Vintage Scroll Hello

Hello crafty friends! Sorry I haven't posted much since last week, i'm still making some charity cards and I have hundreds to make so it's taking some time! Today I am sharing another card from my Embossing with Inks project...

For this card I have used a beautiful embossing folder from CC Gemini Embossing Folders Collection. This one is called Vintage Scroll and it's simply beautiful and perfect for this technique. Just like my first card from this project this technique involves simply inking up the embossing folder then running it through your die cutting machine. Very simple and you get a different effect everytime. I used Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio Distress Inks and blended them with brayer before running it through my Gemini Die Cutting Machine. I used my Birch Press Design Sugar Script Big Hello Die for the sentiment. I mounted it onto some card then decorated the card with some sequins and gems.

Supplies;
CC Gemini Embossing Folder - Vintage Scroll
Distress Oxide Inks - Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio
Birch Press Design Dies - Sugar Script Big Hello
Lucys Little Things - Gems & Sequins

Thank you ever so much for joining me, I always appreciate every view I get and of course all my likes/comments on my social media channels. Stay safe and well, I will be back soon.

Double Hugs

 Hello crafty friends! A new start to a new week and I have lots of crafty projects to share with you this week. I was tidying up my craft room and I came across some wallpaper samples I had so decided to use them as a background. I do often collect them but often never get around to using them but I was nope, I am gonna use it now! So I whipped up these two...

I have been dying to use lots of my new word dies so I thought this would be the perfect the time. I used Birch Press Studio Sugar Script Big Hugs Die for the sentiment. I had some ready to use foiled sentiments which were made using Spellbinders Essential Sentiments Glimmer Plates. I used my MFT Stitched Inside Out Circles Dies and Stitched Scallop Circles. I added a strip of grey and white washi tape to each card. I cut out a flower from the paper and added a enamel dot to each one. I added some decorative bubble embellishments to each card. I added some embossed lines to the grey panel using my scoring board just for some extra detail.

Supplies;
Wall Paper Samples
Birch Press Studio Dies - Sugar Script Hugs
MFT Die-namics Dies - Stitched Inside Out Circles, Stitched Scallop Circles
Spellbinders Glimmer Foil Plate - Essential Sentiments
Lucy's Little Things - Dewdrops
Washi Tape
Enamel Dots
Coloured Card

Thank you ever so much for popping by today, I will be back tomorrow.

Sending Hugs Your Way

Hello! Another new start to the week, lovely sunshine here so I thought I would share a bright colourful card. I recently got some new stencils and I have been loving using stencils lately so I was keen to play with them. Here is my rainbow stencil card...
For this card I created the background using Altenew Elegant Swirls Stencil. I used Distress Oxide Inks to create a rainbow effect with the stencil. The colours I used are Mowed Lawn, Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Mermaid Lagoon, Cracked Pistachio and Wilted Violet. I used Concord & 9th Hexagon Label Dies to create my shaped sentiment panel. I mounted it onto some glitter card. I used my new Jumbo Lingo Hugs Die by Birch Press Designs. I have been after this die for ages so I'm so happy I finally have it and I couldn't wait to use it. I also added some Clear Raindrop Embellishments.

Supplies;
Altenew Stencils - Elegant Swirls
Birch Press Studio Dies - Jumbo Lingo Hugs
Concord & 9th Dies - Hexagon Labels
Distress Oxide Inks - Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Cracked Pistachio, Mermaid Lagoon, Wilted Violet
Coloured Card
Clear Raindrops

Thank you for stopping by & I will be back soon.
