Merry Christmas Reindeer

Hi all,
Today I am sharing a card that made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine using some new stamps from new company Strawberry Moon Designs...
For this card I used the Deer Friends Stamp Set for the reindeer and coloured him with Copics. The sentiment is from the Hand Lettered Merry Stamp Set. Both of these sets you can find on their Facebook Page until they are launched on TV. I created the background using some Distress Oxides then used a MFT Confetti Stencil and went over with inks to create a darker pattern. I added some glitter card which I created into a snow hill using Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Dies. I added a strip of striped paper, wooden snowflakes and some gems.

Supplies;
Strawberry Moon Designs Stamps - Deer Friends, Hand Lettered Merry
MFT Stencils - Card Sized Confetti
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillsides
Distress Inks - Worn Lipstick, Spun Sugar
Copic Markers
Glitter Card
Striped Paper
Wooden Snowflakes
Adhesive Gems

I will be back soon :)

Cool Winter Wishes

Hi all,
Sorry  I haven't been posting as much lately. It's always a busy time of year in the run up to Christmas and sadly often my crafting and blog does get neglected. I have got some new stamps so hopefully this will kick start me back to creating. I started on Christmas in April for the magazine so it's only now I am getting to share these creations now. This one is featured in the latest Craft Beautiful Magazine focusing on the emboss resist technique...
For this card I used Neat & Tangled Snow Fun Stamp Set - I love this set! I coloured all the images with Copic Markers and cut them out. The background was created using some White Embossing Powder then I blended Blueprint Sketch and Salty Ocean Distress Inks over the top. The hills I created with Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Dies, I added a dash of colour with Copics and some Glitter. Everything was mounted onto a Stitched Scallop Rectangle Die.

Supplies;
Neat & Tangled Stamps - Snow Fun
M&C Dies - Stitched Scallop Rectangles
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillsides
Hero Arts White Embossing Powder

Floral Friends

Hi all,
Another dark and gloomy afternoon here - after lovely sunshine this morning too! Today's card isn't a cutesy card, shock! I do love to create simple floral cards and really should do them more. I had forgotten to blog this one so I thought I best add it...
For this card I die cut the background using MFT Dies Wonky Stitched Rectangles. I gently blended some Tea Dye Distress Oxide and added some ink splats with a brush. I added a strip of striped paper and mounted onto black card. I die cut the MFT Dienamics Dies Friends using Gold Glitter Card. The flowers are Altenew Floral Flurries Washi Tape that I placed onto white card and cut out. I layered them in place on the card with foam pads.
Supplies;
Altenew Washi Tape - Floral Flurries
MFT Dienamics Dies - Stitched Wonky Rectangles, Friends
MFT Paper Pad - Black & White Stripes
Distress Oxide Ink - Tea Dye

Festive Piggy

Hello! Sorry I have been awol for the last week. Always takes me a little longer to catch up after the half term holidays and I've not been to well either - alas I am back! So today I am sharing a quick clean and simple festive card that was made for Crafts Beautiful as part of my Design Team work...
How cute is that piggie!? I love it when stamp companies think outside of the box and use different creatures for other seasons. FOr this card I used Hello Bluebird Merry Pigs. I stamped them with Memento Ink, coloured the images with Copic Markers and fussy cut them out. I created the background by using a small snowflake stamp then mounted onto a die cut scallop circle. I added a simple snow hill using Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillsides Dies. I added some white paint onto some wooden snowflakes and added gems to the centre. I finally added a stamped sentiment from the same stamp set.

Supplies;
Hello Bluebird Stamps - Merry Pigs
M&C Dies - Stitched Circles, Stitched Scallop Circles
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillside Borders
Patterned Paper
Coloured Card

Wooden Snowflakes
Adhesive Gems

Nutty Together

Hello,
It's half term this week so I am not sure I will be able to post as often but I will try. I do love half terms as I get to spend some extra quality time with Jasmine and do lots of fun things together. We are off to the cinema today and off on an adventure later in the week. Here is today's card featuring some more cute images from MFT Stamps...
I kept this one simple as I just wanted the super cute squirrel to be the main focus - look at his ickle face! These stamps are the Squirrels Set from MFT Stamps. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. The sentiment is also from the same set. I created the background using an MFT Sunray Stencil along with some Distress Oxide Ink in Shabby Shutters. Mounted it onto a Scallop Frame Die and added some striped paper to make it pop. To finish I added some pearls.

Supplies;
MFT Stamps - Squirrel!
MFT Dies - Stitched Scallop Rectangles
Distress Oxide Inks - Shabby Shutters
MFT Paper Pad - Black and White Stripes
Copic Pens
Kraft Card

I will be back soon :)

Eat Drink and Be Merry

I've not been feeling very well the past few days - think I have a chest infection so I will make this brief. Today I am sharing a quick clean and simple Christmas card using some new cute critters from Clearly Besotted October Release...
For this card I used Clearly Besotted Festive Feast Stamps. I coloured them all with my Copics and cut them out. I created the background panel by masking off the area and applying some Distress Inks in Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers. I then added some strips of striped paper. The dinky sentiment is also from this stamp set and I finished by adding an enamel dot.

Supplies;
Clearly Besotted Stamps - Festive Feast
Distress Inks - Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers
Striped Patterned Paper
Copic Markers

Merry and Bright Snowman

It's another dark and chilly day here - autumn is definitely here. I'm back to Christmas today! I got some of the new MFT Stamps October release and had these cuties coloured up ready on my desk since the release. I thought I best make them up into a quick card...
The stamps I used are Festive Friends by MFT Stamps. I coloured them with my beloved Copics and cut them out. I created a blended background with Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped and embossed the Brush Splatter Stamp by MFT Stamps in white. I die cut a snow hill using Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Dies. The large sentiment was die cut using MFT Dies Merry and Bright Die.

Supplies;
MFT Stamps - Festive Friends, Brush Splatter
MFT Dies - Merry and Bright
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillsides
Hero Arts Embossing Powder - Detail White
Distress Oxide Inks - Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio
