Good evening :)

Another lovely sunny day today and although I have had a busy weekend with the family I am back to busy work this week. I have been busy with magazine commissions today, I can't wait to show you some of them! So today I am sharing my second card from my sentimental project in Making Cards Magazine...

For this card I used the My Story Paper Pad from My Minds Eye. I also used some of the 12x12 papers which has the words across them, I cut them out and used them as the main sentiment. I also used the matching die cuts and mounted everything onto black card. I added some pearls to finish.

Hello Fellow Crafters :) 

Today I thought I would share one of my cards that was in last months Making Cards Magazine. I wanted to show the readers that you can use journaling cards for cards too - not just journaling & scrapbooking. So here is card number one...

This collection has really fab colours and lots of on trend gold foiling. I used the My Minds Eye My Story Papers for the backgrounds and also the matching journaling cards. I cut out the butterfly and the heart word from one of the background papers. I also added some ribbon & pearls to finish.

Lovely Lillies

So today was my day off even though i did spend the morning working, i treated myself to a crafty afternoon! Luckily my lil Jazzy had a massive sleep and left me to create!
It's so nice to have time to create and not be rushed and i think it shows :)
Here is the card i made today....

I recently treated myself to some of the new LOTV Stamps and here is the first one i've used!
She does look a little bit like my eldest daughter Lissy (or so she says!)! I coloured her using my Copics and teamed it with some of the fabby new My Minds Eye Miss Caroline Howdy Doody Papers.... i just love this range! Soft muted colours is gorgeous floral patterns, perfect for Spring!
I also used a Magnolia Heart Leaf Die (coming soon) and a Memory Box Corner Die. The Butterflies are a Martha Stewart Punch along with Oval Nestabilities to mount the main image!
I also added some flowers, pearls, lace & stickles, loving my embellishments today!

Bunch Of Flowers

Sorry i haven't blogged for a few days, i have actually managed to make a couple of cards but keep running out of time in the day to actually blog them!!

Over at MMCS, we have just had the fabby new CC Designs Stamps arrive and i luckily got to have a quickly sneaky lil play with one of the new stamps called Laugh Lines - Flowers.
I kept the design nice and simple to show off the fabby stamp & papers, plus was kinda strapped for time too! Altho i love heavily embellishing cards sometimes less is more!
The gorgeous paper is of course the fabby My Minds Eye Vanity Fair. I love all the muted yet bold colours in this pad, deffo one of my favourites! The swirl is a Memory Box Die and the butterfly is a Dienamics Die. I also added a Mini Message, Liquid Pearls & New Card Candi!

I am so in love with these papers, as you can probably tell as i have been using them a lot lately! They are of course My Minds Eye Lime Twist Happy Go Lucky. The image is a gorgeous Greeting Farm Hats Off Anya. I have coloured her with my Copics and the sentiment is a Tiny Sentiment. The twine through the buttons is also MME Bakers Twine. The flowers are buttons are from my stash that i am finally using up!

I followed this weeks sketch at Sketch Saturday, i totally loved this sketch and will definately been using it again, came together quite quickly really too.

The image is a gorgeous Simply Sassy that i got bought as a present. The papers are new My Minds Eye Lime Twist and butterflies are from a Martha Stewart 3 In 1. I coloured her with Copics and added Pearls & Jewels on the butterflies and round the edges.

I am loving the latest releases at Pollycraft.

It has taken me a while to actually create any into a card though but here it is!

I used the lovely My Minds Eye Fine & Dandy True Blue papers. They really are so fab for boys cards, luckily i still have quite a few papers left in my stack as i need to make more boys cards! I love the new bunny stamps at Lili Of The Valley, they are just the cutest! I can't believe that i am actually inking up all my new stamps so quickly, definitely a good thing!

So excited that this weeks challenge at LOTV is a sketch, i always try and do the sketch ones when i can and this weeks was great although i did alter it slightly as my image didn't fit in a circle!

I used the gorgeously cute Bunny Swing stamp and used some of the new MME Papers. The sentiment is also by Lili Of The Valley. Can't wait to get some more of these!

This is actually a commission for a friend, she asked me to do a cute card that she can give her mum for mothers day so hope she likes it :)

I simply adore Gillian Roberts designs for Stampavie, they are just so cute and i love em! We are waiting for our our shipment of these soon at MMCS! This is one of the new releases...ideal for many occasions!

I have been dying to get time to make a card for the past few days...and hurrah Jasmine had a huge sleep so sod the housework it's time to craft, lol!

I have used Daydreaming Ruby, isn't she just the cutest?

I also used my new MME Mabel papers and my luurrrvvly new MFT Scallop Dies! These cut so perfectly..so definitely going to invest in more! I finally had a bit of time to create a card!

It's a miracle, i finally found the time to create a card!! I just LOVE Lili Of The Valley images... especially the cutie James The Bear! How can anyone not love him, he is the cutest bear EVER!

I finally got around to playing with my new MME papers that i picked up at Ally Pally! Infact everything on this card i used i bought at Ally Pally!! Well at least that means i am using all my new stash!

Unfortunately as usual, you cannot see the glittery-ness of this card! Its so sparkly and funky but my camera does not like Glamour Dust so you can't really tell!

I am so excited as this week we will be having a Penny Black delivery over at My Mum's Craft Shop, including the fabulous new Christmas clear stamp releases! I luckily have been playing with one of the new sets! I love these cute new charactors from Penny Black and they are fab to colour too!

My Sketch Notebook

I am forever always noting down sketch & layout ideas for my cards so what better way to keep them all together than to make a cute little notebook! I only have the big rings that came with my Cinch but then this leaves me with the option to add more papers to it! :)
I used one of my fav Penny Black images! I also used one of my fab new Nellie Snellen dies along with the freebie papers from CMPC Magazine. I am so loving MME papers at the mo as you might have guessed by now, lol!

Goldilocks but more Brunette Locks!

Don't ya just love Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps?! They are sooooooooooooooo funky! I finally got the chance to play with my new one called Goldilocks! I got mine from Dies To Die For, although i have had it for some time now just haven't got round to creating anything!
I used My Minds Eye papers which are sooo lovely! I think i am going to need more of these papers and NOW, lol. I also used some fab Woodware Paper Flowers to finish it off!

Mojo Back & A New Card!!

Although it seemed my Mojo has gone it seems to be creaping back in, well just a little bit. I have had a lovely day out and my man bought me some new stamps to play with! They are actually by Kanban but you may recognise the charactor as its the same one available at LOTV and i do love there stamps soo much so had to get this new set!

I used some lovely MME Papers and a lovely big bloom by Woodware! I really need some new Copics or Promarkers in other colours as 50 odd is just not enough, i never seem to have the right colours, especially for shading!

Hopefully my new Martha Stewart punches will arrive soon so it will rekick my crafting mojo back into action :) Here's hoping lol!
