Birthday Tribe

Hi all :)
Just a quick post from me today as I am just in the middle of finishing off some work. This card was one of the ones made for last months Making Cards Magazine using the free papers...
How cute are these little tribal toppers? I couldn't decide which ones to use so went with all four! All the papers and toppers were mounted onto kraft card. I also added some ribbon, gems, a resin flower and a sentiment to finish.

I will be back tomorrow hopefully :)

For this card I used the Paper House Paradise Found Collection Kit. It has tons of beautiful papers, stickers and embellishments - perfect for scrapbooking too. I mounted the papers onto coloured card, added some gems and used a MFT Die-namics Stitched Border for the pink border strips.

Just For You Teddy

Hi all :)
I am back with another card today! I am churning them out at the moment. This one is another Tatty Teddy card, I just love creating these! So cheerful, fun and cute...
For this card I used the Me To You Tatty Teddy Everyday Collection from Create & Craft. The doily is the Dreamees Doily Die and omg it's the best doily I have ever had! Many of the ones i've had didn't even cut properly but this one cuts like a dream, i love it! I also added some ribbon, a bunting die cut, some twine and enamel dots.

I will be back soon :)

How cute are these bears!? I used papers, decoupage and a sentiment all from the kit. I used a Memory Box Banner Die and a Butterfly Die that I got in The Works. The scroll frame is a die by Tattered Lace.  I also added some gems and mounted them all onto a circle card blank that i got at Crafting Live.

Bamboo Roses

Hi all :)
I've had a busy morning making some TV samples for Hunkydory so just had time for a break, lunch and to update my blog! Today I am sharing a quick, clean and simple card I made for Craft Stamper...
For this card I used the gorgeous Altenew Bamboo Roses Stamps. I roughly coloured them using my Kuretake Clean Color Markers and I added some blue around the edges. I stamped the sentiment (from the same set) and popped it onto foam pads.

I will be back soon!

Winter Wonderland

Hi all :)
A bit of a horrible wet day here today after many storms last night - perfect weather for crafting though! Especially when I have so many Christmas projects on the go! I'm working on the next Hunkydory release so I thought I would share a card made for the Hunkydory as part of my DT duties....
For this card I used the Primrose Lane at Christmas Craft Stack. This is quite a big 3d card, sort of like an easel card but with snowy acetate to make it more Christmassy! I also added some gems and ribbon to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Beach Life

Hi all :)
Well today has been like winter here with masses of rain! So in the hope it may bring the sunshine back, I am sharing a summer beach themed card. This one was made for Paper Crafter Magazine...
For this card I used a Studiolight Die Cut Pack - it's packed full of fabulous die cuts perfect for making scenes. I distressed all the edges of my card and die cuts using distress inks. I then added some frantage embossing powder around the background to create a glittery sand type effect. I layered all my die cuts up and used foam pads to make them 3d. I also added some rustic twine too.

I will be back soon :)

It's such a stunning kit and packed full of lovely traditional Christmas images which have so much detail in each decoupage. How lovely is this sweet robin? All the papers were mounted onto gold mirri, all I added was some ribbon and some card candi to finish.

You Mean The World To Me

Hi all :)
I hope you all have had a lovely weekend - we had some glorious sunshine so we spent most the weekend down on the coast in Weymouth. Love that's it's only minutes away from us. Today I am sharing a card that was recently in Crafts Beautiful Magazine...
It's not very often I make boy cards so this was a nice change! I used the super cute astronaut stamps by MFT Stamps called Space Explorer. I created the background using some distress inks and water splats. The stars are also slightly glittery although you can't see in the picture. I die cut the panel using the Wonky Stitched Edge Rectangle Die-namics and also used Double Stitched Circle Die-namics. All the images were coloured using Copics and the sentiment was from the stamp set.

I will be back soon :)

If you love Hunkydory check out Create & Craft tomorrow for the next release - which you will love! So for now here is another sample from the last release of Primrose Lane at Christmas Craft Stack...
I created a cute little gift box. It was a bit tricky to figure out the measurements but I got there in the end. All the papers are from the stack and mounted onto gold mirri card to make it nice and sturdy. I attached the topper onto a paper doily, added a sentiment and finish by adding some gold gems.

Beach Hut

Hello all :)
Just thought I would pop on to quickly share my final card from my 'Shaped Card School' project that was in Quick Cards Magazine. So first up was my garden shed but I also used the same template to create Beach Hut! So here is my beach hut card..
It's always a challenge to create shaped cards from scratch but I managed it! The papers I used on this are by Papermania and have lots of wood effects, perfect for sheds and huts. The stamps are by Hunkydory and I also used some First Edition Dies for the sentiment. I also dusted some distress ink around the edges of my card to finish.

I will be back tomorrow :)

You can still catch many live shows on Create & Craft. I am of course talking about the new Christmas Craft Stacks. A nice and easy one to show off the stunning toppers!I have quite a few samples to show you, so I will add more on here soon as I can :)
