CC Barkley One

Hello Peeps.
Exciting times today as it's time for a new Crafter's Companion release at Create & Craft. It is the Four Day Deal and you can find it here. Don't forget to watch Dawn with the shows throughout the day today until Thursday unless it sells out sooner. Barkley is back in the form of a fabulous new papercrafting kit. I didn't do this release as i am working on the next one at the moment however i did make some extra samples for the show using the Barkley Everyday CD and i will be sharing them over the next few days. Here is my first....
For this card i used the Topper, Coordinating Papers & Sentiment from the Barkley Everyday CD Rom. I mounted the topper onto a scallop rectangle and added lots of glitter around the edge. I also used some natural hessian, flowers, lace and ribbon. The butterfies are a martha stewart punch and also added some pearls.

I will be back tomorrow with another Barkley creation :)

Best Mum

Hello Peeps,
Today i am sharing with you a Me To You card that i made with the latest Trimcraft Me To You Mother's Day range. I just LOVE this Tatty Teddy and i'm so pleased to see it's back in the crafting world again. Here is my first rather quick & simple card I've made with this range...
For this card i used the 8x8 Decoupage Pad, 6x6 Paper Pack and i stamped the sentiment using the matching Mother's Day Sentiment Stamp Set. I also added some matching ribbon & a wooden button. I just love it when a new range is released and everything coordinates makes matching up colours so much easier. I matted everything onto Caramel Card - my current fav colour card, it's slightly lighter than kraft card and perfect for using pastel papers with.

Thanks for stopping by, i will be back tomorrow :)

Greatest Grandpa

Hello Peeps,
Sorry i haven't been around for a few days - it's been a busy time! We went off to Birmingham to the NEC show and had a crafty shop and we saw Drake live in concert which was pretty good too. I have been busy behind the scenes doing some dt work and my girls have been poorly too so kinda hectic time! Anyway today i have a quick card i made for Nitwits using one of the latest collections...
Meet Grandpa! Isn't he just super fabulous. The papers & embellishments are all from the Gentlemen Folk Collection. I teamed this up with the matching Grandpa Lil Bits Kit which has the main image, sentiments and tons of other bits too. This collection is perfect for Father's Day creations which you may think is far away but the way this year is going it will be here before you know it.

Why not pop over to the Nitwits Gallery to see what the rest of the team have been creating?

Thanks for popping by today :)
