Bunny Thanks

Hello again crafty friends! Another new week, although with lockdown again I barely know what day it is! Today I am sharing a cute bunny card that was made for my Aperture Project that was in Let's Make Cards a while ago....

For this card I used MFT Cottontail Cutie Die for the bunny. I die cut all the pieces from coloured card and layered them together. I used some patterned paper from my stash for the background piece and frame. I used my MFT Stitched Scallop Rectangle STAX to die cut the frame and attached it with foam pads. I die cut white card using my Mama Elephant Hilly Thanks Border Die to create the front sentiment panel. I also used Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders to create the hill piece behind. I mounted everything onto coloured card and onto a card blank.

Supplies;
MFT Die-namics Dies - Cottontail Cutie, Stitched Scallop Rectangle STAX
Mama Elephant Dies - Hilly Thanks
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillside Borders
Patterned Paper
Coloured Card

Smile, It's your birthday

Hi all, I am back today with another creation. This one was made for my Aperture Cards project that was featured a while back in Let's Make Cards Mag. I loved creating this one as it's a little different from my usual sceneic cards. I love all the cute critters!

For this card I used Avery Elle Peek A Boo Pets Stamp Set. I coloured the images with Copics and cut them out. I die cut mint cards using MFT Inside & Out Stitched Circle Dies. I added the critters around the circle and popped the panel onto foam pads onto green card to create a 3D apeture effect. I added the Smile sentiment cut from white card using MFT Smile Dies. I added some pearls to the corners to finish.

Supplies;
Avery Elle Stamps - Peek A Boo Pets
MFT Die-namics Dies - Inside Out Stitched Circles, Smile
Copic Markers
Coloured Card
Pearls

Thank you for stopping by today, I will be back soon with another project.

Sea-Prise!

Hi all, I hope you had a fab weekend! Today I am going to share with you a fun aperture card that I made a while back for Let's Make Cards Mag. It's a non Christmas one featuring this fun shark from Avery Elle...

For this card I used Avery Elle Sea-Prise Stamp Set. I coloured my shark with Copic Pens and cut him out. I used some blue card for the background and added some die cut clouds using Sunny Studio Fluffy Clouds Die. I blended some Distress Oxide Inks onto some white card for the waves and die cut them with my Lawn Fawn Simple Stitched Wavy Borders Dies. I created a die cut square panel from patterned card in my stash and created a window in the centre with a white card mount frame. I added a stamped sentiment to the front wave and added some clear raindrops.

Supplies;
Avery Elle Stamps - Sea-Prise!
Sunny Studio Dies - Fluffy Clouds
Lawn Fawn Dies - Simple Stitched Wavy Borders

Happy Bee Day

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing a cute card that I made some time ago for Let's Make Cards Magazine. Sometimes I don't get around to sharing all my creations then I find them and think oohh I must blog this! This was part of my aperture project...

For this card I used Sugar Pea Designs Hey Honey Stamps and Die Set. I decided rather than stamp and colour the bear image, I would stamp onto kraft card. The bees are from the same stamp set and inked in yellow and black. The papers are a digi download from Pink Petticoat. I have had these honeycomb papers for years and I still often use them now - perfect for bee cards! I created the window using some Tonic Plain Circle Dies. The letters to spell bee day are Lawn Fawn Oliver's Stitched ABC's Dies and I printed out the happy sentiment.

Supplies;
Sugar Pea Stamps - Hey Honey
Sugar Pea Dies - Hey Honey
Lawn Fawn Dies - Oliver's Stitched ABC's
Tonic Dies - Plain Circles
Pink Petticoat Papers - Honeycomb

Thank you ever so much for stopping by and I will be back with more creations very soon.

Merry & Bright Snowmen

Hello and good morning from a sunny but chilly Dorset! Today I am sharing a simple Snowman card that was featured in Let's Make Cards Magazine for a Blended Backgrounds project...

I do love creating bright non traditional cards so this was fun to make. For this card I used MFT Frosty Friends Stamps. I stamped and coloured them with Copic Pens then cut them out. I created the blended background using Distress Oxide Inks - Picket Raspberry & Worn Lipstick. I stamped a few small snowflakes onto the background using Picket Raspberry Oxide Ink. I also added some splatters of white ink. The Merry & Bright is a MFT Die-namics Die. To finish I added some clear jewels.

Supplies;
My Favorite Things Stamps - Frosty Friends
MFT Die-namics Dies - Merry & Bright
Distress Oxide Inks - Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick
Memento Ink - Tuxedo Black
Lcuy's Little Things - Clear Jewels

Thank you ever so much for joining me today. I will be back with more creations soon.

Hello Mouse Trio

I can't believe it's Monday again! I had a busy weekend. We painted my craft room and got some new furniture for it so it's been go go go! I have managed to sort some of it but still lots more to go. I will add some pictures soon as it's finished. Today I have an off the edge card that is in Let's Make Cards...
For this card I used Mama Elephant Zodiac Mouse Stamp Set. I stamped them onto the edge with a lot of masking then cut around each one to create the front panel. I coloured them with Copics. I created a blended background on the front using Shaded Lilac Distress Ink. The hello is a Die-anmics Die from My Favorite Things that I cut out in white card then layered onto light grey card. I printed out a sentiment and added it onto a small stripe of striped paper. I added some patterned paper from my stash to the inside panel of the card. I added some sequins to finish.

Supplies;
Mama Elephant Stamps - Zodiac Mouse
MFT Die-namics Dies - Hello
Distress Oxide Ink - Shaded Lilac
Patterned Paper
Sequins

Thanks for stopping by today, I will be back with more creations soon.

You're Rawr-Some

Hello! What lovely summer weather we are having but shame we can't make the most of it as lock down continues. Today I am sharing a cute card featuring dinosaurs that is in the latest issue of Let's Make Cards. I couldn't do my new way of photographing as they were made months ago...
I think these are my favourite Dino Stamps and I have quite a few in my collection! I created this one using MFT My Favorite Things Prehistoric Pals Stamps. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. I created the background using a Reverse Confetti Stitched Rays Cover Die. I added some patterned paper from an old MFT Paper Pad. I used M&C Dies (The Works) for the frame and the lace border. I then embossed some craft card and die cut with a Stitched Circle. I added some stamped sentiments and some buttons.

Supplies;
MFT Stamps - Prehistoric Pals
Reverse Confetti Dies - Stitched Rays Cover Panel
M&C Dies - Frames, Lace Borders
XCut Embossing Folder - Small Polka Dot
Copic Markers
Coloured Card
