Cards For Men Challenge 18 - Long Summer Days

It's challenge time again over at Cards For Men! This fortnight we have the theme of 'Long Summer Days'. Koetje Squirrel

Have you seen the latest releases from Nellie Snellen?? I just love the new Koetje Christmas Collection.... so cute!! I can't wait to play with more of the designs but for now here is a card made using Koetje Squirrel.

Nice and easy layout and so quick to put together! Definately awesome idea for those last minute cards, you know when someone sends you a christmas card and you didn't send them one!!!

Oooo other news, at MMCS we have the new Stampavie designs on the way that should be here anyday now so keep an eye out at My Mum's Craft Shop for them!

Christmas Mimi

I am so excited as this week we will be having a Penny Black delivery over at My Mum's Craft Shop, including the fabulous new Christmas clear stamp releases! I luckily have been playing with one of the new sets! I love these cute new charactors from Penny Black and they are fab to colour too!

We will also be taking our first delivery of My Minds Eye soon too!! I just love these papers they make such different yet beautiful cards! I used the fabby sketch over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge for the layout and i altered it a bit!

Decorating The Tree

Seeing as i started a new job this week i thought i deserved a little treat for myself! It has been 6 years since i worked for anyone other than myself so quite a big thing for me really! I had a little splurge and bought some new LOTV stamps!

I just love them so much and i have been waiting for the new releases to come out! SO look out for lots of creations by me using these fabby stamps!!

I created this card using the sketch over at Sketch Saturday! I added the extra panel as it looked a bit bare without anything there!

Little Claire DT Cards

Sorry i haven't been around much this week, i started a new part time job and have been so busy there and at home plus i've soooo tired i haven't had a chance to do much!

Here are another few cards i have made for Little Claire, using there latest new release stamps!

This is definately my favourite design out of the new releases. As soon as i got it i new i had to use it straight away! The stamp is called Deck The Horns! This is a little box bag i made for matching cards to go in. I will try and find the tutorial! Great for thank you notecards after christmas!

This is a nice & simple quick make, using lots of lovely glittery paper, i believe it was DCWV from one there stacks. The sentiment & stamp come together called Warmest Wishes.

This card uses the Christmas Pals stamp, i used lots of Glamour Dust in the background to make it all snowy and glittery! I also 3d'd the main image!

Polar Bear Pop Up

Here is another card i have made as part of my DT duties for Little Claire. This time i have used the cute polar bear stamp called Star Of Wonder. Unfortunately you cannot tell in this picture but i have used loads of glitter, it sparkles sooooooo much and really makes it look christmasy and wintery!

The card design is a stand alone pop up card. I do have the tutorial somewhere but i will have to hunt out a link for you and update this post soon. I used more DCWV Papers & Card. I am getting so much use outta that stack! I used my promakers to colour and of course my lovely Martha Stewart Punch!
