Santa Cards

 Hello Crafters,

Today I have a double whammy, yes two cards to share with you. I have been loving making decoupage up in the evenings curled up in front of the TV. I find it so relaxing so I have two decoupage cards to share...

For both of these cards I used the newly released At Home With Santa Collection by Docrafts. I used the Ultimate Die Cut & Paper Pack, Decoupage Packs, Ribbons and Buttons. I added some lace, paper doily, coloured card and pearls to finish.

You Are Lovely

It's Friday finally...it's been one of those weeks for me when nothing seems to go right so here's hoping next week will be better and my craft mojo will return. For now I have a Little Meow card to share with you that was featured in last months issue of Making Cards Magazine.

For this card I used the Docrafts  Little Meow A4 Decoupage Pack which also had these cute matching papers too. I added some gingham ribbon (of course!) and lots of lovely flowers & pearls. I die cut the cute little banner from some pale yellow card using a Memory Box Die. I love this cute cat collection, it's so sweet.

I have been creating more cards using the new Little Meow Collection, it's just so cute and so easy to put together how can you not create lots with it? Good job I got the Ultimate Kit so I have loads more to play with!

For this card I used the Little Meow Decoupage, Sentiment, Border & Papers all from the Ultimate Die Cut & Paper Pack. I mounted all the papers onto mint cardstock from Stampin Up. I also added a doily, pearls, ribbon & button.

Little Meow Sweet Birthday

Well the start of the new year is here! I really hope 2015 is as good as 2014 has been, although it's had it's downs and difficult times most of it has been great for me and my family for once! So on with the crafting, here is a card I made using the brand new collection from Docrafts, Little Meow...

How cute are these little kitties? Obviously being called Kitty myself I am quite partial to cute cats! I so badly want a silver tabby too one that looks like this will be perfect. For this card I used the Little Meow Ultimate Die Cut & Paper Pack for the papers, border & decoupage. I also added a heart doily, ribbon & self adhesive gems. I have been feeling quite poorly the last few days so decoupage has been a god send as I can be comfy on the sofa and make loads in an evening.

Fabulous Friends

Hello Readers :)

I am back as promised with my second Art Deco card that i made for Making Cards Magazine. It was featured in last months magazine so you may have seen them by now. I love making this simple quick makes, i love the style & images and very on trend at the moment.

For this card again i used the Art Deco Ultimate Die Cut & Paper Pack by Papermania. I used the decoupage, papers and sentiment from this pack. I also used the XCut Floral Flourishes - which cut like a dream and go perfectly with this collection. The gems are also from this collection too. I love it when everything coordinates so well.

All That Jazz

Hello Peeps

Today i am sharing a card that i made for Making Cards Magazine. I made this one using the latest Art Deco Collection by Docrafts. I really love this stylish collection full of foil, shimmer & luxury looking papers, i love it!

For this card i used the Ultimate Die Cut & Paper Pack which is crammed full of everything - decoupage, toppers, sentiments, papers & more. The papers, topper & sentiment were all from this pack. I also used some gorgeous Art Deco Feathers. All i added was some silver ribbon & black card for matting. Nice and simple but rather stylish.

I Love You

Happy Tuesday whatever you are up to! Today i thought i would share my second Forever Friends card that i made for Making Cards Magazine. This time another love card but an A6 landscape shape instead...

I used the Forever Friends A5 Paper Pack, A4 Decoupage Pack & Die Cut Sentiments for this card. I also used Love Heart Punch, Flowers, Ribbon & Pearls. I used the same elements on this card as the one yesterday so you can see how they turn out in different shaped/size cards.

I Really Really Love You

Hope you all had a fab weekend. We were up in Birmingham for the trade show, we had a fab time looking at all the new crafty products coming out soon. All i can say is watch this space, we ordered loads for My Mums Craft Shop and its beginning to arrive from this week onwards! So onto my card for today, this one was featured in last months Making Cards Magazine...

This is of course the latest Forever Friends range by Docrafts. I used the A5 Paper Pack, A4 Decoupage & Die Cut Sentiments. I also added a white doily, used a love heart punch for the border at the bottom & added lots of flowers. I also added some ribbon & lots of lovely pearls. It all came together rather quickly, can't beat a bit of forever friends!

Sorry for the lack of post this week i have been unindated with DT stuff! I have now been asked to design on 2 other design teams but i can't say who just yet hahaha so you will have to wait & see! Sooo excited though! I whipped up this card using this weeks sketch over at Sketch Saturday Challenge! Just wish i had bigger circle dies, but i had to make do with what i already have!

Yesterday i managed to have a craft stall at a local craft fair, was a last minute thing so i just took what i already had made up. It was sooooooo busy much busier than i had ever imagined it to be. I did really well and sold over 40 cards and also other bits like notebook etc. I made loads of new friends who live around me too so it really has been a great weekend so far!

Whilst Jasmine was napping today, i quickly whipped up this little creation using the new Maurice Digi Stamp from Pollycraft Designs.

Stash Shopping & Pirate Cuthburt

Sorry for not posting for a while, i have had a very busy few days with my girls!

Of course yesterday i was busy stash shopping at Newbury :) It was a good show, not as good as some years as a few of my favorite stalls weren't there this time however i still managed to get most of what i needed - apart from papers, which was the one thing i needed!! I had run out of lots of boring things like card blanks, double sided tape, foam pads etc so i stocked up on those. I did get a few stamps but not as many as i would have liked due to lack of funds! I did get a few martha stewart punches which i was after but blimey they are so pricey!! I had forgotten how expensive all this crafting malarky is, lol!

Here is a card i made over the weekend using one of my new Cuthburt images from Pollycraft Designs - i just love this range its soooo cute!!

I love these new Papermania papers, fabulous for male cards! I coloured the image using my lovely copics i also used them to colour my mini message to make it coordinate a bit better!

I used one of my all time favorite charactors from Pollycraft Designs. You can't tell to much in the picture but i have used lots of glitter to make it pretty and sparkle! The Flower is glittered, as is her dress and also added extra glitter to the butterflies.

OMG - Christmas!!!

Well it's not really that far away - quite scary really so it thought i best get started on some Christmas cards especially as i plan to do some fairs soon to sell them!! I got this stamp last year but i lost it for months & months but luckily i found it again recently so i have been able to use it!! I can see this one being used a hell of a lot this Christmas! My mum says it looks like me too hehe!
