Nutty Together

Hello,
It's half term this week so I am not sure I will be able to post as often but I will try. I do love half terms as I get to spend some extra quality time with Jasmine and do lots of fun things together. We are off to the cinema today and off on an adventure later in the week. Here is today's card featuring some more cute images from MFT Stamps...
I kept this one simple as I just wanted the super cute squirrel to be the main focus - look at his ickle face! These stamps are the Squirrels Set from MFT Stamps. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. The sentiment is also from the same set. I created the background using an MFT Sunray Stencil along with some Distress Oxide Ink in Shabby Shutters. Mounted it onto a Scallop Frame Die and added some striped paper to make it pop. To finish I added some pearls.

Supplies;
MFT Stamps - Squirrel!
MFT Dies - Stitched Scallop Rectangles
Distress Oxide Inks - Shabby Shutters
MFT Paper Pad - Black and White Stripes
Copic Pens
Kraft Card

I will be back soon :)

Eat Drink and Be Merry

I've not been feeling very well the past few days - think I have a chest infection so I will make this brief. Today I am sharing a quick clean and simple Christmas card using some new cute critters from Clearly Besotted October Release...
For this card I used Clearly Besotted Festive Feast Stamps. I coloured them all with my Copics and cut them out. I created the background panel by masking off the area and applying some Distress Inks in Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers. I then added some strips of striped paper. The dinky sentiment is also from this stamp set and I finished by adding an enamel dot.

Merry and Bright Snowman

It's another dark and chilly day here - autumn is definitely here. I'm back to Christmas today! I got some of the new MFT Stamps October release and had these cuties coloured up ready on my desk since the release. I thought I best make them up into a quick card...
The stamps I used are Festive Friends by MFT Stamps. I coloured them with my beloved Copics and cut them out. I created a blended background with Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped and embossed the Brush Splatter Stamp by MFT Stamps in white. I die cut a snow hill using Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Dies. The large sentiment was die cut using MFT Dies Merry and Bright Die.

Halloween Bunnies

I have been crafting up a storm lately! It's so nice to be able to just create for fun sometimes rather than having deadlines and a reason to. It's very refreshing for your crafty mojo too. I haven't made many Halloween items this year but I did this one last night with some images I had ready coloured...
 For this card I used Hello Bluebird Stamps Halloween Party. I coloured them with Copic Markers and cut them out. The sentiment is from MFT Stamps called Fab-Boo-Lous. The frame is from MFT Stamps and is from the Blueprints 27 Die Set. The tree is die cut using Lil Inker Design Spooky Trees. I added a couple of Dew Drops to finish.

Supplies;
Hello Bluebird Stamps - Halloween Party
MFT Stamps - Fab-Boo-Lous

Magical Christmas

Hi all,
Today I am sharing a quick card that I made using some of the new MFT Stamps. I needed to create some quick Christmas cards so I am going to be doing some simple ones like this...
For this card I used the MFT Stamps Reindeer Games. I coloured all the stamped images with my Copic Pens and cut them out. I created the background using a Woodgrain Embossing Folder. The snow circle is Avery Elle Snow Scene Die. I added some glitter card behind it so it sparkles through the die cut snow. I also added a blended piece of blue card, cut with Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Dies. I added a stamped sentiment to finish.

Supplies;
MFT Stamps - Reindeer Games
Creative Expressions Embossing Folder - Woodgrain
Avery Elle Dies - Snow Scene
Lawn Fawn Dies - Stitched Hillsides
Distress Inks - Salty Ocean
Copic Markers

Snow Buddies

There is certainly a bit of a chill in the air now! I am loving creating seasonal cards at the moment. This one was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine using some cute snowmen...
 For this card I used Honey Bee Stamps Snow Buddies. It's a huge stamp set and full of lots of accessories so you can dress up the snowmen however you like. I stamped and coloured mine using my Copics and cut each of the pieces out. I created a subtle background using my Distress Inks. I die cut some snow hills using my Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Dies. The die cut sentiment was made using a Impression Obsession Merry Christmas Die. I added a touch of shimmer onto the sentiment using my Spectrum Noir Sparkle Brush Pen. Finally I added some adhesive pearls to the corners.

Supplies;
Honey Bee Stamps - Snow Buddies
Distress Inks - Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers
Impression Obsession Dies - Merry Christmas

Christmas Hoops

Christmas seems to be creeping up on us fast. I've already spotted so many Christmas items in the shops. Luckily for me, I love Christmas! I love creating Christmas cards and decorations so it's definitely my favourite time of year. I'm sharing today a couple of decorative wreaths that I made...
I used some wooden embroidery hoops to create the shape. I then wrapped twine all around each one. I used a mixture of items from Ross Paper, Anna Marie Designs, The Range and The Works. I wrapped wreath borders around the inside of the hoop. I decorated the edges with snow topped branches, glitter stems and Berries. I added some wooden stars, a bow and some string mini bells. I had so much fun creating these, I will be definitely making some more wreaths.

Supplies;
Wooden Embroidery Hoops
Wreath Border Strips
Snow Topped Branches
Glitter Stems
White Mini Bell Strings
Distressed Wooden Stars
Berries
Twine
Ribbon and Lace

More creations from me coming this way soon.
