Festive Friends

Happy New Year to all my lovely followers and crafty friends. Let's hope this year is a better one! As I previously mentioned I still have a few Christmas and Winter cards to share with you. Today's card was made using the free Tattered Lace Die that came with Crafts Beautiful Magazine...

For this card I used the Tattered Lace Merry Christmas Die. The stamps are MFT Festive Friends. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. The hills I created using my Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders Dies. The blended background was created using Distress Oxide. The colours used were Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass. I finished by added some gems.

Supplies;
Tattered Lace Die - Vintage Merry Christmas
My Favorite Things Stamps - Festive Friends
Distress Oxide Inks - Blueprint Sketch, Tumbled Glass
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillside Borders
Copic Markers
Lucy Little Things - Gems

Thank you ever so much for stopping by today, I will be back with more creations during the week.

My Future Awaits

Hi all,
Today I am sharing a quick card that I made using the Disney Little Mermaid Collection from Create & Craft. I am loving they are doing smaller Disney Kits, certainly more affordable compared to recent years. I love the sketchy look of this one, it's a little different and I LOVE it!
For this card I used The Little Mermaid Paper Kit for the main topper and backing papers. I added a little glitter glue to her tail. I used the Flounder and Accessories Dies & Colourful Creations Pad and added them onto the topper. I tied some twine and added it across the front. I threaded some twine through some natural coloured buttons and added them to the side.

Supplies;
The Little Mermaid - Paper Kit, Dies & Colourful Creations Pad
Stickles Glitter Glue
Natural Buttons
Kraft Card
Twine

I will be back soon :)

Beautiful Day

Hi all :)
I'm not sure where the past week has gone, it's definitely flown by that's for sure! So today I am sharing a floral card that was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine...
For this card I used the Magical Midnight Collection by Tattered Lace. I printed out the flower several times, die cut it with the matching die and layered it up to create a decoupage flower. The background papers are also from this cd rom. The stitched background is a die by Lil Inker Designs. I also added some gems to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Simple Hello

Hello all :)
Today I am back to share an extra simple project I made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine showing some Tattered Lace Dies....
For this card I used some papers from my stash (I will hunt out the name shortly!). The hello is a word die by Die-namics called Thanks & Hello. I love the slightly script font on this one. The flowers are Mini Delicate Blossoms by Tattered Lace which also come with the lovely leaves too. I added some liquid pearls to the centre of the flowers.

I will be back soon :)

Thank You

Hello :)
Sorry I am a little later than usual, it's been a busy afternoon and evening but better later than not at all as they say! So today I am sharing my other Tattered Lace card that was made for Quick Cards Magazine...I rather like how it turned out, very spring like...
For this card I used the Tattered Lace Die called Winter Stroll. The papers are by Wild Rose Studio called Poets Kitchen. The sentiment is by Craftwork Cards and the flourish I think is a Die-namics Die. I also added some flowers, ribbons, pearls and a bit of distress ink around the edges.

I will be back tomorrow :)

Watching The World Go By

Hello all :)
Today I am sharing a card that was made for Quick Cards Made Easy so the Subs Extra bit. I was asked to create two cards using some new Tattered Lace Dies, so here is card one...
As you may know I am not usually a fan of Tattered Lace Dies but I quite enjoyed using these ones and pleased how they turned out in the end. For this card I used the Tattered Lace Die - Watching The World Go By. I die cut this from various pieces of coloured card and assembled all the pieces to create the image. The papers I used are by Wild Rose Studio called Poets Kitchen - they are beautiful! I also added some lace, ribbon, flower, die cut sentiment and gems.

I will be back soon :)

Art Deco Part Two

Good Morning :)
Today I am back as promised to share with you my two final cards from my Art Deco project that was recently featured in Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine...
Each of these cards features Tattered Lace Dies. I am loving the vintage Typewriter, just something fab about it isn't there?! The papers are by Kaisercraft and they are absolutely beautiful. I also added some ribbon and gems/pearls to each of the cards to finish them off.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my cards for this project.

I will be back very soon more :)

Art Deco Part One

Hello Peeps :)
Today I am sharing two of my cards from a project that was made for Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine. These are the first two from my Art Deco project...
I made both of these using Tattered Lace Dies teamed with Kaisercraft Papers. I also added some ribbon and pearls. Now this may shock you but normally I don't really 'do' Tattered Lace, I am not sure why as I know they are really popular but they just aren't me.  I was actually quite surprised how much I actually like these cards, maybe as I kept to my usual style, I do like vintage themes sometimes and I love the couple. Reminds me of Strictly Come Dancing!

I will be back tomorrow with my other two 'Art Deco' cards :)
