees have a lovely new Hexagons Stamp Set, i simpled stamped the outline hexagon onto some papers from  the Back To Basics CD, cut them out and added them to a white panel. The sentiment is also on the Back To Basics CD too. I then popped up the whole panel on 3d foam.

Another Garden Shed

Hello my lovely readers hope you are all enjoying your weekend whatever you are up to. Today i have another card i have made for Stamposaurus. This is another stamp from the fabulous Garden Shed range....

 This stamp is called Garden Shed Sideview and you can find it on the stamposaurs website here. It is such a lovely stamp to colour and just like the other shed, perfect for the men in our lives. You could colour it in different colours and make it girly if you want to too. The papers i used are MME Come Fly With Me, and i based the colours around them. The banner is from Simon Says Stamp and i added some twine and a few pearls.

A Grunge Tag

Today i have a bit of a grungy distress style tag that i have made for Vilda Stamps this month. I had great fun creating this, especially as i normally do bright things but it's always good to have a bit of a change sometimes. I ended up with very inky fingers too....

This entire tag was created just using kraft card as a base. I coloured the tag and distressed the tag using Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I then stamped the background using the Letter Context Stamp. I stamped various flowers and grasses from the Twigs Set in black ink. I also used the small pocket watch from the Steampunk Kit. I stamped the Mini Postcard and cut it out. I then added a bit of tim holtx filmstrip, a memory box die & a bookplate embellishment. The sentiment is from the English Lyrics Set.

Be My Valentine

It's Friday and that can only mean one thing, time for a new challenge over at Polka Doodles. This week we have a very apt theme, yes it's Valentines! I am loving doing valentines creations as it means i can go all pink or red or even both. This creation is very pink and girly just like me...

I used a gorgoeus Emma Canning Digi called Be My Valentine. This was a freebie from the blog hop a few weeks ago - she is so super cute! All the papers i used are from the Cherry Blossom Lane CD. I have to say that cd has the most beautiful papers on, totally worth it and on offer at the moment too, so grab it whilst you can :) I then added a bit of ribbon, pearl heart and a doily!

Here is my latest creation i have made for Studio 12, a funky retro card...

I designed the main part of the card on craft artist using elements from Welcome Home on Picknix Vol 1 CD Rom. I also printed out another telephone so i could 3d it. I printed the sentiments and snipped the ends into fishtails. Perfect to send to a friend who is having a hard time and you just want them to know your there for them, cos we all need a friend to listen from time to time!

This is Celeste Amberglow Heartstrings, isn't she a cutie! The papers i used are by Doodlebug and the heart is a die by Memory Box. The sentiment is by Paper Smooches. I actually had a bit of disaster creating this card, i spent ages colouring the original image then dropped the sentiment stamp on it ruining it completely..hate it when that happens but never mind, this time she had different hair which i prefer!

OMG Excited....

I know another post for today but it's not a card i just popped on to announce some exciting news!

I am now officially on the Docrafts Creativity Design Team :D :D

I cannot explain how excited i am in words but let's just say it involves alot of squealing and screeching in excitement. I am totally thrilled and i can't wait to get creating lots of lovely things!

To celebrate that 2013 is so far the best year ever.. i will be doing a blog candy so watch this space!

Springtime Wishes

Well what a week it has been already and it's only just started! Of course i am talking about all the lush new stock we have arriving at the shop. Today is the new release day at MFT and yes we have all the stamps & dies in stock now :) I got to have a play with this new cutie....

Just Keep Swimming

So after my little inky tag yesterday i felt the urge to put these cutie stamps more into action. So i completed a very bright and colourful Journal Page. This is infact my first ever double page spread. I absolutely LOVE nemo, so i thought this title was just perfect...

 Everything on this page was made with Dylusions products. There are various sprays, stencils and all the stamps are Dylusions with the exception of the coffee marks at the top they are by Paperartsy. I had so much fun creating this page and these stamps are so much fun to color too. If  you haven't got the new white dylusions spray i thoroughly recommend it.

Look out for more journal pages from me soon as i have just ordered a Gelli Plate! Can't wait to start playing with it, it looks amazing!

Under The Sea

Have you seen the new Dylusions that were released at CHA? OMG I love them and have been lucky enough to nab some! I really love inky messy stuff and the vibrant bright colours are so me. Part of my new years resolution is to do more inky things so this is just the start! Anyhow this is my first little play with the new stamps....

I used various Dylusions Sprays to create the background. I also used various stencils too. All the stamps are Dylusions... told ya i love Dylusions! I then add some white to the bubbles using a gel pen and drew a few hand drawn lines around the whole tag. This is my first tag of my tag book i am making, so watch this space for new additions :)

In The Garden Shed

Today i have a card i made for the lovely Jayne at Stamposaurus! They have not long released some fabulous new stamps for 2013 and i luckily get to play with them, hehe love my job :) Here my card using one of the new Garden Shed Stamps.....

This stamp is called Garden Shed Door View. It is a lovely big stamp and such a bargain for that size. It fits a 6x6 card perfectly! I love how they are simple yet have beautiful little details. These garden sheds are perfect for the men in our lives too cos let's face it we always need more mens stamps!

 The papers i used are by My Mind's Eye and the sentiment is by Lili Of The Valley.
