Snowman Tag

Hello, i am alive ;)
Sorry i haven't been posting much recently, i shall be back to normal in the new year, i hope!
Today i have a quick tag to you that i made for Nitwits. I wanted to make a whole batch of these to use on Christmas presents so i had to keep it simple :)
I used the fantastic new Nitwit Festive Trimmings Collection.
I created the tag shape by using my Dienamics Tag STAX as the base. I also used the Snowdrifts dies to create the snow hill shapes. I then added some lines of glamour dust glitter to make it sparkle. I printed out all the elements, cut round them all and popped them onto 3d foam pads. I love to have layers on all of my designs i just love dimension. I also added a die cut sentiment too.

Everything i used on this card is available in the Festive Trimmings FQB Kit but don't forget the Bundled Offer is still available if you want everything :)

A little birdie told me there may be a new kit coming soon.. my lips are sealed!

Butterfly Pen Pot

I don't know where the time has gone recently, i cannot believe it's almost August! I have been having a major craft & house tidy so i haven't been doing my crafting plus it is so hot at the moment it just make me sleep but least i am getting a good tan!  Today i have a 3d project to show you. I fancied doing something a bit different as i have been doing so much behind the scenes work for magazines and its all been christmas. I actually made this for my fellas mum as she loves butterflies!
It is actually a MDF pen pot that i got from the MDF Man from one of the shows this year. I covered it with Lilac Acrylic Paint and then covered the panels with buttefly papers. This collection is called Time Flies and is from Craftwork Cards. I also added some ribbon and die cut butterflies that i propped up on a stick to make it a bit more interesting.

The best news is she loved it and it matches with her bedroom colours, but she did say its too nice to use. I take that as a compliment though ;)

Welcome Baby

I am back again with another creation, this time a clean and simply easy one that i had to make for a commission. One of the other shop owners on the estate where i work had a little boy so i was asked to make a card for her arrival. I was quite short on time so i whipped this up...
The image is from a Lili Of The Valley Topper Sheet that i have had for a while and completely forgotten about! There was two of this size image on the sheet so i cut out the image from one so i could make it more 3d with an extra layer. The papers are a mix of Doodlebug & Pebbles Inc that i have had for yonks. The sentiment is from a MFT Onesie Stamp Set. I then added some gems, ribbon, button and twine to finish.

Thanks for popping by today :)
