Peace Christmas Fairy

Hello! I am back today to share with you my second card from my Christmas Fairies project that was featured in last months Making Cards Magazine. I so love these toppers, they are just the cutest...
I pretty much used the same products as yesterday they are The Hobby House Christmas Magic Toppers, Dovecraft Glad Tidings Paper Pack, Papermania Tiles, Sentiment, Ribbon and Pearls. I distressed all of the paper layers and topper using a Tim Holt edge distress tool but you can also use sandpaper or scissors to get a similar effect.

I will be back soon with another project :)

Noel Christmas Fairy

Hello I am back from the Christmas & New Year break. It's all back to normal routine now but bloody hell it's hard getting up in the morning! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, I have really enjoyed having a few days off and spending some extra time with my family it's been fab! So onto some more cards, I still have a few Christmas ones to share so I will mix it up a bit over the next month. Up first is one of my projects that was in last months Making Cards Magazine...
I am so loving The Hobby House Toppers at the moment and had a ball making this card. For this card I used the Dovecraft Glad Tidings Paper Pad. I distressed the edges of each of the layers and mounted each one onto kraft card. The toppers are called Christmas Magic. The tiles and sentiment are from Papermania and I also added some ribbon and dark red pearls to finish.

I will be back tomorrow with my card from this project.

Christmas Elves

 Hello Peeps!
Hope you are all ok and having a nice week so far! I am busy busy behind the scenes working on more magazine projects so hopefully i will be able to show you those once they are out. Today i have some 10 minute makes to show you that i made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine.
I made these using The Hobby House Christmas Elves Toppers and Echo Park Papers. I also added some die cut sentiments, pearls, ribbons and a few other bits and pieces. These are great to make if you are in a hurry and need to make a quick xmas card or you have lots to make and need them to be simple.

Thanks for stopping by, i will be back tomorrow :)

Cupcake Fairy

It's Saturday and time for a new Sketch Challenge over at Sketch Saturday!!
This is my second week being a Guest Deisgner and i am loving it! I often follow sketches when i can as it's a great starting point for creating cards so this really is perfect for me!
For this card i used a gorgeous Hobby House Topper.. they are perfect if you are running short of time and don't have time to colour an image or if you just fancy a change :) The papers i used are by First Edition and i used Dienamics Fancy Flourish & Botanical Beauty. The sentiment is by Lili Of The Valley.

Make sure you hop on over to the Sketch Saturday Blog to see the sketch and all the fab inspiration from the Design Team.

Hope you like my creation today and i will try and blog more :)

Winter Wishes

Sorry i have been missing in action for a few days or so. I have had a bit of a hectic week, last week was Lissys birthday then over the weekend i was busy prepping for the show in Taunton. It's all good though am almost back on track now :) It's Tuesday and my turn at My Mum's Craft Shop to post my weekly card. I went for a nice and simple design using the lovely Hobby House Toppers...
I have been itching to get my hands on these for a while and they are soooo cute who wouldn't want them. I love wee stamps but these are perfect if you don't have time to colour or just fancy a change.
So i used Holly Time Toppers and the papers are the brand new Echo Park Winter Wishes. I also used a Pearl Swirl and added some flowers & more pearls of course! If you haven't got this pad yet you deffo need to get it, perfect for not just Christmas but winter birthdays and cards too.. it's gorgeous and a must have i reckon :)

Catch you all soon :)
