Sorry i haven't blogged for a few days, i have actually managed to make a couple of cards but keep running out of time in the day to actually blog them!!

Over at MMCS, we have just had the fabby new CC Designs Stamps arrive and i luckily got to have a quickly sneaky lil play with one of the new stamps called Laugh Lines - Flowers.
I kept the design nice and simple to show off the fabby stamp & papers, plus was kinda strapped for time too! Altho i love heavily embellishing cards sometimes less is more!
The gorgeous paper is of course the fabby My Minds Eye Vanity Fair. I love all the muted yet bold colours in this pad, deffo one of my favourites! The swirl is a Memory Box Die and the butterfly is a Dienamics Die. I also added a Mini Message, Liquid Pearls & New Card Candi!

Another Fizzy Moon

God what another dark and gloomy day it is here!
Here is another Fizzy Moon Card that i have made to brighten up the day!
Lots of Pink & Purple of course!

I kept the design nice and simple as these cutie bears deserve to be the main attraction lol!
I have to say i am majorly impressed by the amount of stuff they cram into these Decoupage Pads! I didn't really have to add much to them to create this one and a few others i have made, definate bargain-ishious lol! So as you know i used the Birthday Wishes Decoupage Pad, added a bit of Kraft Card to mount it all on and simply added a few Dew Drops & a dash of ribbon, simples :)

Three days in a row now, eh?!

I knew i would be ok once i got going cardmaking again!
Today i have a valentines card to share...

I kept the design nice and simple to show off the beautiful papers.
They are of course the lovely Fancy Pants Love Story. So pretty and detailed, love them!
The image is a Pure Innocence Digi that i coloured with my Copics. I used lots of Kraft Card to mount and back everything! I used my beloved Martha Stewart Lace Heart Punch, gotta be my fav border punch by far i reckon! I also used my 3 in 1 Butterfly Punch to create the lil butterflies all round the edge. To finish i added some Pink Roses & Liquid Pearls.

Good morning all, and what a horrible wet and windy day it is here!
What better time to have an excuse to craft the day away!
I am back with another card..yay!
Well i am finally getting around to using all my stamps that i bought ages ago but has been neglected & never used! This lil cutie is a Wild Rose Studio Stamp, which i think might have been discontinued now. I coloured her with my Copics as usual!
The papers are the fabby First Edition New Leaf, they really are gorgeous papers!
I also used my new Magnolia Butterfly Die, Dienamics Oval Scallop Doily and the swirls escape me but i will check and find out! I added some cute Flowers and litte dots of Liquid Pearls to finish!

I am sure you have now... as its completely and utterly gorgeous and sooo cute!
I mean who can resist this gorgeously cute lil bear!!!

Here is one of the cards i have made with the Fizzy Moon Birthday Wishes Decoupage Pad. These pads are fabulous only £4.95 and has everything you need to create 4 cards!
I have added a few lil extra bits such as a gorgeous die cut using the stunning Memory Box Savannah Border Die, i love it it's so elegant! I also added a Craftwork Cards Mini Message & some Clear Dew Drops. Simple yet cute!

OMG What a bad blogger i have been... October was the last time, crikey!!!
Well all that is set to change!
I have missed my crafting over the past few months due to life getting in the way and being busy in the shop etc, but as it's a new year i have decided to get back on track and getting creating again!
I have missed seeing all your creations and catching up with all my lovely followers and crafty buddies... i hope to join in with challenges again too!

Pretty Bunnies

I wanted to make something pretty and cute and here it is!
I just love lili of the valley - we all do, don't we!? The bunnies are just the cutest, ok so i cheated and used a die cut square but hey that's ok sometimes right :)

I have used the gorgeous Bo Bunny Crazy Love Papers... i love this set, such cute sutble colours! I know it's more of a valentines/love set but it's really useful for all sorts really, i love it!
I also used my favourite Martha Stewart Punches Lace Hearts & 3 In 1 Butterflies.
The swirl is a sizzix die. I finished it off with Card Candi, Prima Flowers, Roses, & Stickles!

Been A Long Time....

OMG It has been ages since i updated my blog so apologize to all my followers... i have been a bad blogger!! Now i have settled into the new shop etc i am hoping too get creative a bit more and show you more cards more often - i have missed my crafting!!

So here is a nice simple card using the fabulous new WRS Mia Stamps
I kept the design very simple to show off the fabulous products!
This stamp is Sleigh Ride it's so cute, i love it!!! I coloured it with my fabby copics and teamed them up with the gorgeous new WRS Traditional Paper Pack (we do have more on the way!)
To finish i added some cute lil Card Candi, a dash of ribbon & a Mini Message!

I have a few more Mia cards to show you over the next few days and lots of other new bits n pieces i have been working on too :D
I will also be hoping to catch up with all of your blogs soon, i have missed seeing your creations and fabulous inspiration!

Nitwit Christmas

Well Christmas is coming so i thought i had better make a start on doing some Christmas bits and preparing for some Christmas classes for the shop!
So what better way to start than with the fabulous Nitwits Christmas ranges!!
Here i have made a card, an easel card & also a post it note holder...
This range is called Deer Friends and is available at our shop My Mum's Craft Shop, in store and online! I used the Die Cut Embellishments & matching Papers. I also added a bit of Bazzill Cardstock, an embossing folder, Kraft Card, Card Candi, Liquid Pearls & Glitter.
We hope to have this as a class in our shop very soon, so watch this space!

I'm back as promised (altho a day late but hey ho!).
Here is the other card i made for Rose's birthday as promised :D
This is the one i made from us so i made it proper girly and cute!

I used my fav combo - LOTV mice and Dovecraft Tea House papers - they have tons of cakey and cupcake piccies on so completely perfect with this image!
I coloured the image with my copics, then added lots of lil Cherry Blossoms. I also added lots of Stickles altho you can't see it too well in this picture. To finish i added some Card Candi, dash of ribbons & a Mini Sentiment.

Cutsie Bear

Yes it's me i'm back and with a card...shocking i know!!!!
Well it's my boyfriends mum's birthday today so yeah guess what i spent yesterday doing....yes making cards!! I had to make two cards one from her husband and one from us, so here is the one i made from her husband and hopefully i'll you the other one tomorrow!
I made this one quick and simple as i don't have much lovey dovey stuff and plus i was so busy in the shop i didn't have time to do much as i would normally!
Isn't this cute?! I have been dying to use this lil cute bear for ages, it is of course a LOTV Square, just love them and perfect for when your in a hurry!
The papers are all Echo Park Country Drive. I then added a strip i made using a MS Lace Heart Punch, some dinky flowers, ribbon & a Magnolia Swirl. I also added some liquid pearls & a mini message to finish.

I did spend a while faffing around with this but i am quite pleased how it turned out in the end!

I used lots of Bazzill Kraft Card..can't get enough of it at the moment! I used my favourite Die-namic Dizzy Doily. The swirl is a Sizzix from a Sizzlit Set. The flowers are Cherry Blossoms, the Ticket is a Tim Holtz Adage Ticket. I coloured her with my Copics & used various Distress Inks around the sides.

It's not very often that i make yellowy cards so i thought this one would be a nice welcome change! I have used a SWALK Stamp called Old Friend. I coloured this with my copics and the sentiments are also from the same stamp set. The papers are Echo Park Country Drive. The fence is a Magnolia Die and grass is made from a Martha Stewart Punch. The swirl is a Marianne Design Die and i used my Tim Holtz Distress Inks to stain the edges a bit!

This frame is made using a wooden frame from My Mums Craft Shop. I painted it with Decopatch Gesso and then used Decopatch Papers & Glue to cover the frame edges. I then coloured La La Land Marci With Flower Stamp with my copics and added Flowers & a Die Cut Swirl.

Hellloooo, i am back - hurrah!!! I am finally back on track with my DT work and cards - boy i have missed creating and my escape 'me' time!

I love love love this image its called A Special Flower and i think it's just gorgeous!
The image is my something new, as it is also the first time i have used it! My something old is my beloved MS Trellis Punch, i still love it though!

The papers i have used are Prima Madeline Papers, they are just gorgeous, love them! The swirl is a Sizzix Die and flowers are Large Roses. I coloured her with copics, matted everything with Kraft Card and added a bit of chalk here and there - as i couldn't find my inks!

I am so sorry for not posting anything for blooming ages!!!
I am also sorry i haven't been able to do my challenge cards - very unlike me!
I have to say i really have missed crafting, i haven't been able to do any cards as i have been working solidly on the shop!
It's a lot of work when you are having to do the whole lot with no help,
but it's nearly there now so i'm happy!!

We are due to open in 2 weeks time on Saturday 25th June. There is still alot of things to do and everything to prepare but we are getting there and i can't wait to show you some piccies of the shop soon!

For those of you that don't live nearby it is also very exciting for you too as this means we will be able to bring you loads of more new different products and ranges to the web shop!

Here is a piccie of the outside of the shop at the moment (yes all 3 doors are ours!)..And here are the details for our Grand Shop opening!I can't wait to show you all the photos of the inside once we have it together a bit more!

Just a quick post today as later on i some EXCITING news that i can finally reveal, least you will find out why i haven't been around as much then!!

So it's Saturday and time for a new challenge at CBGM and this week out challenge is a Sketch & Circles
This is a nice simple sketch so we can't wait to see all your creations!
Here is my quick card...
This was a bit of a last minute card so i have kept it very simple! I have used one of the LOTV Die Cut Images - my god these are perfect when your in a rush!
The papers i used are Echo Park Springtime, lush aren' they! I also used my Nestabilities for the circles, Cherry Blossoms & Die Cut Message.

Here is my take on the challenge...

It's a Marci Gift Bag! Isn't she just soooo cute! This is Winter Marci, altho i think she can be for any occasion. I will have to hunt out the template and add it on here later. I made a little think open top box for the middle bit and then i used my Nestabilities to create the front. I then made a little handle to match with patterned papers. I colour Winter Marci with Copics. I also added WOJ Pearls & Cherry Blossoms. It was quite simple and easy to make really!

Here is my take on the challenge...
I used the fabby Download Diva image, which you can also get in rubber in the UK at My Mums Craft Shop here! I used my favourite paper of the moment My Minds Eye, coloured the image with Copics and the flourish is a Magnolia die. I also used Prima Lace, Eleganza Ribbon and Die-namic Double Scallop. The roses are from My Mums Craft Shop also. I punched the leaves and butterflies using a Martha Stewart Punch. I used a lil TH Distress Ink too!

Sketch Notebook

I needed a new sketch book so i could scribble down all the card layout and sketches i find on challenges etc. I did make one but it's tiny tiny and no more room really so thought i would go the whole hog and get a much bigger one with tons of pages! Of course a plain black one wouldn't really go with all my pretty crafty stuff so of course it needed a bit of altering and glamouring up!
And here is what i came up with...

I made to look like my two little girlies, aren't they cute!! I used the cute WRS Mia Gardening & Mia With Flower stamps. Coloured them with Copics of course! Clouds are Die-namics Flat Bottom Clouds & Grass is a Martha Stewart Punch. The fence is a Magnolia die, letters are Thickers and tons of ribbon from my stash!

I love the new stamps by Stamping Bella that we have just had delivered at
My Mums Craft Shop.

Of course as soon as they came in, i had to have a play!
I love Lori Boyds Lollipops and i should i should start making a few more masculine cards as i know i mostly do girly ones, lol. I can't help it i just prefer pink and pretty things!
So here is my first creation using Landon Lollipop...

I kept it quite clean and simple, as well it is for a man - shame none i know are clean or simple, lol. More like mucky and complicated, lol! I used last weeks sketch at Cute Card Thursday, cos silly me didn't post this in time, oops!

I used Landon Lollipop, coloured with Copics and used some Imaginisce Papers. I also used my Nestabilities. I mounted everything onto Kraft Card and added a Mini Message and some Prima Pearls to finish.

Here is my take on the challenge...I have used the ever so cute Dream A Little Dream Stamp, isn't she just so cute!
I made this gorgeous shape by using a Go Kreate that i was bought as a present at the NEC, it's taken me this long to use it but i am quite pleased how it came out!
The Fence is Magnolia Die that i have been dying to use! The grass is a MFT Die-namics and butterfly is a CC Cutters Die. The papers are Kaisercraft, Pearls are Prima & of course a lil Tiny Message. All distressed with Sir Tims Inks of course!

Love Grows Wreath

Well what a busy weekend i have had..and early start to the week too!
I was really lucky last weekend as i got to go to the LOTV Colouring Day!
It was such a brilliant day...met some crafty friends.
It was brilliantly planned out and Bev & Jacqui were both amazing, not forgetting the LOTV girls too! We did quite a few images and when i got home i thought i would make something a bit special with one of the images, as a sort of reminder and keepsake so i have made a
Love Wreath...I am really pleased with how it came out in the end. It came together very quicky as i had already coloured the image at the class and i knew what i wanted to do with it all.
We are going to have these chipboard wreaths available at My Mums Craft Shop very soon. The papers i chose are from my stash and are a mixture of Doodlebug, Bo Bunny & My Minds Eye.

This week our challenge theme is No Paper, yes that's right no patterned paper :( This was quite a tricky one for me as i LOVE my papers to pieces! As you can see i kept it very simple to show off the main fun image! I used some Cuttlebug embossing folders for the backgrounds to give it a bit of texture. I coloured him with Copics of course! The music notes are a fab Die-namics Die and i added a few Card Candi round the sides!

Look at this lil cutie...a lovely wee sheepie! As soon as i saw these stamps i new i had to have them. I am such a sucker for cute images...these would have been perfect for Easter too although i think you can use them for any occasion really!

I kept it nice and simple and very well..er... blue!

The stamps are fabby Nitwits Stamps, i love all there designs so fun and quirky! I think the papers are Craft Creations that i got from the NEC. I used my favourite swirl... i think i have got it's money worth now lol. The punch, pearls & tiny message are all from MMCS!

Would you believe, this is actually my first circle shaped card i've made?! Really it is, have to say though i quite liked how it turned out in the end.

I used one of the fabulous new Some Odd Girl Stamps - Dancin Mai. I coloured her with my copics of course, what else would i use! The papers are Echo Park A Walk In The Park. The music notes are MFT Musical Notes Die and a lil bit of Card Candi and ta-da a nice quick card! You can buy all these products at My Mums Craft Shop.

I love the new Tatty Button stamps, i hope they expand there ranges as they are lovely!

I have had a super busy weekend catching up lots of DT work but i also found i had forgotten to add this simple Tatty Button stamp to my blog!

I am loving all the latest paper pads, can never have too many and i must have around 150 lol. I am using them though! This one is Echo Park A Walk In The Park, the scallop die is a Die-namics Die. Fit For A Princess

I am so happy now my refills for my ATG Gun have arrived, hurrah!! Although i have been getting in a pickle trying to load the damn thing, so for the moment i have given up, lol!

Over at MMCS we are expanding our stamp ranges and have tons of new stamp range on the way over now, one of them is Stamping Bella. We will have the fab Tiddly Inks stamps arriving in a couple of weeks so here is a lil preview of 'one i made earlier', lol.

Isn't she such a cutie! I LOVE these papers too, they are the new My Minds Eye Lime Twist, we currently have them all in stock although they have been going super fast! The flowers are Prima E Line, Prima have discontinued all there E Line, we still have a fair amount of stock but they won't be around for long and once they are gone they're gone :(
I coloured her with Copics, the swirl is this Marianne Die & added Stickles as a final touch!

This started out quite a simple card but got carried away as usual and am quite pleased we how it came out as i seem to have lost my crafting mojo lately, maybe it's back!

As soon as i saw these lil beauties i knew i had to have them! This one is called Rosabelle of course by Kraftin Kimmie...she has the best designs! Anyway this is my first card made using this lovely stamp, only taken a while as my cratfy Mojo wondered off somewhere..lol.The papers are from a yummy Kaisercraft Pad i bought on me hol's. Sorry for the lack of posts lately..look whats been keeping me busy...Meet Scamp, my new Puppy!

He's a long haired chihuahua and only 8 weeks old, and so damn cute!

Can't wait to take him out for little walks, although at the moment he loves cuddles and is more like a little cat!

Today i had to make a card for Jasmine's Grandad from her and her dad. This was a bit of a last minute make and luckily it came together very very quickly!

Sorry i haven't been around as much the last few days! It is still half term here for us so i have been enjoying time with my girls in the sunshine on our little holiday!

I have managed to create a few bits and pieces in the evening and here is one i made last night, with a new WOJ Stamp - Miss Ladybugs!

I used some gorgeous Grace Taylor papers for this card, coloured the bunny with Copics and adorned her bow with glitter! The ovals are nesties of course, the flowers i made with punches and lots of pearls!

Gosh i have been busy the past few days! I have been doing lots of DT work for upcoming challenges etc and doing the usual boring old housework..never mind i am going away for a week tomorrow although you won't notice i'm gone as i'll still being doing challenges, updating my blog etc! Can't live without my laptop or my crafty stuff lol!

Anyway, onto my card for today, it's very pink..of course!

This is Taily Hair one of the new Schoffies, how cute is she?! Check out that big cheeky grin, think we all know someone just like that!

This is a nice simple one i made using one of the new Nellie Snellen Hoppies stamps. I coloured this cutie with copics and used the new First Edition Up, Up & Away Paper Pad. The swirl is this Marianne Die, flowers are Primas and of course a lil mini message.

Making an Easter card for men is harder than you think! Especially when most easter stuff is pink, chicks, bunnies and very girly things, so i kept it very simple.

I used an old beloved Penny Black Stamp and the papers are the lovely new FE Hideaway Papers, they really are gorgeous!

Even though it has been a lovely weekend, i have been stuck inside for most as my youngest has been quite poorly bless her! This has meant that whilst she has been sleeping i have been able to catch up on my crafting and design team duties..hurrah!

Here a nice springy zesty card i made today

This is one of the lovely CC Designs Sweet November Designs, infact we will be receiving a new shipment of CC Designs tomorrow at MMCS and it will include this lil cutey too!

The papers are from the new First Edition Hideaway Paper Pad. I've used lots of dies i have a bit of a obsession for them at the moment! The scallop is a Die-namic, the Swirl is this Marianne one and the butterflies are a Martha Stewart Punch.

New Challenge at CBGM

Good morning everyone!

I have some good news, i am now on the CBGM Challenge DT! I'm so thrilled and excited to be part of the team and hope you will all enjoy our challenges!

This challenge is a sketch & theme, the sketch is below and the theme is All That Glitters so we want to see as much glitter, bling & sparkle as possible!

Here is my take on the challenge..

For this card i used a lovely Lotv Fairy Stamp, coloured with my copics of course! The papers are a lovely paper pad i have by Imaginisce, i think! The butterflies are this die (more on the way) and swirl is this one & tons of glamour dust!

Over the weekend i was having 'one of those days', you know where nothing ever goes right and you end up getting frustrated and then it goes even more wrong!

So after my colouring disasters i decided to just go with a lotv cute square and it all came together a bit better and in a calmer manner lol!

I followed this weeks sketch at Sketch Saturday for the layout. The papers are an old Craftwork Cards Paper Pack that i have had for years. I thought it was about time i used some really! The flowers are Cherry Blossoms that i bought from the NEC. I kept it quite simple though :)

I had forgotten to post this card until now.

This is a card i was commissioned to make for my friend next door for Mothers Day from her little boy so we thought something cute and pink would be ideal.

I have of course used another one of my new Lili Of The Valley stamps! I can't wait to go to the colouring masterclass at the end of May...a bday pressie to myself hehe!

I have used some freebie my minds eye papers i got from a magazine and the flowers are these primas...so gorgeous! I made it very glittery and girly so it really sparkles and shines!

I can finally show you the card i made for Mothers Day for my Step Mum! Originally i was going to send her my fizzy moon card i made but then i made this and liked this even more so i sent this one. She also loves LOTV stamps so that's even better!

In real life this card looks even nicer, it's really glittery and sparkles, i can never seem to photograph them very well though!

I have used one of the yummy new Fancy Pants Paper Pads, called It's The Little Things. The gorgeous big flower is this one, i am so loving those flowers as you can probably tell! The lovely pearls are these beauties and of course a tiny sentiment!

I did originally make this for sketch friday then afterwards realised the release is Friday so there would be a new challenge by then - oopsey!

I whipped up another quickie card using the In The Meadow collection!

Here is what i came up with..

For this card i used the Digi Image Balloons For You. The paper is Kaisercraft, lots of Card Candi to embellish & a mini message. It is of course coloured with Copics. The embossing is done with a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder.

Christmas has come early!!

Yes it is literally like Christmas for me! Why? Because i went to the NEC show yesterday and bought loooooooooads of stuff! In my defence i don't get out much and well.. every gal has to treat herself sometimes! I went thinking i won't get too much stuff and recently bought a fair bit and have lots of design team stuff to do too...but well we all know plans like that never happen!

So here is some piccies of my new stash...lots of new techniques to try out!

It has taken me a while to actually create any into a card though but here it is!

I used the lovely My Minds Eye Fine & Dandy True Blue papers. They really are so fab for boys cards, luckily i still have quite a few papers left in my stack as i need to make more boys cards!
