MAWTT Challenge 109 - Brand Spanking New

Naughty naughty me....completely forgot to post my card earlier!!!!
Silly thing is, this time i actually had it made early but just completely forgot to upload it, well better late than never as they say!!
Right anyway moving on.... It's challenge time at Moving Along With The Times!
This week our theme is...
Brand Spanking New
So we want to something that involves something new -ie; new baby, new house, new job etc!

Here is my card for the challenge...I have for once kept it very very simple! I love this image so just wanted to focus on that as it's so cute and such fun!
It is of course Sumpins Wrong by Mo Manning from Stampavie. I coloured it with my much beloved Copics and mounted it using my Nestabilities. The paper is Jillibean Soup.
I then simply added a bit of ribbon from my stash, buttons, pearls & a mini message!

MMCS Challenge 16 - Fab & Funky

We have a new challenge over at My Mums Craft Shop Challenges!

Here is my bright funky take on the challenge...This is one of the latest Some Odd Girl Stamps, isn't she so cute!!
These are fast becoming one of my fav stamp companies at the moment, they are just so fun to colour! I coloured her with my copics & used some very bright funky papers, these are Echo Park Summertime. I used my Nesties for the oval and MS Stewart Punch for the grass! The sentiment is a stamp that comes with the main charactor stamp...how cool is that!
I added a bit of ribbon & some lil lilac roses to finish...quite simple really!

MMCS Challenge 15 - For A Teen

This is a bit of a quick post for me today as we have a super busy day ahead at the shop!
It's challenge time again (my god the week flies atm!) at MMCS Challenges!
This week our theme is For A Teen

I have been really busy all week so i haven't had much time to craft but i did manage to make this quick cutie for the challenge....
LinkI made this using a Stamping Bella Stamp called Jackson The Champion. I coloured him with my copics, and used my Nestabilities to mount him up! The papers are MME Fly A Kite. I also added a Mini Message & some Card Candi round the edges!

MAWTT Challenge - Favourite Things

The sun is out and it looks like it's gonna be a fab day :)
It's Thursday which means challenge time over at Moving Along With The Times and this week's challenge is 'Favourite Things'.
It's such a great theme i think as you get to use your favourite products..i have so many favourites so this one was easy for me!This week My Mums Craft Shop are sponsoring our challenge and giving the lucky winner a £10 voucher to spend in the online shop!

I loved using my favourite things...my Simply Sassy Stamps, Copics, MME Papers & Swirls!

This stamp is called Pillow Talk and is available at My Mums Craft Shop (In-store Only). I coloured her with my Copics, although the colouring looks better in real life! The papers are the gorgeous My Minds Eye Lost & Found - Portobello Road. These will be arriving in store at MMCS very soon. I also used my Magnolia Swirl die and added Liquid Pearls to the ends. The scallop border is a Die-namics Die. You can also get the Cherry Blossoms, Tim Holtz Adage Ticket & Distress Inks at My Mums Craft Shop.

MMCS Challenge 14 - Swirls & Pearls

It's challenge time again over at My Mums Craft Shop Challenges!
This week our theme is
Swirls & Pearls
This is definitely one of my favourite themes as i love swirls and pearls and use them on almost every card i make, as you probably know!This week My Mums Craft Shop are sponsoring us and giving the lucky winner a £10 Gift Voucher to spend in our online shop!

Here is my creation for this week...
I did spend a while faffing around with this but i am quite pleased how it turned out in the end!
The stamp is of course a Simply Sassy Stamp that is available at My Mums Craft Shop, In-Store only. The papers are My Minds Eye Lost & Found. I used lots of Bazzill Kraft Card..can't get enough of it at the moment! I used my favourite Die-namic Dizzy Doily. The swirl is a Sizzix from a Sizzlit Set. The flowers are Cherry Blossoms, the Ticket is a Tim Holtz Adage Ticket. I coloured her with my Copics & used various Distress Inks around the sides.

Dream Valley Challenge 11 - Summer

It's time for the start of another new challenge at Dream Valley Challenges,
this time our theme is Summer
It's definitely a popular theme with all the challenge blogs lately and so fitting with our current weather in the UK - finally!!! I actually got a bit burnt at a BBQ today, was nice tho!

Here is my entry for this week....
It's not very often that i make yellowy cards so i thought this one would be a nice welcome change! I have used a SWALK Stamp called Old Friend. I coloured this with my copics and the sentiments are also from the same stamp set. The papers are Echo Park Country Drive. The fence is a Magnolia Die and grass is made from a Martha Stewart Punch. The swirl is a Marianne Design Die and i used my Tim Holtz Distress Inks to stain the edges a bit!

Card Makin Mama's - Summertime

It's Friday and time for a new challenge at Card Makin Mama's
This week we have a lovely summery theme..er....
Summertime
So we want to see lots of summery, bright funky cards!

Now i have been a bit naughty this week and not done a card and seeing as this is a Cardmaking Challenge...please feel free to give me a slap on the bum!
I have however made a summery frame so rather than show you nothing, i can show you this :)
This frame is made using a wooden frame from My Mums Craft Shop. I painted it with Decopatch Gesso and then used Decopatch Papers & Glue to cover the frame edges. I then coloured La La Land Marci With Flower Stamp with my copics and added Flowers & a Die Cut Swirl.

Moving Along With The Times - Christmas In July

Sorry for the lack of blog posts lately...i am trying to get back into a routine of creating but am finding i have less time at the mo - but it's a good thing as it means i am busy in the shop getting lots of new stash in :)

It has been a while since i have used any of my Penny Black stamps so i thought as they have so many cute Christmas designs now is the perfect time to use them!
The stamp i used is from the clear set Best Day Ever. It is currently on offer at MMCS for only £8 - bargain! The papers i used are Echo Park Merry Christmas. I love these papers, so classic and lovely! I also used my Scallop Die-namic Die, Card Candi, Copics & Prima Flower.
