Life Is Better in Flip Flops

Hi all :) 

Sorru I haven't posted for a few days, I haven't been too well so this will be a quick post. So it's time to share one of my latest makes for PaperCrafter Magazine...this one is rather summery...

I was asked to create a summer card featuring flip flops! I used a Paper Smooches Die to create the flip flops. It's quite sweet actually as it comes with flowers etc so you can dress up and embellish the flip flops however you like. The papers are by Paper House called Paradise Found. I also used a spotty embossing folder and printed out the sentiment. I added some gems to finish.

Christmas Critters Part Two

Gosh has it really been two weeks since I posted on here? Whoops, where does that time go?!

I have been a busy bee in between working and doing magazine commissions I've managed to go to London for the weekend. It was lovely we went to see The Lion King Musical which was amazing - best thing I've ever seen! Anyway on with some crafting, here are the other two cards from my Christmas Critters project for Crafts Beautiful...

Isn't that little fox just the cutest? They are of course from the Chilly Chums Stamp Set by Paper Smooches. The papers are by Dovecraft. I simply added some ribbon, gems, mini sentiments and of course my much loved Die-namics Snow Drifts!

Christmas Critters

 Time to share with you some Christmas creations that I made a while back for magazine commissions. This time I have used some super cute stamps from Paper Smooches for my 10 minute makes project in Crafts Beautiful Magazine.

I absolutely adore these stamps, I just love all the animals cute little faces - so adorable! I have used Paper Smooches Chilly Chums Stamps. The paper are by Dovecraft and I also used Die-namics Snow Drifts for the hills. I simply added some ribbon, sentiments & pearls.

You Melt My Heart

Hello Peeps!

It's midweek time already - seriously don't know where the time goes these days. I have another winter card to share with you today, I just love these stamps and these papers are perfect for winter cards as they are all nice icy blues and greys so they don't have to be for Christmas :)

The stamps are by Paper Smooches & the papers are by First Edition. I also used the Dienamics Snow Drifts Die and a Memory Box Die. I used a ton of glamour dust so this card is really very sparkly in real life!

You're Brrr-fect

Hello everyone!

Well i am still in Christmas mode well sort of, i just love making Christmas & Winter cards all year round. I just love all the super cute images and using glitter and well i think you might know that from this card. I still have so many new winter stamps up so why not now it is still winter right!?

So for this card i used Paper Smooches Chilly Chums. The papers are by First Edition. The snowflake border is by Memory Box and i also used Die-namics Snow Drifts. I went very OTT with the old glamour dust glitter, but who doesn't love a bit of sparkle eh!?

Purrrfect Day

I hope you are all enjoying the Paper Smooches themed week this week, if you haven't seen the start of the creations this week then head over to the My Mum's Craft Shop Blog. We have quite a few different Paper Smooches Stamp Sets in stock at the moment so it was pretty hard to choose which one to use..but i thought i would go for Nine Lives...

Paper Smooches Stamps are perfect for clean and simple cards as the designs are so cute they often don't need to much else. I kept the layout of this card pretty simple as i just the image and wanted it to stand out. The stamps are Nine Lives and the papers are Echo Park Love Story. I created the bow with Dienamics Dainty Bows (back in stock soon).

Grumpasaurus

Well i think it's safe to say that i am totally hooked and loving Paper Smooches!

Infact i think i have used them every week for the past month or so, hehe.

So today i thought i would create a funky boys card...

 

 

How cute are these dinosaurs right? Well you could have guessed that as they are actually called Cutesaurus, perfect eh? This is one of the new January releases, we have all the latest releases all available here. All i added was some washi tape, twine and couple of black rhinestones.

Shell-ebrate

It's very dark and gloomy here at the moment so i thought something nice, bright and cheerful for this week themed week *celebrate*  would be a bit more fun!

I created this nice and simple card using some bright funky Echo Park papers that i found in my scraps drawer - turns out they fitted with my design perfectly. The stamps are by Paper Smooches and from the set Party Posse that i got for Christmas. We will be having this set arrive in the shop soon.

The sentiment is also from the same stamp set.

Happy New Year!!!

Not only is it a new year but it is a new start for our brand new Monthly Challenges over at My Mum's Craft Shop Blog. Yes that's right we are now doing monthly challenges and we have just launched our very first one and it's a super theme... Anything Goes!

Winter Trees

Hello me lovely readers!

Thought i should actually upload some creations i have been making behind the scenes, as i keep on forgetting to actually put them on my blog - silly me! So expect a few more from me over the next few days! I am now on my Christmas break so loads of time to catch up with you all :) 

Here is a nice n simple card i made with some Paper Smooches Stamps

I always admire the clean and simple look that many of you can create and the Paper Smooches DT do always amaze me with there fabulous ideas! All did for this card was stamp and colour the trees with copics. I then added some washi tape across the bottom of my card and stamped the sentiment striaght onto my kraft card blank - simples ;)

Snowy Greetings From Seal

Hellooo lovely readers! 

I have something rather different to show you today, i have gone all clean and simple,

like really really clean and simple. It's not usually something i do often well i am known

to be simple sometimes lol but i am kinda pleased how this turned out.

How cute is this gorgeous seal? I love seals and this image just sums me up!

I didn't want to create anything complicated as i wanted to show him off with his 

cheeky smile and cute bowtie!

This stamp is of course from Paper Smooches Chilly Chums Stamp Set and the fabulous news is My Mum's Craft Shop are now going to be stocking them and this one is on order and on the way now!

Wooohooooo.. if you would like us to reserve you a set just send us over an email.

The sentiment is from a CC Designs Stamp Set called Frosty Greetings. All that was added was some Washi Tape and some gems, oh and i rounded some of the corners too. So it shows you can still create a super cute card within minutes!
